Pizza I ordered was cut very unevenly. I called to get 1 remade and the lady had an attitude. Brought the pizza back and the lady cut her eyes. The guy making the pizza looked pissed. Everyone was getting warm welcomes except for me like I did something wrong. Large pizza isnt even a large any more mind you it's $25 after taxes. Shane on yall Anthony's. That manager needs to be fired! They are rude to their paying customers just trying to place an order. She REFUSED to give her name, my order came to approximately $41, I gave her a $50 and she gave me .27 change until I demanded my actual change. These people are scammers!! They cooked my pizza upside down, it was doughy (I have pics) and my sub barely had any meat on it! Based on what I saw, the health department needs to be called on this place, grease under the wheels they just mop around, dirty dishes, unclean counters and utensils.. ugh..Avoid this place like the plague!!!!! read more

If I could give them a zero stars I absolutely would. The so-called manager is rude, nasty and hangs up in your face. The wings were less than appetizing and they offer nothing other than too bad so sad this is the way we make them. Anthony's pizza 17-92 and Button Road. Like most in Casselberry we are long time customers over 20 years. Tonight we noticed the prices on menu are different than receipt. We questioned our waitress, the one who wears glasses and is loud speaking. Mind you we always have her as our server. Her response was I don't know, I don't know why the owner does what he does. No explanation, no let me find out nothing other than I don't know. She walked away and we heard her tell her coworker their questioning the prices. She looked over our way and saw my daughter looking right at her. My sister grabbed a menu off a table to look at the prices. The waitress said,again to coworker , now they looking at the menu and they should pay cash then if they don't want to pay the fees. The issue is not the credit card fees, we gladly pay it as always. We were trying to understand why the discrepancy between menu and bill. So maybe someone else can get the answer. Just wanted to say how disheartening. Time to give our hard earned money to another restaurant. And to our waitress. You should be ashamed of yourself. Next time think before you speak. Your voice travels! read more

Look closely at your receipt. They jack up the prices without telling you and also add 3% if you pay with a card on top of that.

Tried this palace a couple times. Had it delivered and was great pasta and pizza. Last time pizza was uncut and pasta sauce wasn't the best.

Hubs and I stopped by here a couple weeks ago for the first time on a Friday night to grab dinner. They were super busy. They only do dine-in or carry out, no delivery. We ordered a calzone and a small Bianca pizza. Girl at the counter told us 30 minutes, so we settled in to wait at the small waiting area up front. It was closer to an hour before we got our order. There was quite a few staff working but it seemed very chaotic and we noticed several other customers who had phoned in their orders had incorrect orders on arrival to pick up. The staff was very quick to correct them or offer free drinks etc for their trouble. But it all seemed very disorganized. The food was ok but there was way too much oregano on the Bianca pizza. I don't know if we would return as the whole experience was overwhelming and the food was not good enough to justify all the craziness. read more

The food here is excellent and tastes great but I've had a couple issues just lately. Last time I saw an order of Sicilian slices returned from the table, untouched I assume but way burnt. They went back in the display case to sell. Not cool. The arancini balls one time are normal size but getting soggy on a bed of cold lettuce, the last time very small, cut open and dried out. (I did say we were eating later) I also said no need to heat up my cheese slices since again we were eating later. They were heated. I ordered a side of sauce. Got to the car, not in there. Again the taste of the food is very good but check your take out orders. 3/3/21 just went back in to try again and the price of the items I always get went up 33%! While I know things have gone up---33%?!!! Nothing like a little price gouging as a side dish! When we opened the arancini, there was no ricotta, the sauce was burnt , what usually is a ground beef center was almost liquid. I can no longer recommend this restaurant. read more

We usually order Anthony's when we don't know what else to get but still a solid choice. However, I go for the pasta dishes most of the time and I somehow always forget that they are HUGE portions. I think next time I may try the kids portion and add shrimp; The shrimp Alfredo is my favorite. My fiancé orders the Italian sub toasted and he loves!!! It. Also they don't charge a delivery fee which allows us to tip the driver a bigger tip and I love that. read more

Ordered a meat lovers calzone, just like the ones I had ordered 30 times before. It had 3 pieces of pepperonni, a little sausage and ham, no meatballs or bacon. When I called to ask why I got a calzone with lots of ricotta and mozzarella and almost no meat. The girl on the phone said that it was all pre portioned then just hung up. The antipasto salad consisted of romaine lettuce, 3 little balls of mozzarella, 2 pieces of tomatoe and a few black olives. The dressing tasted like wishbone Italian..very Orange in color. The worst pizza and can't get an order correct. I ordered a medium pizza with 4 items and extra cheese to go, what I usually order. When I got it home I noticed no extra cheese so I put more on myself but when it came to eating it we found the center dough was not cooked and fell off the pieces when taking them out.
