My experience was fine, I do like my nails and my daughter loves her nails too... my issue is that I selected the pedicure with the hot stone massage, but did not receive hot stones . I honestly didn't consider it too big of a deal, I figured I may have selected a different pedicure during sign in, but I let the person at the front desk know that I didn't receive the hot stones. She brought the manager over and I let him know the pedicure was fine but they didn't end up using the hot stones. He had the nail tech come over and she told him that she did use them. His response was "well she said she did, so she did!" I've gone three times in a row to this salon. I've loved my nails every time. They have always come out just how I've requested. I took a star off because of the salons pricing. They nickel and dime you for everything. $20 additional charge for chrome! Am I buying a whole bottle of chrome powder, because that is ridiculous. For $20 I can buy 3-4 bottles of chrome powder. You have to pay extra for a manicure even though you are already paying for a dip manicure. And don't want a shape other than short or square because that's an extra $5. I have to pay extra just to have my nails shaped?! So to recap that's $40 for dip powder + $20 for adding chrome + $22 for a basic manicure treatment (because a manicure isn't included with the dip powder) + additional charge for any designs = at least $82... I'm just saying they are charging significantly higher than most places. I only took off one star and not two stars because at the end of the day, it was still my choice to continue to come back and pay the high cost. Lastly, make an appointment. They are normally busy on weekends. But when I have made an appointment ahead of time, they have got me seats within only a few minutes. read more

I was a walk-in for my second visit and they seated me in about 10 minutes! I asked for a design I had gotten the previous visit and I loved it. I showed her the picture and just wanted to change up the colors. I'm not super happy. I can love them through their funky-ness. The work overall was solid!!!! But I probably won't be coming back for a design. The yellow nails were the ones I wanted, but it blue! My pedicure was great and only 30$, and my last dip nails lasted about three and a half weeks. I have been going to Rose Couture for a couple years at their Dallas location. When they opened the Prosper location I was thrilled since it was closer to my house. Everyone has been absolutely incredible and my nails last weeks with no issues. I mainly go to Tiffany and Rachel but have had multiple other technicians who are awesome!! I'll be bringing my bridal party here before my wedding in September to get our nails done. The manager is always walking around checking in to make sure you're doing well and if you need anything. First time visiting. First I'll start by saying the place is super cute, very IG worthy. I only waited 7 min past my appointment time- pro from the other reviews. I typically go with the best pedi, but I haven't had a pedi worth a flip since moving further north, so went with the classic. FYI- this is the 5th place I've tried in the area, and they have all been subpar. The lady did fine, but she literally put lotion on feet and wiped off with towel. That was my "massage". Literally. If anyone has recommendations for the area, please let me know!!! I miss my old place at Cityline Edit- The receptionist at the front with reddish hair and her nose pierced needs to be trained on customer service. Rude as shit when I was checking out. The girl at front with shoulder length brown hair was super nice!! Also wtf does prosper need receptionist?? So I only went here due to my nail tech at the time moved here. I get the idea of what they are trying to do with all the person check in, then ipad check in, then someone is walking around with an I pad check in, it feels very impersonal and very robotic. It felt like they were moving cattle, then they charge you if you want something to drink. I was excited because it was close to my house. On a separate occasion we went in and they told us it would be over an hour wait. We thought cool we would run to Walmart and come right back, they were like no, you have to wait the hour IN THE SALON. So, unfortunately, I will not be going back. read more

Love this place from the aesthetics of the salon to the treatment - it's all top notch. I've been coming here since they grand opened and have fallen in love with them! Had my nails done by Mi Mi today - she's so sweet and takes such attention to detail! I'm forever a client! I loved that she didn't rush through like I was just another customer, re did one of my fingers because she noticed it wasn't dry ... and ultimately took great care of me! I almost always do a dip mani with a pedicure and I can appreciate when things are done right! Not super thick coats of dip, even shaping on all nails, not super rough with the drill where your cuticles hurt, etc. I could go on and on about this place! I have been getting dip nails for years; I can usually go 2 1/2- 3 weeks between appointments. And I've never had the Nexgen crack. Got an acrylic full set, with tips, design, gel, and a $45 pedicure with gel polish. The shape of my desired nails was an additional $5. The leg and foot massage was worth the entire bill! Lol! It makes me sad to be writing this review :( i've heard GREAT things about this salon and i was so excited to try it out i drove a little over an hour. i don't know if it was just a busy day or if it's like that all the time but i don't think i'll be going back unfortunately. to start i think that the salon is adorable! the pink is super cute. the decorations are cute but that didn't make up for my experience unfortunately. when i walked it i had no idea what to do absolutely no one said hi welcome in or anything like what can i do for you. i was just following the crowd and i filled out what i wanted on an ipad. when it "rang up" it told me $61 and i was like oh that's great! so i waited to see what the dip options were but again i didnt know where they were. when the lady came to grab me she said "you didn't pick out your color already?" and i was like idk where the options are and she pointed at the table with a bit of an attitude but at that point it didn't really matter. when i sat down with the nail tech she was SUPER nice HOWEVER she was definitely trying to upsell me. i wanted to get picture 1 done but she insisted on adding chrome and she put it on without me saying yes. and ill admit they are cute but its not what i wanted. im semi picky when it comes to my nails because i have really bad sensory issues so i tend to not like my nails if they're too thick or too thin. or if they're not smooth or if i can just feel they're uneven so these nails are nowhere near perfect in my opinion but they aren't bad. they're just not what i like and usually i'd be fine with it. i can deal with it for a month. BUT i went to check out and my total was $90..... are you telling me that the chrome is almost $30??? and it was $90 without tip. so i feel bad but i didn't end up tipping because i was not anticipating a $30 price jump. again i think they're cute but they're not what i wanted and i hate that i payed $90 for something i barely like. also a little vibe ick i had was the poor girl next to her nail tech kept leaving her to answer a call :( it happened multiple times and i could tell the girl was kind of in a rush but didn't want her to feel bad :( overall the place is cute i hope people have a better experience than i did but it just wasn't what i hoped it to be. read more
