I had never had a pedicure before and went in with some nasty ugly feet. I was embarrassed. I am so smitten with my new toes. Kris did an amazing job, I didn't know my feet could look that pretty. All jokes aside I also apparently had some massive ingrown toenails which I didn't even realize hurt so much until they were gone. So not only do my feet look good, they feel 100% better. I walked into Rose Nails by Kris today feeling like my hands and feet desperately needed a miracle, and oh boy, did they deliver! I am beyond thrilled with the results and can't stop staring at my nails and toes. Ann handled my manicure and she is a total visionary! I went in for a gel mani with zero clue what I wanted (I'm so out of touch with the latest trends!), but Ann stepped right in with the most amazing suggestion: "Cat Eye" nails. Watching her use the magnet technique to create that effect was so cool and fun to see. The color she helped me pick is stunning, and the finish is absolutely beautiful! She mentioned I could bring in any style of art or picture of nails, and she could do that style for me. She is the nail "artist". Very sweet lady. Then, Tracy took over for my pedicure and she is a complete rockstar. My toes look brand new! She is so meticulous with the cleanup and gives, hands down, the best massages ever! Pro-tip for anyone visiting: do yourself a massive favor and get at least the #2 package or above. Your feet will thank you, and you definitely won't regret it! Tracy even helped me coordinate a matching color for my toes that complements my cat-eye nails perfectly. Both were so sweet. Tracy was so personable. I cannot recommend this salon enough 10 out of 10! Both Ann and Tracy were professional, kind, and clearly took their time to make sure every single detail was perfect. I went in after opening, and there was a smell of cigarettes; I then started to recall why I stopped going here years ago. But the fans dissipated it eventually. Only one lady there, she didn't say her name and didn't ask mine, just what I wanted. I got a express pedi w regular paint and a gel mani. Pedi was fine at first, then she used scrub from a big tub that said "Bath & Body Works" and re-dipped to apply on my other leg. This is not sanitary at all, since I get the feeling this gets used for everyone. Instant gross out. I recall this too was an issue for me not going back--what can I say about memory loss? Pedi finished, we went to the mani station. Again things going fine until she cut my cuticles too much and made my pointer finger bleed for over a minute, my thumb was not as bad but this shouldn't have happened at all. Especially when you're then going to apply chemicals to my fingers and then set it with heat. She did her best to clean it up but it was the last straw for me, I thought. At payment, she tried to just tap my card on her phone. I told her three times I don't have that option on my card and then finally her coworker told her, I'm guessing, that she had to put on the computer and their store POS system and run it that way. She still tried to tap my card. Btw--there's a $2 up service fee for paying by card vs cash. It was $82 for both. Then her coworker came up w QR codes to review the service. I don't typically get my nails done because the nature of my work requires no polish and blunt nails, but I treated myself and got injured for it, plus some of my toe nails ended up being rough edged and I had to clean them up at home! Just left after needing a basic manicure. No gel just regular manicure. The lady cut me bad on 4 different fingers. Hoping her tools had been sanitized but I left with bleeding hurt fingers and a paint job that looks like my 10 year old did it. She was rude when I knocked one of my fingers on her light when she was forcing me to have my hands and arms a specific way instead of letting me sit and dry how I please. I didn't want my arms laying on the wet towel. Will never be back. Waste of $25 and my time. I'm only giving it one star for the guy who was nice at the front. read more

I called to see how much a basic pedicure would be she told me 30 over the phone so I went in. I stated from the beginning I wanted a basic pedicure. Did not tell me callus was extra she was the one that suggested since my feet needed it. Gave me gel colors and also did not tell me how much extra it would be. I expected to pay for the gel as it is usually an add on but I did not think my total was going to be 63. Yes she did a good job on my pedicure but was not happy that she was not communicating how much the add ons were I would have turned down the callous and gel knowing how much they both were. The guy who assisted checking me out at the end even said there was a 10% discount so I would've paid more for it had there not but a discount. read more

This salon is one of the best kept secrets in Vegas! It's tucked away in the Durango Pointe shopping plaza, located behind Jiffy Lube. I never knew the salon was there. The salon is spotless.
