My kiddo and I have been patients for the past four years, and we are so happy to have found this practice. Although it is on a busy corner of Gilbert and Lincoln, (with parking behind the building, off Gilbert), once you are inside, it is very quiet and soothing. The office area is bright and very clean. In addition, there is a sign stating that the doctor is certified in a certain type of sanitation. The office staff is friendly and efficient, and the hygienist is very gentle and careful. The doctor is also very gentle and patient. He does not talk much, (which is good as he doesn't do that thing of asking you questions while you have instruments in your mouth, lol), and it seems he devotes his energy to focusing on your care. I have been to this dental group location since I was a kid. I was a patient of Dr. Minh Dinh since I could remember and was so sad to hear that she retired. I didn't think it would hurt to give this place a shot with Dr. Nguyen since I would have to look for a new dentist anyway. I got my teeth cleaned recently and had a great experience. Dr. Nguyen was quick and informative. Leticia was fantastic (so, so glad she stayed even after Dr. Minh Dinh left). Just came back for a check up and cleaning with the new dentist in the house. Staff is so friendly and kind. I got examined by the new associate dentist, Dr. Phan, and he was so gentle, warm, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with him knowing that I would get the best dental care possible. It is also normal to have water splashed around during a cleaning, but the hygienist was very gentile and no water in my face! He would go back to scaling a couple individual teeth after reevaluating everything, which I appreciated. It showed that he was very thorough. Overall, great great experience! When my insurance authorization came in, they called me to schedule an appointment for my deep cleaning. Also, I got a telephone reminder about my upcoming appointment. Julian, the dental hygienist, and Alex, the dental technician, did my deep cleaning today. They were both very attentive and professional throughout the procedure. "I love going to the dentist!" is not something people normally say. However, it is what I'm saying! This dental group is seriously great. The staff is always so kind and caring. I always receive a phone call from Letty reminding me about my appointment a few days before it is scheduled. It's so great to hear from an actual human rather than receive a text or get an automated message. Dr. Nguyen is great! He doesn't talk much while he is working in your mouth (so you don't have to make those awkward sounds as responses!) and is very gentle. If you are in pain during the procedure, he will stop and wait as long as needed. The dentist and his staff do not make you feel like a burden when this happens either. I also had to have a lot of work done in addition to the cracked tooth. Dr. Phan was friendly and professional and did an excellent job.
