In person, Phong was just as engaging, warm, and professional as he was on the phone. The final price came out just slightly over the estimate because they caught another small issue, but Phong took the time to explain exactly what they did and walked through all of his recommendations. Most importantly, Phong noticed that all four of my tires had dangerous cracks on the sidewalls from running into curbs during tight turns, and warned me they could blow out at any moment.
