For those not familiar with MOD Pizza - it's a fast food casual restaurant that you can create your own personal sized pizzas at with unlimited toppings for one price. There is no large/extra large etc. like your common pizza place. There is also beer on tap available for purchase inside, I believe Blue Moon and Miller Lite. There is plenty of seating inside this location as well. I'd recommend downloading their rewards app if you're going to go more than once, it's worth it for the coupons and points you can earn towards free drinks/food. read more

I have them a compliment and explained what had just happened at another location. Even though he didn't have to and it wasn't expected he apologized for the other location, and gave us 2 drinks. I didn't let him know so that we would get anything free. I wanted him to know how much better his restaurant was. He used my name, and said thank you for the business. He interacted with his employees and was working along side them. He also made sure to give his employees acknowledgment for the work they had done. Great job Tony and your team. read more

This MOD location stands out for their service! Dom and Elliott were fantastic servers, and went out of their way to care for the needs of the customers. Elliott was helping a customer who needed help to jumpstart with a car and Dom was very attentive to my child's allergy concerns. Both friendly and their kindness showed. Great food too! If eating at Subway fills you with sighs of depression more than anything else, MOD is what you need to rid yourself of those sub sandwich blues. Sure, the lineup of ingredients looks the same, but you're also staring into the maw of a big dang oven whilst choosing toppings and trimmings. This experience could never be confused with the strange coldness of a Subway. I dropped in after seeing a movie, it was midweek, maybe 45 minutes until closing. But that's plenty of time in a place like this, and I was prepared to feel no guilt about enjoying my meal. This chain deserves a lot of credit for having its nutrition and allergen information online and easy to locate; it doesn't necessarily directly affect me, but it's important for a lot of people, and that transparency adds value and trust. The pizza was great here, just as it was at another location I've visited, but I was a little bummed that the staff started cleaning up while we were still there (this prevented me from concocting up an Arnold Palmer for the road). If I were in their shoes, I'd probably have done the same thing, but it only takes a second to ask if we'd want a refill before they start closing up shop. read more

Quality of the pizza has always been good. The times that I do make a trip here, it is my only sustenance for the day, making it satisfying to eat a whole pizza for 1000-1500 calories. I will say it is worthy of my entire daily caloric intake. For me, the detractor is the service. The people taking your order are usually cold, unwelcoming, and look at you as if you're a bipedal monkey-- especially at the register. I assume the reason is their subconscious is preoccupied crafting pizzas, and switching from that to customer service takes too much energy for them. Ambiance-wise, often the only seats open are the needlessly elevated tables. It does give me an equestrian air-- though not a wanted trait for a pizza eating experience. The wobble from the cheap build of the chair in tandem with the height places a speck of uneasiness in the back of my mind. On two occasions of in-person dining, the location of the garbage cans was not clear. This is definitely an aspect that should be accounted for. read more

OMG they have a CAULIFLOWER Crust option! Now I'm in 7th heaven... I love getting my pizza fix at Mod Pizza... its the perfect size for 1 person... customizable with all the veggies (recommend spinach, artichokes, black olives and spicy red peppers) so its filling by the time you are halfway thru... and tends to leave 2 slices to snack on later. My favorite base is the Tristan but might need to explore their other options more... I ALSO got the app, since I frequent it enough to log rewards points and love the promos that run online. read more

