Worst pizza in Western Suburbs. Ordered pizza to pick-up in 25-30 minutes. Arrived on time but gave pizza away to another customer. I was in town visiting family, and this is our usual pizza takeout place when we're gathering at my sister's house. The pizzas are always excellent! The toppings are high quality and plentiful; the Italian sausage is particularly flavorful and we usually get that on at least one of our pizzas with each order. The cheese is fresh and the sauce is excellent. The crust is the classic, crisp tavern style that is soooo hard to find outside of the Chicago area. We always order the pizzas well done because we like the cheese browned a bit. If anyone isn't sure what well-done looks like, I've posted a few pictures of our latest order. We opted for delivery this past weekend and the pizzas arrived hot and when promised! While I'll definitely keep ordering from this location when up visiting family, I noticed on the website that there is now a location near me in Indianapolis as well! yay! read more

This Rosati's Pizza decided to open in the middle of a pandemic without preparing for it. The line went around the block. When I called to ask when my order would be completed, they hung up on me. When the order was received 45 minutes later, one of the pizzas was completely wrong. I will never order from this place as long as it stays in LaGrange Park. read more

Pizza was ok, I've had worse, I've had better. What really grinds my gears here is that the company tacks on fees for using a credit card! They pass the credit card fees on to their customers. Hit or miss. When the pizza is good it's good, when it's bad it's bad. I could not figure out the calculus for which evening was which, just have to wait until you've paid for your pizza and open it up. Rosati's has good pizza, but that's about all i can say. Ordered their Italian beef and sausage sandwiches, it was so underwhelming that i almost couldn't believe it. There was no flavor to either one. beef literally tasted like overcooked dog food. The sausage had no snap or texture, there was absolutely no flavor at all. How do you make sausage not taste like anything?! This was the worst Italian sausage sandwich I've ever had. It's like they used lean meat with spice and no fat. It was so mushy that I couldn't even take a second bite of it and tossed it. Hey everyone, had a chance to try the food at a Rosati's in LGP. Good experience overall but needs some work. Here's some suggestions. Ordering onions on the pie doesn't mean a large heaping serving. They need to cut back onions by at 25-30%. Crust was good, sauce was great. Kinda skimped on the mushrooms. Tasty sausage. I also ordered the fried chicken. Surprisingly pretty good! I'd suggest adding some slaw or pasta salad with the "meal". Also add a couple pads of butter for the bread. Overall a B- They nailed the flavors so the other stuff is easy to fix. read more

I called to place an order. After being placed on hold for 6 minutes, my order was placed, and was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. I arrived at the instructed time, proceeded to stand in line for 40 minutes, and was then told my pizza wasn't ready. Not only did a rep get back to me to acknowledge, but they really went above and beyond to try and rectify the experience. My first visit to Rosati's in LaGrange Park. The pizza was good, great thin crust but a little too much sauce. I know pizzas can vary depending on who makes them. Two complaints, the first minor the second major. I was charged an extra percentage on my bill for using a credit card and later discovered they posted it in small print on the cash register. Not a big charge but give me a break, what pizza place or any restaurant charges extra for using a credit card especially during COVID when no one wants to handle money. The second complaint major... I noticed a couple of people in the back where they make their pizzas NOT wearing masks. I will try it again, if I see it again, I will not be back and I will tell all my friends. I am a health care provider and there is no excuse for this! I will be generous and give them four stars this time. read more

It was my first time to order from here with delivery and the food was really good. It took less then an hour which I understand and I even got a text said my pizza was here, I got a 20" and I was surprised to see big slices instead of the normal square slice.
