She waited more than an hour with no luck. The staff were friendly, apologized and even called at home to apologize after she rescheduled. Second appointment went smooth with receptionists and techs friendly and helpful. As she was leaving, the tech gave Mrs. Nibbler a gift card to make up for the computer problem during the first visit. Never heard of that happening at any medical office and the gesture was appreciated. This team really cares.

I came here for a mammogram and a bone density test. I checked in and in no time I was called to go in. The technician was very knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. I finished with the first test they had me go for the second! I highly recommend Manatee Diagnostic Center and will happily go back for yearly screenings. So now, at the 3rd attempt to get an MRI they are inputting ALL THE INSURANCE INFO for the 3rd time! The "scheduler" doesn't communicate that if you have to turn any implants on and off... you need to BRING THAT DEVICE WITH YOU! This is the most mismanaged office I have EVER.