Took my kids here for the first time and the staff seems like they don't know what they are doing. They seemed grumpy and when I asked how big the kids size pizza was they just glared at me and said 6 inches. Yes I know but I'd like to see it. Then I ordered shakes, the girl behind the counter making the shake admitted to a coworker that she didn't know how to make them. Talking to the same coworker she said the vanilla shake was undrinkable unless you stirred it and the other coworker said "just give it to them" Well she was right my son wasn't able to drink it and of course we got the shakes with ice cream dripping off the sides. We go to this location about once a month and it can be hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is a bit overdone but most of the time everything is perfect and made exactly as ordered. Great variety of toppings and cheeses and the pizza is always fresh out of the oven and hot. The ingredients have always been fresh and tasty. Awesome experience. Why? Everyone is paying attention to the customer. I was passing extra notes to the cashier to bake my pie "well done", Za guy took notice and confirmed it with me via a headnod. Soon after getting it to a "well done" state, he checked back to see if I wanted extra time on it. Kudos! I like my mega pie extra well done. I started off thinking I'd get a single mega but when considering my location, I got an additional pie for my niece & nephew, some cheesy bread sticks (a new menu addition) and figured a mini salad would make me think I'm having a "better" meal. For the price of a "mini salad" it is worth it and uber affordable. Salad options are chosen off the pizza line and then tossed and stuffed into a to-go container. That detail alone is worthy of purchase. I got some grilled chicken, diced tomatoes and corn on top. That rounded out a tasty salad. I used to be a big fan of Blaze (a similar brand).. but since MOD hit the scene and are opening in new locations all over, I'm leaning more to their brand. Having a "double crust" option which makes your pie closer to a thicker thin crust and "finishing" sauces, (a sauce drizzled on the top of the pie after baking) are options that I can't pass up. This was our first time visiting a MOD Pizza. My wife is vegan and we heard they have options so we decided to check it out. Upon entry we were trying to decide what to order; Dillion and Steven where right on top of giving is suggestions and explaining how the MOD Pizza system works. I decided Caspian. Pizza was cooked well & toppings were good. My wife had a custom vegan version. They had vegan cheese that was a nice touch. Our cashier Rozie was super friendly & we even a friendly conversation with Courtney the food packing girl. Service was super fast, we ordered, and were out the door in less then 10 mins. Over all the employees were extremely friendly & welcoming. 5+ stars for those guys. Pizza was good especially for fast food standards. So I have been waiting to see what they were going to put in this location after Pei Wei closed, and I'll just say I am so happy it was a pizza place!! (Pizza is my favorite food) If anyone is familiar with BLAZE Pizza the concept here is exactly the same except they only charge you for the pizza. If you want 100 toppings it is no extra cost! They also have different crust options which is amazing. You can call this the Subway of the pizza world. I got 2 pizzas...one of their menu pizzas called "tristen" and I did a create your own. Both were on the double crust (love that dough!) They are still new so you can tell they haven't gotten their flow down yet, as there were some hiccups, but that is expected. Everyone was super friendly though and you could tell they were having fun on the job. I took a pre-tasting bite out of my pizza before I left and I'm quite pleased! Love this place it's awesome for lunch or dinner. It's a modern spin on making pizza. So First off they have a big selection of their own specialty pizzas but you can also create your own and they have a ton of options for toppings. It is similar to Chipotle style serving in where you go down the line choosing what toppings you want. They have three different size pizzas the mini is perfect size for children or if you are not that hungry. I usually go with the MOD which I find the perfect size, the crust is thin and perfectly cooked. The staff are great and very helpful in making your experience the best. delicious pizza, however their preparation hygiene was quite poor. the staff uses the same gloves to handle meat and then without changing the gloves grabs the veggies to pick them up. I am a vegetarian, so its something that was off-putting. I requested the server to change his gloves, which he did kindly. but regardless, you retain in mind that the previous servers have been doing the same. this could easily lead into allergy attacks for people with food borne allergies. otherwise the location, ambiance and food options are very nice. I would give 5 stars and visit again, if they could figure out some way to handle veggies after meat with fresh hands or lay out the meat at the very end. read more

We came in for a Sunday lunch with my niece and nephew while they were in town for the Thanksgiving holiday. We were welcomed by the manager (shoot...forgot her name!), a black woman our age, who definitely influenced her crew with excitement about the MOD Pizza concept! We orders our choices, with MODifications per our whims, and each of the team members helped us with their part of the process. I tried the Dominic, and it was a great classic pizza with an artisan flair. Each of the other pizzas we ordered fit each person in our group very well. Even my father-in-law, who can be...selective... found the experience positive. The manager saw both his generosity in treating his family, and his initial hesitation to the concept, and made sure he felt comfortable in the end. She even personally invited him back with a coupon, which is something which will definitely work for him. ;-) Overall, a clean, refreshing, and moderately quick (very quick for a decent pizza) dining experience, a winner! read more

Love MOD pizza! The staff there is one of the friendliest bunch of people I've seen working in a fast food restaurant! Been here about five times in the past three months. Great fresh ingredients, you create your pizza with any toppings in any quantity. You want lots of mozzarella...you tell them..you want five proteins, you tell them. They will make it any way you want it...and it's always Tasty and quick! Today we had the pleasure of meeting Tashia, the Asst. Manager, who actually made our pizzas. I ordered the "gluten friendly" crust and my pizza came out charred black on the bottom and the edge. I ate it because I hate waiting for restaurants to remake my food while everyone else in my group finishes eating. So at the end, I asked to speak to the manager and showed her explaining the crust wasn't good. She said it's the product and it's not their fault.... seriously then don't sell the crust! So rude. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews. I went in to grab a salad at 3:00pm on a Monday so it was not very busy. Very nice lady made my salad and talked with me while she did. As I was telling her what I wanted on my salad, we joked how "bacon makes everything better" and she was extremely polite, even asking at the end "does this look good or would you like a little more dressing." I asked for a little more ranch and she was more than willing to make everything to my specifications. Great service and delicious salad! read more
