This location is really wonderfully and warmly ran--attentive service, clean facility, and great food. By chance my two trips were on trivia night both times and it was surprising fun and funny--it was obvious a lot of work went into to preparing it. The pizza has been on point, both the normal and Chicago Style stuffed. We will return frequently. read more

The restaurant wasn't very busy tonight, but it was 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night. They were doing trivia that started at 6:30, I believe. They were great in letting us join in half way through. Don't know the server's name, but the bill says Dasia. She was average. Not bad, nothing over there top. She was the only server there besides the bartender, who I assume is an owner. My husband got The Cheef and really liked it. That was after trying to order the lasagna that they were out of (she did come later to say that they did have a portion). He also asked for a side of mayo, but they were out. Who is out of mayo at a restaurant. Anyway, he really liked it. I had the create your own pasta with penne and marinara. It was average. If we come back, I'll try something else. My daughter got the 4 cheese ravioli. She liked the sauce, but not the ravioli. She said it was a texture thing. Place seemed very clean and up to date...pretty new. We may be back, but we won't go out of our way to go. I will definitely try something else if there is a next time. read more

Well.. what can I say... it's Christmas Eve... we just got out of church and we were starving. We had passed by this place many times, but never had a chance to stop by. We are glad we did tonight. Obviously, it wasn't full being Christmas Eve and wondered if they were even open... yeah they were. It's a very sporty atmosphere ... I mean it is a pub. They are Bears-centric... LOL... they are a Chicago establishment after all... don't hold that against them... they love all the teams. We let them know it was our first time, so they recommended a few items. We started with the mozzarella sticks and they were good. Cheese was melted and gooey and side sauce was good. My wife had the penne pasta and it did not disappoint. Very hot and cheesy and had a wonderful flavor. My wife is very picky and she told me we are coming back to sample other items. I had the Italian Beef sandwich. It comes with fries, but you can get a side salad for an additional three dollars and substitute. You also have the option of having sweet peppers on your sandwich or hot giardiniera. It also comes with a side of au jus sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich. It was just the right size and had plenty of beef in it. Next time I'm going to get the one that comes with the mozzarella cheese on it, but I wanted to try the original first. We enjoyed our food very much and speaking with the owners. Also, ask to join their club to get e-mails on specials and discounts. Like my wife said, we are definitely coming back... we were too full to try any of the desserts!!!!! read more

Man I wish this was closer to our house. This time no bingo so it was more quiet. Service was over the top friendly, the food was very good as before, and we had a great time. I have an update. Just a couple of days ago I placed a delivery on DoorDash. I wanted extra sauce on my pizza and DoorDash stated that was not an option and to contact Rosati's directly once order is placed. I did just that and the first spoke with the manager. He told me that since I ordered on DoorDash he could not put extra on my pizza since it is extra money. That's fine, i understand that. However, I then asked could he make the one time exception seeing as though I've dined in and spent money previously. He was very rude and I made sure I asked him was he willing to lose a customer over something as small as extra sauce on the pizza. He did not care at all and I'm BIG on customer service since I'm in that field. When the customer service is bad, I'll never go back and I just wanted to update my review stating that. read more

As always, Rosati's brings me home... to sweet home Chicago. This thin crust pizza is what I grew up with. With sausage... real friggin' fennel sausage pizza. With sauce... sauce that has seasonings and doesn't taste like the tin can. Yes, Rosati's was my pizza place of choice in the Fox Valley, western Chicago suburbs. And best part, owner came over and asked for my feedback. Which I gave and she took it to heart. I love when the owner is involved in their business. I think they put a tad too much sauce on so the crust doesn't quite get as crispy as it should. And she said, next time to remind her and she'll make sure it's right. Like, what?! I was craving an authentic deep dish Chicago style. In this area I feel like it's pretty hard to find. I didn't want to drive all the way to Unos. Somebody recommended this place and it was GREAT! It was a Friday night, so it was very busy and lively. The live music was fun. Everybody seemed to be in a good mood including the staff. My only complaint is that the croutons for the side salad were a little burnt: and it did take a very long time to get a refills. It took so long I asked them to take the wine I ordered off as we were there for an hour and a half. This location is right next to my favorite Publix ever. I'm not sure why I havent stopped in before to try this place. I pass it all the time. But it was our lucky day. When you check in on Yelp you get an order of their dough nuggets (which are amazing by the way) they are buttery and garlicky but not too garlicky and the marinara they give is delicious. Very fresh tasting. We ordered their thin crust pizza half cheese and half their version of meat lovers. Let me start by saying their sauce is amazing, their toppings were fresh and I love how they cut the pizza. I plan to go back to try the deep dish pizza next time read more

I was craving ice cream after work and decided I needed to eat before I had any.....driving in the shopping area I saw a few Italian restaurant and decided to try Rosati's and glad I dropped in. Upon entering I was able to grab a table as no one was in the restaurant, I was a little thrown off by it but ordered these amazing dough nuggets that comes with a marinara dipping sauce. This is heaven! I could've had two orders and be happy! Soooo good! For my entree I ordered the chicken Alfredo and chicken parm. I couldn't decided but I'm glad I ordered both. The potions were huge so you definitely can share. I didn't care for the Alfredo, it tasted as if it was missing something but couldn't put my finger on it. The parm was ok, nothing I can brag about. Overall, the server I had was nice, place looked clean and coming back for those dough nuggets. I thought I took pics of my dinner but it never saved. I'll have to return to get more pics. read more

