Good pizza, disappointing calzones. Since the Oldsmar location opened not long ago, we've had their pizza 2 or 3 times. Very good. We really enjoy the thin crust. Well, last night we decided to try the calzones. In addition to cheese, my husband and I added 4-5 toppings. So we were surprised and disappointed to find that there was very little inside our calzones. Plenty of crust, but not much else. And they were bland. I don't understand how they can make such great pizza and then lousy calzones. Maybe it was an off night. But we will stick with pizza from now on. read more

I am still freaking out over how ridiculously amazing their deep dish pizza is one week later. It is bar none the best we've tried in the area. The crust is deliciously crispy on the outside while not feeling too heavy, the sauce wonderfully fresh with lots of big tomato chunks. Every bite was a delight and how I wish my intro to deep dish pizza in Chicago went (although in Giordano's defense, the pizza had to travel 45mins out of the city and was summarily set aside until later for more appetizing homemade food). This will be my last time ordering from them Order delivery online. They have no option for ordering topping for half of a pizza, so I called right after placing on my order, and the guy who answered the phone was rude AF I said no changes could be made after placing the order online, and subsequently hung up on me before I could get a word in edgewise. Pizza is decent (hate to say that a chain like Giordano's is much better). The worst part is the wait. I was quoted a 35 minute wait but it took over an hour to get 1 pizza. And it wasn't that busy. I've ordered from there twice before also and both of those times took far longer than quoted. I did receive an email from management offering a free pizza but three times of slow service kind of trumps what they're offering. read more

First time eating here so this review can change. We ordered pick up. thin cheese pizza and chicken parm w gluten free pasta. For a take out place this place is pretty good. I'd recommend it and we will be back. No complaints just a few notes. I wanted crispy through out the pizza but the bottom was soft and doughy vs crispy crunchy bottom. The chicken parm was even better the next day reheated. I don't like the plastic containers the parm came in but again whatever for take out food. The workers are nice and the food was very hot. First off i'm a resident of palm harbor Florida. The pizza was a disappointment. When it arrived it had been tipped to one side and the crust rolled up on a third of the pizza. The flavor was great, but the experience was not. The crust was limp with no crispness in fact the consistency of soft very pale. You could not pick up a piece of the pizza as it was so limp. We tried to reheat it to crisp up the crust, no luck. We may give them one more chance but, I'm not sure it would be worth while. read more

Being from Chicago, was really missing deep dish pizza with the type of sausage used on Chicago pizza and French dip sandwiches. Drove by their place many a time but recently called. So glad I did ! Their food did not disappoint. Will be a regular customer, for sure read more

My boyfriend and I used to love Rosati's pizza. We had such a great experience the first few times we had them deliver, but the service has gone down hill the last 3 times. Delivery always takes 65-70 minutes and the prices aren't cheap; we regularly pay between $30-35 for pizza, but the quality has been worth it. The first mishap happened when the pizza was delivered with basically cheese sliding completely off the pizza barely looked cooked. The second time we didn't get extra sauce and ranch we paid for, but then the 3rd time we didn't get the 2-liter we ordered or sauce that went with the garlic bread, the wings leaked through the box and bag and they were basically dry.The delivery driver basically said it's not his fault it wasn't given to him at the store. We called and the manager refused to speak with us and they sent us a new order that was supposed to be expedited and it took again 60-minutes. I'm sorry but pizza should never take that long; it's absurd. We will never order from them again. read more

We looked forward to ordering pizza, as we only do this as a treat. This is the second time in a row that the pizza arrived, and we are again disappointed. The first time the pizza was over cooked, and today the pizza was over sauced and overladed with cheese, and the pick four toppings were more like they put four toppings on the entire pizza. We will not have a third experience with Rosati's, as it now has been consistently poor. I used to be a former worker at Rosati's pizza a year ago. I was excited to try the new one that had just opened up in oldsmar. When I arrived workers were strange and non-attentive. As I waited for my pizza in excitement it slowed as I took my first bite, was terrible. I don't know who cut the pizza first of all because it looked like they were drunk while cutting it. I would give 10 stars for the pizza however as other reviews indicate, service is lacking such as slow, disorganized, and lack of management; kids running the place. My order sat in the warmer for 5 mins while I was standing there, the counter person knew my order but the other worker in the kitchen did not communicate my pie was ready not to mention it had already been a long time since ordering to be ready. With that said, I happily gobbled down the thin crust which was actually properly cooked thoroughly and one of the best I've had. Can't wait to try the deep dish. We're from Boston having some great pizzas near us but this was exceptionally tasty. Will just set aside more time for them to execute the pie etc... read more

we ordered 2 salads and chicken fingers with fries. Delivered 3 hours and 2 phone calls later... fries looked and tasted like they sat for 2 hours. Pasta on salad was under cooked and congealed. When I spoke to the manager, he was very abrasive and short with me, and blamed the delivery driver. Piss poor management. I will not recommend this place again. read more

ordered a 16 inch thin crust cheese pizza with 1/2 italian sausage and 1/2 italian beef and black olives last friday 12-15-18. it was the best pizza we have had since moving here from chicago. you want the best chicago style thin crust pizza, order from rosati's in oldsmar fl. we have been ordering our pizza's from there since it opened and this is by far the best pizza we have ordered from here. great job. made exactly the way we like it. read more
