Perfect example of a restaurant with the absentee owner. Pretty sure the kid who rang up my order Kept the cash. Pizza was so bad I wouldn't serve at my dog. Restaurant was very dirty. I ordered a 2 pizzas with my friends. One was all meat, the other a supreme. The food was great. The only downside was the kid who took our call didn't seem to understand the whole phone order thing. Pizza is fine but prices have gone up. Pizza slices are sometimes warm, hot, or cold. The employees are nice no problems there. The bathroom is awful. Looks like it's cleaned at the end of the day. read more

Wow great pizza. I am from out of town and ordered pizza to my hotel. I ordered a supreme pizza with garlic breadsticks. The breadsticks were great. The pizza very was good. I liked how they cut it up into several small pieces which made it nice to eat in bed. I would definitely order from them again. read more

I live 10 miles away, I looked on the rosatis online menu it was 10:30Pm it says it closed at 12:00PM, decided to pay a visit had not been there in years, walked in it was 1100PM guy in kitchen approaches me EXTREMELY RUDE saying "sorry were closed you gotta to leave I said you close in a hour and said I close when I please shouted me to leave ", I used to eat there for years when it was under different management, but NOW I advise do even try to eat there the staff was extremely rude, closes early several times,i would not want anybody like that handle my food. read more

We always order pizza here (as my boyfriends mom works here). Mmmm, Italian beef pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! They also have wonderful wings, boneless wings, beefs, gyros (yes!), cheese fries, ceaser salad (YUM), mozzarella sticks, etc. Delivery is very quick, however I am a 2 minute drive from the place. Pizza was okay I guess. Kind of dry but when you're hungry, you're hungry right? I ordered a salad and it came with the wrong dressing and there were mushrooms in the salad. ( I HATE MUSHROOMS) I tried picking them out but there were so many little pieces I didn't want to take my chances. Rosati's is not by any means my favorite place to get pizza, but it is great if you want to have descent pizza for a good price. They always have good deals. The pizza has a medium thick crust, which I don't love, but it has mounds of cheese and toppings, which is ALWAYS a plus. read more

I am officer that works near by. Live close also. Tried to give this place a second chance. First time, the delivery driver drove off with half our food. This time they forgot our salad dressing. Took them an hour to get it to us after we got our actual food. Then the delivery driver does not say a word and gives me the dirtiest look like its my fault that THEY forgot it. I call and complain the same location (got the number off my GFs recent call list) he calls back and leaves me a voicemail like it could've been the wrong place cause they didn't have my number on record. What a joke. I guess they must've forgot multiple dressings tonight? Horrible service. What a let down. The other locations are awesome. read more

I ordered a Monster pizza from the Mt. Prospect location for delivery. I did not get my pizza because I missed their phone call. I called and told them that I had apparently missed their phone call and was told "Yeah, we're to busy to come back." I then asked them to credit the amount back to my credit card. The response I received was "Yeah, o.k." and I was immediately hung up on without being asked who I was in order to credit the right account. This is my last order at this Rosati's Sick of the crappy attitudes and customer service.The attitudes of the staff and delivery personnel is most always poor. read more

RUDE and nasty employees and ownership here. Went in back in April for dinner, late nite, upon entering there was huge bolt sticking out of the door and it tore a big rip in my husbands expensive leather jacket, well we have been getting the run around since then in trying to get them to pay 4 the damage, the mgr on duty said he told them to fix the door b4 some one got hurt. the gm calls us and demands 3 months later, (after several calls we made to corporate) that we bring the jacket in, we take it in twice, no gm to look at it. then the guy who witnessed the jacket being torn screams at us when I attempted to explain the gm told us to bring in the jacket. He screamed in front of a customer too. Then he changed his tune when we told him we will c him in small claims court and he then offers us a free soda. No wonder every time we are in there the place is practically empty. I made some comments regarding this on their facebook page and they reported me to facebook ASAP claiming I was spamming them, nope anything I said was the truth. read more