I despise giving mediocre reviews but just can't get behind this place. The last time we went was about five years ago and we decided not to go back. Well, we recently thought "let's try this place again" and just not for us. We waited about 30 minutes for one Italian sausage sandwich and it wasn't all the way cooked, peppers were almost raw and the fries were cold. We were the only people there at 6pm and the bathroom was filthy, there wasn't any soap and the main sink wasn't working. Just overall, not a great experience and unfortunately won't be going back. read more

I have been following them on IG for a few months. The prices of their lunch specials really made me keep following. I visited the location at Hunt's club on a Friday evening around 5 PM. I called ahead. It wasn't busy. When I arrived, I wasn't greeted. I saw another woman there and figured she was waiting on pizza so I just stood behind her. After she left, a woman at the bar asked if I needed help. I paid and got my pizza. I wish they had shown me the pizza before they just closed it up. I took my food and opened it outside. It was in perfect condition. I ordered the Rosati's Monster pizza and the side salad with Caesar dressing. It's their version of a fully loaded pizza--All of the meats and veggies. The salad was really good. It was tasty and fresh. I wish the crust on the pizza was different though. I do love the fact that you can choose different sizes of the pizza. Mine was 12". That can feed 1 if their really hungry but it can also feed two for a cozy night in. I might order an extra side of sauce next time. It was good but it wasn't the best I've ever had. read more

Delicious cheesy bread! Their menu is lengthy and a lot of different options. They have $1 wings Tuesday and Wednesday. 25 TVs for your choosing you can see them from every corner of the restaurant. Staff was nice, kitchen was slow even for a slow day. There was only one or two other people eating there. Food was pretty good we got pasta next time we will get pizza. read more

I made a visit to a nearby Rosati's to dine in with my family. The resteraunt is absolutely a sports bar with the memorabilia of Chicago teams and local professional teams. This was a slow night, and the service was good and responsive. When you check in on Yelp, you receive a half order of their app of the dough nuggets, which is a pretty hardy portion! The dough nuggets were soft, buttery, and great taste of garlic not overbearing. The marinara is delicious as well with chunks of tomato! We shared the Chicago deep dish that contained pepperoni, green peppers, and onions. The pizza was good, but we didn't care for the crust of the pizza itself. We would return to have their thin crust, as we've had it for takeout and it was better than the deep dish. read more

We haven't been here in many years since this place opened. When they opened the food was ok but nothing to write home about. We stopped there again this week and it seems like the place has gone downhill. We sat at the bar and waited a good 10 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge us. We order a sandwich and it took a really long time and we were literally the only people in there. They have a great menu and a cool bar atmosphere, but the would not return due to the poor food quality and long wait. 3/10 read more

Square-cut pizza lover's dream! We stumbled upon this gem tucked away in a corner of a large shopping plaza. Despite coming on a weekend we could easily park outside the restaurant. We sat ourselves and were quickly greeted by our server. We happened to dine in on a karaoke night and appreciated the staff allowing our 3 year old to sing. We ordered a 12" double dough pizza and a dozen wings. The meat pizza was a VERY meaty thin crust pizza and the wings came perfectly cooked, paired with carrots and ranch/blue cheese. I ordered the mango-habanero sauce while my husband preferred the hot wings. The mango habanero is on the sweeter side as opposed to something you get at a BWW but pleasantly enjoyable. The wait staff is attentive, friendly, and quick. We loved the atmosphere and overall fun and entertaining dining experience. We look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu. read more

I have tried to give this place as many opportunities as possible. Every time I go there the service is subpar or below. I decided to start ordering delivery and the first and only time I did it was late and when I called them, they told me that no one had had picked it up yet and to come get it myself. They didn't comp anything or even apologize. Decided to try them for lunch and see if maybe the service was any better. Walked in. No one greeted us. We sat ourselves and they just continued to have their own conversations. We walked out after about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. Ended up going to Jets next-door. On Thursdays, Rosatis hosts Bingo night - which starts at 7pm. This past thursday, i got there at 5:45 and could not sit down. The restaurant was half-filled and the remaining seats were being "held". I think this practice is ridiculous. I saw more than 10 people come in and leave within 15 minutes because seats weren't available. About the food - i've visited there several other times, so the review is based upon those visits. Rosatis purports to be a Chicago-style restaurant and the menu reflects it - it's just that it's so m'eh. The deep dish pizza is marginal - it's barely deep dish with a lacking of ingredients - if you go to Gino's East in Chicago, you'll know what a true deep dish pizza looks like (and tastes like). The King Cheef is an Italian beef sandwich - i got it dipped - which helped but, again, the Au Jus and the beef wasn't that flavorful Calzone - it was good - nice breading and ingredient ration Greek Salad, Antipasto Salad, Chopped Salad - these are the few "healthy' items on the menu and all are very good Dough Nuggets - these are addicting - they serve way too many of these - they're basically fried pizza dough - and it comes with an accompaniament of tomato sauce - it was a good idea - but made better as a desert Zeppole - they took those dough nuggets, sprinkled them with powdered sugar and paired with nutella - best menu item, hands down I would suggest going any time other than thursday evenings.
