All I needed was an oil change and coolant flush, and that was going to cost me basically $300. I waited in line for an hour and then service took another hour. I ended up getting just an oil change because they told me I need to take the car to a mechanic for a coolant flush since the engines are delicate (Volvo). I usually do a drive to Green Rider and they never gave me issues with anything regarding the car so I'm confused whether this place just doesn't know how to work on certain cars or what. No one seemed to know how to reset the oil level on the car so the maintenance thing could go away so there's that too. I saw another review claiming they don't know how to work on European cars, maybe that's it? On the bright side though, It's been almost two months since the oil change and a mechanic told me I needed an oil change (8/27/26) and my sticker says return date 9/19/26, so it's sort of accurate I guess. If you don't mind a bit of a far drive and have a European car, I'd definitely recommend giving Green Rider a shot. If they ever spotted any issues on any of my cars, they would let me know. I've taken American, Japanese, and European cars to them and they never gave me issues. The prices are also more fair for the service you get, you definitely won't be spending almost $300 on an oil change and coolant flush and they definitely would be able to give you the service you ask for.

Once it was my turn to pull into the bay things moved pretty quickly. They did the obvious upselling but they were nice about it and not pushy. They explained what it was and moved on when declined. They showed me the brand new parts they were going to install and there was a guy who came around to lubricate all the door hinges (never had that before). Once the new oil was in they showed you the dipstick and closed it up. You get a voucher for a free car wash. They had a coupon code on their site and offered a military discount (which was nice). They give you the next service sticker and here is my very small minor complaint, on the sticker your name is displayed along with your vehicle information. Vehicle info fine, but I think the name is a little much. No big deal I just didn't place the sticker. Overall this is a nice spot with efficient and friendly techs. The price was solid and I wasn't there all day. I'll be back

They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. After the first check, they said everything was fine. The brake sensors said they needed replacement but were actually wrong. I appreciated that they didn't just replace my brakes and take my money, honestly means a lot, especially in the auto industry. I still felt like there was something to be looked at and they had me come in and drive with their technical manager, Lorne. They were more than accommodating, Lorne was very thorough and talked me through everything and showed me what I needed to look for when they will need replacement. I appreciate that. They stand by their work and we'll make things right if someone doesn't feel like it is. I now feel safer and reassured that my car is good to drive. I definitely will come back again when the time comes!

It started off with them giving us a couple cold sodas while we waited. We mentioned to the team (Noah & Jermerl) that we were sort of in a hurry, so they accommodated our schedule while delivering a superb, high quality service. They weren't pushy on any of the extras and the most impressive part was this: I had purchased a wiper blade for the rear wiper but I didn't have the tool to replace it, so it had been sitting in the trunk since last winter. When Noah told us he observed a torn wiper and offered to sell us a replacement, I explained to him that I had a new one but I just couldn't figure out how to replace it myself, he said he'd be happy to do it for me! This service ended up being an incredible value and cemented that location as our go-to for oil changes. Great job guys and thank you!

Thieves! I brought…read moremy car in because it was shaking. I paid or agreed to pay a $210 diagnostic after being told that substantially lower price by the Midas on Watt Avenue. When I went to this location, they told me not to go to Watt because they were bad to customers. They called me back and said that the reason why the car was shaking was the control arms and a few other things. I found out that they were asking for more than double than a few other shops and that I couldn't afford the over $3000 price they asked. By that time they had got me a Lyft to my job but when I needed a ride back, they said they wouldn't give me a ride back and that they wouldn't let go of my car unless I towed it out. I decided to trust them and get the control arms on the front of my car fixed because they said that would fix the problem. When I got the car back and got it on the freeway it started shaking again. I called and told them that the car was still shaking and they said that they fixed the risk but not the problem and that they were clear about saying that. So now I am out almost $1700 and my car is still broken. They had me apply for some kind of line of credit and the first thing they did was try to max it out. Don't go to this place or any Midas for that matter, according to them. I'm going to see if there's any legal action I could take but I doubt it. I have a feeling these guys have been getting away with this kind of stuff for a long time so they could pay for their garbage commercials.
