I was very satisfied with my care received here and would not hesitate to go back if I was feeling sick.

She waited more than an hour with no luck. The staff were friendly, apologized and even called at home to apologize after she rescheduled. Second appointment went smooth with receptionists and techs friendly and helpful. As she was leaving, the tech gave Mrs. Nibbler a gift card to make up for the computer problem during the first visit. Never heard of that happening at any medical office and the gesture was appreciated. This team really cares.

Inconsistent experience with scheduling and systems down. I have gone here for several years and My…read moreexperience with the actual technicians and office have always been efficient and easy. The scheduling line today was very challenging. The first call not great news, however professionally handled, I was asked to call back as the systems were down. The second call I was told they did not have my orders in the system. Understandable. However as I read off the information on my orders from the doctor, I was asked for ccp codes (really how would I know that when there is nothing on the order that states CCP code). Then I was told that the code for a mammogram and the assessment code didn't match and I had to call my doctor and get it revised and they could not schedule the mammogram.This order form looks exactly the same as every order form I have copies of. Then when I pressed I was told by the scheduling agent that she was not incompetent (words never used by me) and that she was sending me to someone else which of course rang until I was disconnected. The third call was more professional and I was able to schedule my mammogram with only a little pushback i.e. has to be scheduled after 365 days. Which I had to explain ( as I did last year ) that is not the case with my insurance and I understand that is the case with many insurance providers and that's why the scheduler must state that.

I've been waiting 2 weeks for ct results. Supposed to be read within 24-48 hrs. I immediately called to make an appointment and was told the earliest was one month and a half away. So for 45 days I had such high anxiety thinking that I had CANCER. I have never heard of this before waiting this long for a follow up. Usually if you have an abnormal screening they immediately set up another appointment. After waiting for about 40 days, I decided to go to Simon Med and they immediately took me in. Thank God my screening was normal. They couldn't believe that Manatee Diagnostics said that it was abnormal. I aged about 10 years bc of Manatee Diagnostics and the Radiologist's false reading. I will never go there again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Their web site and all log-in pages are absolutely ridiculous. They are able to turn a routine task…read morelike closing a door into a procedure that requires 27 separate steps just to be told "oops! Something went wrong" and you must start all over again. Once you have received a dozen or so text reminders and emails you arrive and are told to finish the procedure by uploading pictures of your ID and Healthcare card for submission to them while you are in your car and in the parking lot. Having completed that, you now proceed to the office and are asked to produce the SAME documents you just sent them. Whoever came up with this incredibly stupid system must have been a brain damaged, 7-year-old with attention deficit disorder. The only thing normal and pleasant was the actual procedure which was performed by a very polite and helpful Technician.
