Service is equally prompt and polite on first blush, but can sometimes leave you forgotten if you're on the far end of the massive dining area and waitstaff forgot their telescope they use to see you across the massive expanse of TVs and booths. Ambiance can be nice, given the feeling of eating in a greenhouse with the glass atrium style of the building. It's equally a great place to catch a game since there's literally a different TV mounted on every open wall or booth space anyone could find. My advice? Don't expect too much on the food front, stick to game nights in bar area, and don't bring anyone here thinking you're going to impress them, that's not what The Establishment is here to offer.
