Not only was the design exactly the inspiration I provided, but I ended up getting proposed to on that trip so these became my engagement nails! I've been coming back to see Zoe ever since. Signed in at the screen at the receptionist desk. Was then walked over and seated at the massage chair. Was asked if we wanted something to drink and I asked for water. Then I was told that they serve complimentary Vietnamese iced coffee or iced matcha or mimosa. What?! At 2:30pm?! Love it!! We got the mini moment pedicure which is the standard pedicure. It was a great experience and my nail tech was amazing. No talking, just focused on getting it done. Lol it comes with a mini foot massage. Ugh loved it so much. Price: I initially wanted to get gel x mani and a gel pedi but once I confirmed prices over the phone I decided it was a bit too much. I was told that there is a $17 additional fee for any service if you decide on getting gel polish. You can buy a gel nail polish for that price or even less. I asked if I bring my own polish if they would charge the same and unfortunately they will still charge the same since it's a "service" of them putting on the polish. Bottom line, it's not their fault, majority of nail salons are inflating prices nowadays and it's of course due to the "service" or the "product" so yea just go along with it and no one will get hurt. Service: The girl that helped me was very nice and helpful, I was initially going to get a French tip pedi but she advised to just get the milky white I was thinking about since my nails were already pretty short. She did a beautiful job and I appreciate her honesty and not pushing me to get the French tip. I can literally show her my inspiration and she always exceeds my expectations. Mia is just as wonderful--super gentle, patient, and clearly very skilled at what she does. I booked an hr for nails and pedi and was done in less than 45 min for both. I genuinely like the atmosphere and the employees and the work that they do. I just did not like how I was approached at all about the nails I wanted. I DID NOT AT ALL WANT ACRYLICS. When I asked about doing the simple design, I was told my nails are too small, which when I'm looking at them now, the acrylics were not necessary. The nail art could've been done on my natural nail like I wanted with a polish background. Love the nail art and shape of the nails, just literally not what I wanted like at all. I also just have to throw this out there that I personally witnessed the receptionist pick his nose and eat his boogers multiple times whom had just finished at least 2 sets of nails prior.
