I've been coming to Dalli's since I was a kid, and it's always been such a solid go-to pizza spot. There's something about it that just feels nostalgic, but it also genuinely holds up every time. Their prices are super affordable, especially for a non-chain pizza place, and the quality is consistently great. I recently did a pickup order for lunch, and it couldn't have been smoother. They gave me a pickup time, and my pizza was literally coming out of the oven right as I walked in - perfect timing. One of my favorite things they do is their thin shaved sausage, so good and not something you see everywhere. I also love that you can grab pizza by the slice, which makes it really convenient if you're just stopping in quickly. They also have solid weekday lunch specials if you're looking for a good deal. It's not a huge place, but there's a small area to sit inside if you want to dine in. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the overall experience. It is this little restaurant in the neighborhood. The decor's is clean but a little outdated. It has all the old New York kind of feel. When I walk in there is an option for take out or sit down. So if you want to take out, you can just order at the counter and you can see all the pizza already made. We chose to sit in. The server is friendly and attentive! I have small garlic knots and garlic wings. Then my hubby got the pasta trio. The food came fairly fast. The garlic knots are amazing and it came with six! So flavorful and yummy! The wings are sitting in the place of oil a bit and it does not have much flavor other than the garlic. I put some salt on and it tasted so much better right away. The pasta trio came with soup or salad, my hubby got the garden salad. The salad is fine and the pasta is ok. Very cheesy for sure. Overall it is a nice restaurant in the neighborhood. read more

Ordered the "Dallis Special" through door dash. Which is pepperoni mushrooms sausage peppers and onions. $45 with ten dollar tip. Was delivered a plain cheese pizza, went through DoorDash and they redelivered the correct order, I don't know how such a bland pizza is possible with those ingredients but it might as well have been the plain cheese. Almost no red sauce, can't even taste the meats, ordered well done and got raw dough. Worst pizza I've ever had from any pizza place! read more

By far the best Italian in all of central Florida. Tastes like New York Italian. They even have sweet, medium and hot sauce just like little Italy. This location has a typical pizzeria menu featuring pizza's, as well as calzone and Stromboli's and they also offer pizza by the slice. They do offer delivery and takeout and are conveniently located right next-door to citrus city craft, a local tap-house. As I was looking for something to snack on while we were at citrus city watching the football game, I came across Dallis pizza on Yelp. It was extremely convenient for me to be able to place my take-out order directly from Yelp, but my only concern was is that I was never notified that my order was ready. After about 15 minutes, I walk next door to inquire about my order, as I never received a notification via Yelp that it had been received by the location. Turns out that not only had they received it. It was already complete and they were waiting on me. I opted in for their Stromboli that had pepperoni, mozzarella, cheese, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, with their sweet sauce. Overall, the Stromboli was good but, I felt that the dough of the Stromboli could've been cooked just a little bit longer as it was very soft as I was cutting into it. Great food! We were having a drink next door and we found out we can bring Dallis over to the brewery. We ordered a take out order for a 10-piece mild buffalo wings and stuffed mozzarella garlic knots. Food was made in less than 15 minutes and it was dripping in grease (yes)! They have Chicken rolls!! Chicken parmigiana in a Stromboli or calzone type roll. This is a typical NY style food and I couldn't find them anywhere close except at Dallis! This is my go to pizzeria in Lake Mary. It is in a shared plaza with several other businesses so there is plenty of parking. The ambience is very casual with light sounds playing in the background and plenty of New York decor. The staff is very friendly, and the place is spacious enough if you have Two or 10 in your party. The menu is full of goodies and appetizers for your enjoyment. Telephone signal is atrocious so ask for the Wi-Fi password or Simply enjoy your dining companions we grabbed an 18 inch, a 16 inch, and garlic knots. All were delectable, and we had enough to take home. If the extra large pizza was big enough, which I thought it would be, we would not have had to order the second pie. The spinach wheel was good, was hoping for a bigger portion, but, for the costs, you get what you paid for. Incredibly disappointed in the kids meatballs. You can tell they were the frozen kind from the grocery store. Horrible. Not fresh at all. Be patient when you go as a Friday night around 6pm, they were handling multiple