You know you are in a very good spot When you spark up conversations with returning customers that were already seated. I'd like to express my gratitude most importantly to the staff tho. Honestly not one to write bad reviews but so disappointed and honestly mad!! Paid 90$ for regular polish manicure/ pedicure + same service for a 4 yr old. Employees kind when there but wasn't the best mani/ pedi I've had. Water was cold, my daughter's feet didn't reach but still charged reg price- whatever! Until I noticed in the car my nails (same polish for my mani/ pedi) was bubbling (?? See pic never had this happen before!) I called and asked for refund and this was a treat before leaving town and they asked me multiple times to come back.. made a fuss about "not guaranteeing regular polish bc it only lasts 3 days" (like wth?!!) Then I offer to send pictures bc I want just my service refunded and they literally ask for my Venmo and send my 20$ and a lame apology. ("I just did the refund on the service. I apologize for this experience and thank you for your patience and letting us know so we can improve our service. Have a great day please.") First time getting a pedicure here and I couldn't be more happy. Had the chance to enjoy a complimentary water with a deluxe gel pedicure - I didn't feel rushed or anything! They do seem to get busy so I would recommend making an appointment. Additionally I took my sister here for the first time to get an acrylic fill for her birthday and she was more than happy! She kept turning to me in her chair and telling me how good they look (and they weren't even done). Thank you Vanessa for giving my sister the birthday nails she wanted! DONT GET UR ACRYLIC NAILS OFF IN THIS NAIL PLACE. Wanted to get my acrylic nails taken off professionally just for this one lady to almost tear my pinky nail at the side. She seemed rushing and instead of using the drill she insisted on using clippers and a fake nail extension. One thing about acrylic nails is that you DRILL them off, but she decided to clip 99% of the time and finished them with drilling. Definitely dont recommend this place for that. This salon is the exact reason I do not go to nail salons that I am unfamiliar with. But time was of the essence as my 15 year old decided to go to prom at the last minute. I purposely asked for the menu for services to know what price to expect for my daughter's basic pedicure and eye brow wax. Basic Pedicure $30, eyebrow wax $12. I requested these services and was immediately asked for gel or regular, I responses regular as gel is another $15. They take my daughter in the back room to do her eyebrows. Mind you, she has never gotten a wax before. She comes out and sits at the pedicure chair. The finish her toes and I ask to pay. At this point I am expecting a $42 bill, so when she says $72 I am like what? How? The receptionists response was "well she did gel, so that's $15 extra!" I reminded her I requested for regular, she remembered and said "sorry the tech used gel even though you asked for regular." I responded with "I am not paying for an upgrade I did not request." And then she said her waxing was $20, when it is listed as $12. She went back and talked to the technician, as it was the same person who did her wax that chose the gel polish for us, and she comes back and says "well your daughter did her lip, too!" Wtf? My daughter who's never had a wax done asked for her lip to be waxed? I doubt that, but I'll pay for it if she did. Later, my daughter told me she INSISTED her lip needed to be waxed and she declined twice. I am sorry but these technicians know exactly what they are doing by upgrading and making you pay for things you didn't request. Be aware! They will try and scam you. read more

I do really like this place, but the lower star is because the quality of polish and the length is stays on can vary. Other than that, all the techs seem really nice. when I have taken my daughter in, who has zero filter, they had been polite and joking with her, really patient and that is a big deal to me. When you have a special needs kiddo, it is hard to find places that are patient so that kind of service would be a 5 star. They have always fit me in, even when there were only 1 or 2 chairs available. Lots of colors to choose from- gel, dips, plain, typical etc to choose from. They are not pushy or try to upsale you. they do take cards. sometimes they have mis-priced me, but coming from the bay area, this is still a much more affordable price in general! The place is clean, they seem to use clean equipment and clean up after each person in a timely manner. For me the location is a perk as well. Plenty of parking and not a busy mall. read more
