They were so honest and me rotors weren't damaged and gave me the option to keep them or replace. I had my alignment done here a few months ago. I was very happy with service/pricing and I knew that I would bring my car back for service when needed. I had been going to the VW dealer, but my last experience w/dealer was the final straw and I was on the "hunt" for a honest, reliable and fair pricing auto repair shop that was also open on Sat. Today, Paul really rescued me! I had gone to gas station and my gas flap was not opening. I could not even pry it open w/my fingers. I have nobody to help me w/car issues and I was very concerned about who I could ask for help. I gave Paul a call and he said, "come on in. come now." I was so relieved. He didn't hesitate, or act like "oh, I'm so busy, but I may be able to squeeze you in." I immediately drove to the shop and he opened the flap for me. He explained that it may have gotten stuck and added a little grease to the pin for me. He would not accept any $$ for his time. I can't stress to you how much of a help this was to me. As a woman, you often feel like you are going to get taken advantage of as soon as you pull into a car repair shop and we are at the mercy of the mechanic. I don't feel like that here. I went in to have my rear brake pads replaced because at my last oil change at another shop they said I'm in need of replacing them. Very friendly people who want to make the customer happy. I've had my van here several times for maintenance and service. My daughter's truck has also been in for service. They explain what they find clearly and are upfront about what's a safety issue and what isn't. When my daughter's truck had several issues pile up, they provided several options to control the cost like different brand of parts and what would be safe to delay. For my van they took the time to understand what we were hearing, researching the vehicle, and finding the source of the issue. The issue turned out to be one that would be expensive to fix. Again they were upfront about the noise being an annoyance, but not something that needs to be addressed right away so I've got time to save some money. They also gave me the information I needed to know if and when the issue does become something to be fixed. read more

This is the only shop I will take my car to get worked on and don't let the name fool you, it's more than brake and alignment work, they do everything! From the small stuff like oil changes or alignments to the bigger things and anything you may need. Last time I got my car an oil change one of the mechanics Miles, even went as far as to clean my foggy headlights so they look brand new, for a very reasonable price! Going to a small shop like this one is far better than going to one of the big corporations, like Midas or Jiffy Lube. Shops like that only care about taking your money (I know this from experience), Roseville Brake and Alignment actually cares about your car and the work they put into it, and are always honest. The employees are always friendly and my car always comes back with no problems and in a timely manner. The owner, Paul is very friendly and always reasonable. I took my truck into the shop and had my wheel stud replaced. It took them a whole day even though they said it would be done by noon. When I arrived to pick it up I wanted to double check the work so I did. Fortunately I did because they didn't put the manual locking hub back together properly. They put it up on the lift and worked for about an hour fixing it. I was reluctant that they fixed it however I don't appreciate how they didn't check their work before giving it back. Also I learned my hub stud was sheered off at the head. They said it was like that before they got it but I know for a fact it wasn't. The employees were some of the kindest people and most helpful but the boss was rude to me telling me I couldn't double check their work in the shop. Overall I think I will avoiding this shop simply due to how the boss treated me and how the work was conducted. read more
