My motorcycle jacket needed the sleeves shortened and hemmed a good 3". It's difficult because of the zippers on the cuff. Excellent, caring dry cleaner and alteration shop that takes good care of my designer garments, including any repairs for small moth holes in wool or cashmere sweaters, small rips in silk shirts and pants alterations. I suspect they would be fine for any alteration job. They are currently a little backlogged for alteration work so the wait is ten to fourteen days but the job has always been completed properly. I needed a tailor to fix a sport coat that was ruined by another tailor in Georgia. Rose was able to fix the issue quickly and at a decent price. I was in desperate need of a trusted dry cleaner to clean my 10 year old wedding dress. I headed to the Yelp Talk and posted my question and was surprised to get no answers! The horror! It's a little scary dropping off the most expensive dress you own to the dry cleaners. I texted Debbie N. who suggested Rose's based on their great reviews and looked them up. I was pleasantly surprised with all their reviews and the Husband dropped off the dress. He pointed out the 10 year old stains as well (wine, soy sauce, Chinese gravy of some sort from our banquet). They gave him a quote and off he went. They said it was would be ready in about a week and it did take a little longer though. I'm glad I didn't head over there just yet since they called a couple days later to say it was ready. When I went to pick it up, Rose had it hanging on one of those forms so the dress looks like it on a mannequin, not just on a hanger. It looked really nice like that! And the price was pretty much what I would expect for a wedding dress, so no surprises there. The stains were gone and the staff were super friendly. She were actually surprised the dress was in such great shape for being 10 years old, which made me quite relieved. She also helped me load it into the car and hang it to minimize on the wrinkles. Rose's is SO good at what they do, and Yoonha is so kind! We used to live in Vegas and brought everything here to be altered. They even took a really tricky case for me--several years ago I needed the nude lining of a white lace long sleeve dress completely replaced with white lining. They told me where to go to get the fabric and what kind to get, and they exceeded my expectations! I still wear the dress to this day and it's in perfect condition. We moved to Park City a few years ago, and I am so sad to not be near them. I still keep my items I need altered and save them for when we travel to Vegas to bring them here. The alterations place honestly deserves a 0 for how poor their customer services and their ethics are when conducting business. My sister went to get her wedding dress altered and they ended up giving her the wrong dress! They gave her another girl's dress and luckily it fit my sister, but when we got the call we were shocked. She asked for the dress back so that the other bride could get her dress for her wedding the next weekend. The owner cleaned the dress and fixed it, but she did not even tell the other girl what had happened due to her negligence. My sister did not even get reimbursement for her alternations, I will never ever be coming here again. Fair warning brides, I would think twice before coming here. read more

As Brandon and our five-star reviews say, Rose's cleaners is as good as it gets!!! This cleaner is a hole in the wall, and you would never notice this place unless you stop and look for it. I know I never did. The owners are Koreans, and Rose is super nice. Her parents do the actual alternations on site, and they seem to be very knowledgeable. When you walk in, the first thing you'll notice is that they have name-brands shopping bags and clothes all over the store. You know you are in good hands when you walk in because if Burberry has a alteration slips at this place, your alterations are going to be done right. I have tailored suits that needed to be dry-cleaned. I was VERY happy with Rose's job. When I picked up the suits, they had that super clean and crisp feeling to them. Like I said, I was very happy. Then I had this Michael Kor beaded skirt that needed to be hemmed. It was a very difficult job because the entire skirt was beaded. I was going to wait till I go back to Hong Kong to have it hemmed since the seamstresses are more skilled back there. I brought it to Rose, and she gave it to her parents to look at it. They said they can do it without a problem. They charged me $35 for the alteration. I was not at all concern about the price, but I was so afraid they were going to ruin my skirt. The skirt was available for me to pick up after five days. I tried it on, and it was perfect!!! I was pleasantly surprised. I now have full confident that they can pretty much alter anything you want. Rose's has became my default dry-cleaner to go to.
