I'd didn't see that they did this last time (especially digging into an ingrown). 2 days later it was unbearable pain that I couldn't even walk on it. Dr said bacterial infection, with me being on antibiotics 4x a day & no physical activity for 2-4 weeks. I hate writing this review, people there are nice. But this sucked & was very painful. Look Van, The whole situation was handled terribly I had so much patience when I called in and was willing to make a THIRD trip regardless of my work schedule to come back and get the nails fixed and this was in less than 48hrs that they had chipped! I only asked for a color change when I mentioned that if I went in and fixed this.. I didn't want this happening again by the next day bc i couldn't keep making trips back for you " to fix" as I could see the quality of the black gel was not great.. she kept telling me that I was "not taking care of my nails and that I was "working hard" I literally talk for a living so that should've never been part of your "solution " or part of your ..business to blame the customer! She was arguing with me for over 10min and when I asked for my number or a message to be left for a call back from a manager she told me you didn't exist and that the ladies all ran the store together THAT was when I was over this terrible experience and yes I did ask for a refund on the color and I would pay for the service she "provided" OR I asked for a color change After that way I was treated I think this was the least she can do! Btw I did offer to come back in and she AGAIN told me you guys were to busy in the morning even though both times you were not so why continue to ask what time worked if she argued with evry time I choose? She was so rude I ended up hanging up bc she would not allow me to speak to anyone but her and by the way I have my nails done CONSISTENTLY I came here out of way for an emergency hoping it'd be simple and I'm not a difficult person but to pay$70 for my nails to peel within 3 days was ridiculous just so you know by this time (6days later) had to remove the manicure bc it had already lifted at the bottom or on the sides on most of my nails by the 4th day. Pictures were taken I could've posted but I figured I had already gone out of my way enough why frustrate myself more until I saw your comment further making the situation for me here unpleasant bc I can say I've gotten gel that been recommended to last two weeks and and that varies I get that but when I asked her that she couldn't even answer let alone blame anyone other than me for this problem. I'm not sure I would feel comfortable with the quality of this place again so no I won't be coming in to you guys again to have my time wasted and money wasted. read more

Im pretty basic when it comes to my nails i usually just do gel nails and i think this is why i could never find a good nail salon because they would rush to get it done with no care at all and focus more on acrylics! My wife has been coming here for over a tear now and not to be bias but, shes tried other shops much closer to home and she just keeps coming back here. According to her the other shops just don't stack up, I have no clue what she's talking about. It must be a girl thing kind like guys with sports or poker. This is my 3rd visit. The first I had a pedicure from Fran. And if you have ingrown toenails she's the one you need. She is soooo thorough and gets EVERYTHING. The second time I believe the lady's name was Lynda. She was good but not as good as Fran. That time I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. This third time I asked for Fran and boy did she remind me why I came back the second time. The one and only thing I am not too happy are the prices...they seem to be a little steeper for the area the salon is in...I've been around many many many nail salons and seen the different prices and this one is on the higher end...pedicure is $17 plus $5 if you want French tip. And a gel manicure is $25 for just the color and I'm guessing the $5 extra applies if you want French tip. But for the service I get from Fran, I will definitely be back for a pedicure. Update (8/31/13): I forgot to post my original review lol I've been back several times and the service is still great. I only had one incident with one of the ladies, can't remember her name. She cut my toe, deeply, my toe got infected and I was in a lot of pain for a while, it took 4 weeks for my toe to heal. Other than that one occasion service is still really good. read more

This is my second time coming here and so far I have been more than satisfied. Both times I've had my nails done by Lee and she is absolutely amazing. For today's nails I made sure to make an appointment. She glued one of my nails that were cracked on both sides, she also cut and shaped all my nails beautifully and throughout she would ask me to check them to make sure I was happy with the shape which I definitely appreciate.
