    Mount Washington Club Sandwich

The food everyone ordered was made to perfection, from pizza, burgers and the club sandwiches! The club sandwiches were made gluten free due to Celiac disease and their homemade fries and homemade chips are made in a dedicated fryer, so no worries about cross contamination. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs and the service was above and beyond by our waitress, Jaqueline! The atmosphere was epic! It was like a snow globe outside as we celebrated our son's engagement, with his beautiful fiancé. Jaqueline and Charlie made our experience top notch, thank you for the memories!

Small area with beautiful view of the mountains. Nice crafted cocktails list or you can order whatever you want. Full bar, beer, wine. I had the turkey club that came with potatoe chips. Limited lunch menu. Prices were reasonable.

After taking a ride on the Cog Railway, my fiancé and I decided to stop by the Omni Mount Washington Resort for drinks and dinner. While sitting at a table near the fireplace of the main lobby - you're not seated, you just pick a spot and wait for a server - we were offered the menu of the Rosebrook Bar. For a drink, I wanted something "Fall" flavored so I chose the Apple Cocktail while my fiancé stuck with a beer. My drink was quite strong, but the flavors of apple and pear was satisfying. For apps, we chose the Hot Pretzel and Clam Chowder, and were happy with both. Not sure what to get for dinner, we both just picked the Mount Washington Club. The sandwich was pretty simple, yet so delicious - the crispy prosciutto and herb mayo was perfect. Overall, the food from Rosebrook Bar left us happy and full!

We settled in for lunch on a rainy day. We ordered the pretzel and tomato vegetable soup. The pretzel was soft inside and didn't disappoint. The soup tasted healthy and was quite delicious. Hit the spot.

Very surprised by the other reviews. One of them stated a problem with waiting to be seated- there are multiple signs that say seat yourself. An amazing view with amazing food and service. Our waitress Megan was very helpful and nice. As plant-based eaters, she helped us to navigate the menu and offered to edit some meals. I absolutely loved it, and was unsure how people could give such a negative review when this is such an amazing place with a positive atmosphere. The other reviews made me think this was another place. But enough with the other reviews. If you happen to stay at this omni, come to the rosebrook, sit in the comfortable chairs, savor the view, your food, and your company.

Generally enjoyed the hotel, but definitely not the Rosebrook Cafe because of the attitude of the one waitress. We understand it's in the mountain area so bugs are unavoidable. But after finding a bug in my salad, we informed this waitress with glasses and a hair bun. She went: "well, I don't see a bug." I pointed to her closer so she could even see the legs. And she said, "ok, I'll get you another one." , then walked away. Without any apology at all, nor did she asked if I still had the appetite to have another bug-vulnerable salad. She acted like she is very used to this and absolutely untrained to work at an Omni hotel.

Great place to chill outside on the porch and enjoy the beautiful view. Located in the Mt. Washington Resort

He really made our trip, it was such a delight chatting with him, we hope to see him again next year. The food was wonderful, I got filet and my hubby got the beef bourguignon both were delicious. Every plate felt elevated yet comforting, making the whole experience feel special from start to finish. We got: MUSSELS Steamed with apple, applewood smoked bacon, fennel, and hard cider, served with crusty bread. The broth was incredible--lightly sweet from the apple, aromatic from the fennel, and enriched with the smoky richness of the bacon. The mussels were plump and perfectly cooked, and the broth was so good that the crusty bread barely stood a chance. A bright and cozy way to begin the meal. LOBSTER BISQUE Silky, warm, and deeply flavored with poached lobster and a drizzle of tarragon oil. The bisque had that perfect balance of sweetness from the lobster and richness from the cream, while the tarragon added a subtle herbal lift. Each spoonful felt luxurious without being overly heavy, and the pieces of lobster were tender and generous. DIVER SCALLOPS Perfectly seared scallops with a beautiful caramelized crust, served over a smoked pea and butter emulsion with bacon lardon and tarragon and maple glazed heirloom carrots. The combination of flavors was exceptional--the smoky peas, the sweetness of the carrots, the salty crunch of the bacon, and the delicate, tender scallops came together in one of the most well-rounded plates of the night. PAPPARDELLE ALLA BOLOGNESE Fresh pappardelle coated in a slow-simmered sauce made with pancetta, beef, tomato, and Parmesan cheese. The pasta was tender with just the right bite, and the sauce was rich and comforting with layers of flavor from the pancetta and beef. Every bite felt like the best kind of Italian comfort food, hearty but refined. MOUNT WASHINGTON STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING Warm, soft, and wonderfully indulgent with bourbon sauce poured over the top and vanilla ice cream slowly melting into the sponge. The flavors of caramel, toffee, and bourbon made it the kind of dessert you wish would never end. A stunning finale to an already memorable dinner. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. 1902 delivered a dinner that was both refined and deeply satisfying.

