    All American! So good.

Back again today. Dennis is still the man!! Still the best pancakes and All American Breakfast in town!

The restaurant is centrally located in Tahoe City. We stopped in for breakfast this past week during our visit to the North Shore. The rustic decor adds to the charm. Our server was friendly and attentive. I did order my eggs over easy and they showed up to the table overcooked. They wanted to know if that was OK. NO, that is not what I ordered and sent them back. They got it right on the second attempt and I enjoyed my eggs, bacon and toast.

This is a classic Lake Tahoe diner and worth stopping by! The food is delicious and they have lots of options to satisfy most people. Their Bloody Mary is also really good! It has a really cool old school vibe inside and it makes you feel right at home. Our waiter was super nice and helped us decide what to get. Been here many times before and can't wait to come back again!

For namesake, we had to bring our dog Rosie to Rosie's Cafe! Besides the name, the service was excellent and they kept checking up on us even if we were seated outside. The food was great and large, but glad we had Rosie to share it with. I couldn't speak for the ambiance inside, but being out in the front we still felt like we were connected to the inside of the cafe. Definitely a place to check out!

Stopped by here after camping near Tahoe City. It has a lot of cool nostalgic items. Food was okay, and service was great. It has been there for decades, so it's more of an attraction to take in the history rather than the food.

Cute restaurant with patio seating gives lake views. Extensive menu so something for everyone. The all Mexican breakfast was delicious! Turkey burgers were juicy and quite tasty

This place has been a stalwart eatery for me since the early 80's when I was a college student in San Francisco and Lake Tahoe was a frequent visitor to the area. My classmate buddy's family had and still has a condo in Incline Village and Rosie's was a fun drive as a breakfast destination, even in the dregs of those college hangovers, but when you're young, even those were worth it. And so, Rosie's was always a welcomed treat in the morning, some cups of coffee and a hearty meal, perhaps before hitting the slopes or going back to the condo to, what else?...go back to sleep. Perhaps it wasn't just that the food was consistently good, but the ambience, the reliability of it being there and the memories throughout the years, this is a personal legacy place. And on this visit, with all the vintage decorative junk all over the place, this isn't just a food place to me, it's a place where a whole lot of youth happened, my middle ages and it continues on as I enter my senior years. That gives you with a warm, fuzzy feeling every time I enter this restaurant.

Lovely service and very cute atmosphere and decor. Very lively bar and dining areas, seated us for 8 on short notice. Food was disappointing. Burgers fell apart, table was overall disappointed with dishes. Several order mix-ups, service was very courteous and attentive and didn't charge. Lovely establishment for a casual bite or larger groups!

They also had flags from all over the world hanging from the ceiling, signed by patrons visiting from those countries. I ordered the The Lox on an Everything Bagel, which was pretty tasty. I liked that the bagel was served open-face, so each side had salmon, cream cheese, onion, tomato, and capers. Very filling! I tried a sip of my friend's Strawberry Fields smoothie, which was also pretty good. Service was friendly, but not the fastest. The next day, my friends returned for another breakfast/coffee run. Unfortunately, this took longer than expected because the staff forgot about their Breakfast Burritos. However, they did throw in a bunch of free pastries to make up for it, which was a sweet gesture. I got an Iced Blackberry Lavender Latte, and it was fantastic. It definitely needed an extra shot of espresso in it (which I got), but the flavors were delicious. The free pasties were also very good, especially the Chocolate Chip Cookie! The Breakfast Burritos, however, were just okay. Overall, a decent option for breakfast/coffee, if you're not in a rush!

Inside seating was mainly stools along the front window with excellent views of the trees and water. I really liked that there was a central coat tree where you could hang your heavy coat, especially with the limited seating. Some tables outside as well for sunny days. Interesting menu that blends standard breakfast with some healthier add-ins like quinoa instead of rice. Food tasted fresh, supporting their goal to serve natural, organic, and local ingredients. I opted for the Sunrise Sliders, and had no complaints. I particularly liked that the pretzel buns weren't too dense and didn't overwhelm the other ingredients. I was given the option to add pesto, and it added great texture and flavor. Great showcasing of local products like bagels from Tahoe Bagel Co. and Blind Dog Coffee.

The interior is nice and cozy (and warm), with light reggae music playing in the background. There're only two tables; the rest of the seating is VERY comfortable bar seating. With two walls of windows showing beautiful Lake Tahoe views--plenty of trees and the lake itself--there's plenty of morning light coming through. I was happy that they were serving smooth Laughing Dog coffee--a favorite. And the food came out quick and delicious, with a nice crisp on my burrito wrapper. The menu is limited, but what they do they do creatively and well--the quinoa in my burrito went great with the eggs, beans, and sausage, and they told my wife they were experimenting with their already creative pretzel bun sunrise sliders by adding pesto--a perfect extra optional touch for her.

If a patron tells you they lost their credit card it's likely they're in distress. And if someone is looking unhappy (or just seems that way) it could simply be that circumstances "caught up to them" on that one or two days you saw them in your store. Treating them like shit because they're in trouble is aweful in my opinion. Just one person there doing that, but she seems to be everywere there. Definitely not cool. Not the owner/manager. That person seems very professional, efficient and smart. Great place, but don't expect to think they care about you even if you spend a lot of money and keep to yourself. Not all of us are able to relax and have fun. Some of us, through no fault of our own, are in need of food and a break and a place to figure our next moves. It's not our fault that you are the only place nearby with food and internet!