orders. I don't know if I caught this place on a really bad day but the entire experience was not great. When placing an order for pick up on a Tuesday around 7:30 pm, the women who took my order kept interrupting me while I was adding things. By the end she didn't catch half the order, barked a total at me and hung up and of course upon pick up it was wrong. I called to ask if there was anything they could do and I heard the women in the background say "what?!" obnoxiously and she hopped back on the phone with me. Again, talking over me, not listening at all, began to argue with me that she told me she took the order and repeated it back to me which she never did at all. I said "no, you didn't. Lol You were talking over me and didn't hear me then barked a total at me." She said "well you weren't charged for the other items". The attitude of this lady.. I don't know who she was but I grew up here in lake Mary and I have to be honest. I'm absolutely sick and tired of the lack of customer service. I don't know what hole these people crawled out of but I'm kind of sick of this weird entitled attitude. The best way to remedy this is to shut them down. Furthermore the pizza sucked. Half the slices didn't even have cheese and there was a total of maybe 5 scraps of mushroom. So the food wasn't even worth the attitude. There's no reason to go here. This was my first time trying this restaurant. I did take out and they were pretty fast. Cheese Pizza I ordered a single slice of cheese pizza just tried the pizza. It was cheap and pretty big but that's the only positive I have. A completely liked flavor and it was super underwhelming. Vegetable Stromboli The vegetable Stromboli was underwhelming as well. It lack taste and the sauce was terrible. Chicken wings The barbecue chicken wings were very rubbery and other than the barbecue sauce had no taste either. It was underwhelming as well. Garlic Knots If I ever had to come back to this place I would just order a side of garlic knots. The only reason this restaurant is getting two stars for me it's because of their excellent garlic knots. They are dressed well and they taste great. Worst customer service ever! Placed an order Online, and put a tip in thinking this was a delivery tip to only then Get a confirmation email that they only do pick up. I called the store to cancel my order and was told absolutely not. They can't cancel and refund my money. I spoke to Haley. She was extremely rude. Told me she couldn't refund my money or help me. I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me she wasn't calling her manager to help at home and there was nobody that could help me. I had very low expectations going in, as 90% of their reviews seems to be bogus ones from friends and family. Of their 25 reviews, 11 are from people out of state and most reviews are from people who have very few reviews written or 'friends' on Yelp. I find that a bit suspect, but my friend wanted to check this place out anyway. My expectations were surpassed, but this place was mediocre at best. As I watched food come out, there was nothing desirable about the pizza, the burger at the table next to me was a standard frozen patty and looked like one you'd get from any stadium/cafeteria/mass-produced establishment. Nothing fresh or appealing about it. My friend ordered a slice of meat pizza and a lunch portion of spaghetti and meatballs. It looked like cut up deli meat on the pizza and I am almost certain those meatballs were not homemade. Nothing on his plate looked appealing. I ordered the eggplant rolatini and was told I'd have to pay more to have spinach instead of ham inside of it. The waitress did not appreciate my asking why spinach was more expensive than ham and said she'd look into it. When it came out, it was completely covered in cheese. That's not usually a bad thing, but I couldn't taste the eggplant at all. The side of angel hair and sauce that came with my dish was boxed and jarred - again, nothing homemade. We were served hoagie rolls straight from the bag as table bread. Neither of us touched it. Would I go back? Meh, not likely. For some crazy reason it has taken me 3 years of living in the area to finally get here. I love mom n pop restaurants. I love Italian. This is a small establishment that looks to push more pizza than anything else and most probably goes via carry out of delivery. Inside there are maybe 12 to 14 tables. Servers seem attentive and do connect with customers. It's a loud place depending on if there are kids screaming or not. Tonight was kids night! If you were under 5, a kid, and had lungs, you were the entertainment in full voice. I asked my server of the following which should I choose: lasagna, chicken parmigiana, or chicken Marsala. I was steered to the Marsala. I also picked cheesy garlic bread. Brothers and sisters, get an order per person! The garlic bread is rock star! Chicken Marsala was moist and properly cooked. My issue is that it lacked a depth of flavor. I mean any flavor. Maybe allow the sauce to reduce further? I'm not sure how to fix it. Tomorrow I'll add herbs to it for lunch.
