Meh...it's the same ol Chicago bar pizza. Nothing too great to review. Tastes good hot n fresh, not so great cold.

The pizza was cold, and the delivery guy was 35 minutes late. They gave us the wrong pizza and there was a hair in our food.

Golly-- not the Rosati's anybody grew up on. Place slings a $7+ slice that's luke warm -- better off at 711. Not to mention just screams "Subway" in all facets from aesthetic to personal interactions w staff to taste of Jared's flub. Avoid. read more

Worst pizza in Western Suburbs. Ordered pizza to pick-up in 25-30 minutes. Arrived on time but gave pizza away to another customer. Wanted me to pay full price and wait 10 minutes to remake pizza it took 25-30 minutes to make before. I couldn't complain on Rosati's web site because LaGrange Park location isn't listed--it must be a fraudulent, rip off. Stay away to protect your health. read more

the waiting area is claustrophobic but for me it isnt about the looks it is the food. i am pretty much the kind of kid who likes coming here a lot and lemme tell you, their pizza is the best especially if it is fresh out of the oven, sadly if you got a single slice with a drink there isnt very much options for the drinks but at least the food great, if there was one extra star id press it, for the workers reading this, you're welcome read more

If I could add more stars I would. this pizza is amazing!! When I pick up a pizza I can't wait to get a slice so I'll open the box, take a slice and tell my family the Chef must have tested it. I've only ordered the thin crust which is the best. read more

I was in town visiting family, and this is our usual pizza takeout place when we're gathering at my sister's house. The pizzas are always excellent! The toppings are high quality and plentiful; the Italian sausage is particularly flavorful and we usually get that on at least one of our pizzas with each order. The cheese is fresh and the sauce is excellent. The crust is the classic, crisp tavern style that is soooo hard to find outside of the Chicago area. We always order the pizzas well done because we like the cheese browned a bit. If anyone isn't sure what well-done looks like, I've posted a few pictures of our latest order. We opted for delivery this past weekend and the pizzas arrived hot and when promised! While I'll definitely keep ordering from this location when up visiting family, I noticed on the website that there is now a location near me in Indianapolis as well! yay! read more

The food is always cooked to perfection. The customer service is always pleasant, and the food comes out on time everytime.

I ordered the Chicago style. Sauce was good but the crust was THICK. And at $1.99 per topping, there were barely any. It also took 15 min longer than I was told & the crust was too crispy to eat. read more

This Rosati's Pizza decided to open in the middle of a pandemic without preparing for it. The line went around the block. When I called to ask when my order would be completed, they hung up on me. When the order was received 45 minutes later, one of the pizzas was completely wrong. I will never order from this place as long as it stays in LaGrange Park. read more

Pizza was ok, I've had worse, I've had better. What really grinds my gears here is that the company tacks on fees for using a credit card! They pass the credit card fees on to their customers. I will never be back. Sorry Rosati's, credit card fees are the cost of doing business, not to mention they are tax deductible for you, but not for me. read more

Hit or miss. When the pizza is good it's good, when it's bad it's bad. I could not figure out the calculus for which evening was which, just have to wait until you've paid for your pizza and open it up. Nome of staff is masked, and girl at counter who hands me my pizza is eating a mozzarella stick in her other hand. Two weeks in a row this happened! I recently just started ordering from here and never a bad experience. Pizza is a little pricey compared to some other surrounding pizza place but totally worth it. I remember not caring for Rosati's pizza years ago, and I couldn't remember what I didn't like about it. Well, I gave a shot on a whim after this location opened near me recently. I'm glad I did! We ordered a week ago, got half sausage & half pepperoni, the sausage was outstanding as usual, loaded with lots of cheese, we did get the thin crust, & Rosati's does a excellent job! Thin crust boxed on top of mesh layer in box to prevent sogginess. **Beware: Price was higher than current website and menu from not more than two months ago left in mailbox. Pizza listed for $23, was charged $25, extra topping listed as $4.50, was charged $5.00. **Beware the additional upcharge, even during COVID, for use of a credit card 3.99% Called about these issues and was told prices increased two weeks ago? Checked current website and they had not been updated. Was offered no price adjustment. No real explanation for not verbally mentioning credit charge up fee during payment, said there was signage somewhere and at bottom of receipt (true but too late because you have already paid). I was happy to see a rosaties open near me, as I liked the one in west ont. I think the only thing the same is in name. I've ordered delivery from there, and today I got the slice for lunch. Rosati's has good pizza, but that's about all i can say. Ordered their Italian beef and sausage sandwiches, it was so underwhelming that i almost couldn't believe it. There was no flavor to either one. beef literally tasted like overcooked dog food. The sausage had no snap or texture, there was absolutely no flavor at all. How do you make sausage not taste like anything?! This was the worst Italian sausage sandwich I've ever had. It's like they used lean meat with spice and no fat. It was so mushy that I couldn't even take a second bite of it and tossed it. I cannot stress enough how confused i was because this place can make delicious pizza but, fail so spectacularly on everything else. read more

Hey everyone, had a chance to try the food at a Rosati's in LGP. Good experience overall but needs some work. Here's some suggestions. Ordering onions on the pie doesn't mean a large heaping serving. They need to cut back onions by at 25-30%. Crust was good, sauce was great. Kinda skimped on the mushrooms. Tasty sausage. I also ordered the fried chicken. Surprisingly pretty good! I'd suggest adding some slaw or pasta salad with the "meal". Also add a couple pads of butter for the bread. Overall a B- They nailed the flavors so the other stuff is easy to fix. read more

I called to place an order. After being placed on hold for 6 minutes, my order was placed, and was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. I arrived at the instructed time, proceeded to stand in line for 40 minutes, and was then told my pizza wasn't ready. I left, placed an order with Al's in North Riverside, and had my pizza with 30!minutes. On the way home from Al's, I received a snippy VM about how I never showed up. read more

I had reached out to Rosati's because I was disappointed in the quality of an order. It was definitely not up to their usually high standards. Not only did a rep get back to me to acknowledge, but they really went above and beyond to try and rectify the experience. Now a days, when even getting a call returned is a miracle, the rep contacting me and the additional customer service, really impressed me. My first visit to Rosati's in LaGrange Park. The pizza was good, great thin crust but a little too much sauce. I know pizzas can vary depending on who makes them. Two complaints, the first minor the second major. I was charged an extra percentage on my bill for using a credit card and later discovered they posted it in small print on the cash register. Not a big charge but give me a break, what pizza place or any restaurant charges extra for using a credit card especially during COVID when no one wants to handle money. The second complaint major... I noticed a couple of people in the back where they make their pizzas NOT wearing masks. I will try it again, if I see it again, I will not be back and I will tell all my friends. I am a health care provider and there is no excuse for this! I will be generous and give them four stars this time. read more

It was my first time to order from here with delivery and the food was really good. It took less then an hour which I understand and I even got a text said my pizza was here, I got a 20" and I was surprised to see big slices instead of the normal square slice. Swung by to get a delivery menu when I saw this new Rosatis location ... Got delivery of lasagna (very good) and sausage thin crust pizza (excellent) and margherita pizza (good, but would have liked more cheese like on the regular pizzas). We will definitely order again!! read more
