Dr. Lee was super thorough, helpful, and had such great energy throughout the whole process. He did an amazing job on my deep cleaning and my crown, and I really felt like I was in good hands. The entire office staff has also been wonderful. The girls at the front desk are always so welcoming and helpful, and the dental hygienist assistants are just as kind and supportive. Very disappointing experience. The general dentist reviewed my X-ray and said he could perform the extraction, but during the procedure I experienced extreme pain despite multiple numbing attempts. It was clear the area wasn't properly numb, yet the procedure continued. He then stopped midway and said wisdom tooth roots were too deep and I needed a surgeon, something that should have been determined before starting. Because of this failed attempt, I was left with severe nerve sensitivity and constant pain for nearly two weeks while waiting for a specialist. I did not have pain before my visit. This situation could be avoidable. The unnecessary procedure directly caused significant pain and reflects poor judgment and lack of patient care. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the most unprofessional and disheartening experiences I've ever encountered at a dental office. I first came in as a new patient about two months ago and was presented with a treatment plan. I told them I wanted to hold off for personal reasons. During that visit, someone on staff emphasized that "My insurance doesn't pay much for root canals" supposedly to reassure me they weren't recommending unnecessary treatment. That comment felt inappropriate and unnecessary, especially as I was still trying to process my treatment plan. Fast forward about 3.5 weeks ago I called back in severe dental pain, finally ready to move forward. The office submitted an insurance authorization and told me it would take about 2 weeks. I followed up weekly, and each time, not only was there no update, but the staff made it very clear they were annoyed by my calls. I remained polite and patient, even though I was in constant pain. After three weeks of this, I contacted my insurance directly (on 10/08/2025), only to learn that my root canal had been approved on 10/07/2025 -- and the office had already been notified. I immediately called back to schedule, and that's when things got worse. Lizette, the office manager, answered and told me she hadn't received any authorization. I calmly explained what my insurance had shared, even offering her the authorization number and necessary codes to help. Instead of working with me, she cut me off and said, "umm Jennifer you're coming off strong, and I can dismiss you for this." Let me be clear: I was not rude or disrespectful. I was a patient in excruciating pain trying to help move things forward. I reminded her I had been waiting for weeks. Her response? "I'm the office manager. I can refuse service to you." Then, after I told her how unprofessional and uncaring that was, she said, "You know what? Good luck with your treatment plan. I'm not scheduling you," and hung up on me. This office lacks basic compassion, professionalism, and ethical standards. They judged me for not agreeing to treatment immediately. They delayed my care, even after approval. And when I tried to advocate for myself, they retaliated by denying service entirely. I work in the medical field myself, and I would never treat a patient the way I was treated here. If you value respectful care and communication especially during a medical emergency, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I will also be reporting this office to the appropriate dental board. read more

I'm so glad I found a local dentist that I can recommend to all my family! The staff is so kind from the start to finish. I didn't have to wait since I had an appointment. I personally hate the dentist, I get so much anxiety but Giselle gave me a plushie so I can keep my hands busy. I thought that was so thoughtful and shows that she cares about her patients. Where do I begin? I guess I can start with how easy and friendly Lissette was on the phone handling my insurance info and working with my crazy work schedule to get my kids seen. We had the pleasure of being under Dr. Lee's care. He was so patient and explained everything to my eight-year-old who of course was very scared. I was recommend to this place. Had a hard time getting a hold of them at first. Called several times with no call back (that should of been a red flag). Once, I did finally made an appointment. First appointment was a consultation. I thought I understood the costs but reminded of additional cost of procedures today. They should of had drawn out an estimate. Well, once I was asking questions. She said I was yelling. I was not. She asked me if I still wanted the procedure done to my son. I said yes. After a few minutes sitting in the waiting room. She told me this would be a conflict to go forward and started knit picking and picking so I would leave. The receptionist is nice at first but true colors came out. I was looking for a new dental place and this was one of the first places that came up on yelp and was close to where I live in Anaheim. Although it seems like a small space near Starbucks the inside is clean and new. The equipment is brand new. Lizeth at the front office was so helpful she was able to look up my insurance and I could feel that they really cared about helping me. I came in for a filling and Dr. Cho did an amazing job he was quick straight to the point and it was not painful at all. The dental assistant made me feel at home. I have no idea why this place has such good reviews. The only nice encounter I had was with the receptionist. The assistant doesn't even call my name, just looks at me and points me inside with her head and says "come on", she doesn't even introduce herself. I never had such a painful x-ray experience in my life. It hurt so much that I went in with perfectly fine gums which were bleeding by the end of the x-ray. So I asked for water and the assistant asked me "just water or to rinse?" Which I replied "water" then she brings me water to rinse and blames me for not clarifying which water? I chose one of the 2 options she gave me so the attitude I got was upsetting. The doctor walks in without even an introduction and during the cleaning, I get water splashed all over my eyes then "Dr.Park" just WALKS OUT lol. She didn't even announce whether the procedure was over or not, no goodbyes or anything. I honestly have gotten better greetings and service from McDonalds. Seriously, I chose this place because I was told it's one of the best in my area but I'm still baffled of how they have a good reputation. I was skeptical at first as I've already had a painful, no-result experience with traditional braces at my previous orthodontist 6 years ago, but Dr.Youn offered me a fair invisalign price and walked me through the 38-week process. I am very satisfied to walk out with my retainers today after 6 months of painless and near-perfect correction. If you're looking for an invisalign, I recommend Dr.Youn as he's been very transparent with the whole process. It will cost you more than traditional braces, but it's definitely worth it. The assistant Olga made me feel very at ease by not allowing the water to pile up in the back of my throat & answered all my questions.