Seated right away. Good enough atmosphere. It's not Bailiwicks, but good enough... Their bar area is super lively, I like it a lot. We both *don't* love the one and only, unisex bathroom that is always out of hand soap and not always super clean (according to Boyfriend who had to lift the seat.......). They need to keep an eye on that... Waitress was ok. A very loud talker. Food was amazing! I had both their "specials" - the fiddle heads appetizer and the Lamb chops... which were also served with fiddle heads, and a delicious risotto (I didn't realize the lamb was also served with fiddle heads, if I had, I would have tried a different appetizer - but that's my fault because I'm sure she must have mentioned it). Everything was amazing. Lamb was so tender and perfectly flavored. Boyfriend had the hanger steak and duck fat fries and loved it too. Says it's some of the best fries he's had! I'm not much of a dessert person but I like trying stuff at restaurants where I know it will be homemade. I had some whipped cream and butterscotch dessert and it was great - couldn't finish as I was full, but no regrets. We will be back! I love that their menu changes seasonally, it keeps things very interesting.

They are doing a wonderful job, and I am so, so glad they didn't come and go like the other restaurants in that spot before it. You probably knew that from the other reviews, but I have another reason I am writing this. I came here with my husband one night months ago, and he got a cocktail that had cherry and bourbon as the main flavors. I stole most of it from him :D. It was so good that every time I get another cocktail somewhere else, even if it is good, I just wish it was the cherry bourbon one. So, if you're there and they still have it on the menu, I suggest you get it. And if the establishment is reading this, my vote is to keep that one around.

We got our little buzzer and we were told to stay within a half mile. We sat outside across the street on a bench. We watched numerous groups of 3+ go in and not come back out, which means they were seated. When, after 40 minutes, we were called in, none of those groups were at the bar. Kinda makes you wonder. We ordered cokes. $5 each and got refills, but when the bill came was shocked to be charged for every refill! We spent more on cups of Coke than the actual effing meal!!! Ordered the steak medium. It was rare. Oh well, was hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. But it was good. Buffalo chicken cheese curd fries were good, but chicken was dry. The cheesecake was not tasty at all. The burger was "mid," according to my son.

It was a little confusing upon entering the restaurant as to where we should go (there isn't a host stand or much of an entry way), but we were promptly greeted by both the manager (?) and a server. We did have to wait a few minutes for a table as they were busy and needed to take a moment to set the table, but they explained everything involving the wait. We were sat in the lower room, near the wood stove (!!!!) and just happened to be the only people in that room. The white Christmas lights were still up and gave a really nice comfy vibe to an already cute, cozy little place. The music playing consisted of Ella Fitzgerald, Michael Buble, Frank Sinatra, etc... it was fantastic. Our server (who I'm guessing is one of the proprietors of the Inn) was a VERY friendly, sweet older woman who was just the right amount of chatty. She gave a great description of the nightly specials and explained that the chef prepared everything from scratch daily. The menu is fairly small, but it covers the major bases (steak, chicken, pasta, fish, soup, salad, apps) and the wine list had a pretty good selection. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms - 2 large portobella caps with house made maple-sausage stuffing, cheddar and breadcrumbs. They were delicious! The seasonings in the stuffing and the fresh peppers and onions gave it a really nice flavor. My boyfriend has the soup du jour - corn chowder. This was not an ordinary corn chowder... it was loaded with mirepoix and potatoes, more like a stew than a chowder as it was a lot of the good-bits and less of the "broth." He LOVED it. He's still talking about it 4 days later. For dinner, I had the stuffed haddock with rice pilaf and broccoli. The broccoli was perfectly steamed - bright green with a little crunch left. The rice was fluffy, tender, well-seasoned. The haddock was not served drowned in butter in a casserole, but wrapped around the stuffing with fresh lemons and a light butter over the top. It was so yummy. The boyfriend had the special half-duck roasted with a cranberry-orange glaze. It was not greasy at all, very tender and juicy and cooked perfectly. All the dishes were served with an edible orchid garnish (beautiful and tasty), a slice of kiwi, and a smile. The bread that we got to start was also wonderful - hot rolls with the right crunch on the outside and softness inside. Our server wasn't the fastest, but she was so friendly and she kept our waters filled (which is a task - we drink a lot of water) constantly and was prompt about dropping the check. Now, I work upscale dining and have for years. We are both picky about food, and I'm a stickler for service. As I said, she wasn't the fastest, but we were on vacation and in no rush. Like I also said, she was SO nice and friendly that it trumped the 2 minutes it took to come greet us. I'm sure because it was holiday weekend, they were busy. The upper dining room was full and it didn't seem like they have support staff to bus tables. I felt right at home in this place and the chef was so happy to hear how much we loved our food. We also didn't have to ask for anything (silverware, more water) because she immediately brought whatever was needed without our prompting. I love when servers notice those things. We will go back if we're ever in Littleton again. We had apps, entrees, and wine and spent $81... not too shabby if you consider the freshness, the perfect preparation, the little touches with the garnishes, and the cozy, intimate atmosphere. I just wish we'd had room for dessert!

This special is from 4 to 6 pm you may want to make a reservation as they fill up fast We had Lobster an decided to upgrade to the lazy man Lobster. The Lobster was cooked to perfection. It was a good size portion I would guess between 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb solid meat. We did not see a wine we wanted from the list but they gave us a choice of either another beverage, salad or desert. My friend chose the salad which was a rather large salad. It was one of the best salads I have seen served. Try thief home made dressing. I opted for the desert which we took with us. I had the Turtle cheesecake. It was not too sweet. A nice size portion and worth going back for more. Even though our service was slow I highly recommend going here. The food is well worth the price. They offer items from $11.95 to $30.00 The owner was quite charming and you can tell that he cares about his clients.
