A few years later we bought 9 windows to finish the project. ( The salesman-Chris told us the new windows would not have condensation in the inside. Every single one of those windows has moisture problems. The company sent out a guy 2 times. Every time we were told moisture on the inside of a window is due to too much moisture in the house. We bought 3 dehumidifiers and have the humidity problem solved. Well the guy came out a third time. Told us without even checking our windows that it is normal for windows to have condensation in the inside. ‍. He says the windows are working fine. It is the moisture and the circulation in our home. That's a bunch of BS. Well I disagreed and I am not satisfied with the windows. Now the service /installation manager is going to come to our house. How can 9 windows have condensation and one window not have a drop of moisture on the inside? I feel there is something wrong with the manufacturing or the installation of the 9 windows. I just wish they would admit that and make it right.

Once this was discovered, the owner started to get less responsive as we tried to figure out the best way to go forward. About the time I figured out the solution on my own, they stopped answering the phone or responding to text messages and e-mails. At this point, it's been 2 months since I last heard from them, so now I need to find another contractor to finish the project, which will end up costing more than what was left on the payment structure.
