I have driven past this place many times and always wondered if the pizza is any good. It is. The pizza is EXCELLENT. I took my wife and 3 kids for dinner. We loved this pizza, crispy crust, cooked perfectly. We got the meat combo, it was great. I had a veal parm sub, it was excellent. Only ate half of it, it was a big portion. Took the rest home. I'll eat it for lunch tomorrow. It's hard to find a good veal parm sub, nobody really makes them. But Rossini's does. We also got the fried calamari for an app to share. It was excellent. It's a small casual place, our waitress was very polite and attentive, her name was Raffaela. Overall, very happy dinner experience, we will be going back. Good food for a pizza place. I have eaten here many times due to its proximity to Emerson Hospital. Prices are a little high but I am sure location has something to do with it. I have had several different items. Chicken piccata is very good at Rossinis. Pizza is thin crust which is how I like it. We have tried the meatball pizza; delicious, the Florentine; fantastic, and cheese; very tasty. I grabbed pizza the other night to bring to a friend's house. While there I saw they had cannoli on the menu so I ordered 3 - $28 which I thought was pricey but they were fancy with chocolate lined shells and candied orange on each end. The filling wasn't what you would get at an Italian bakery but they were edible. That would be my only negative on this place. We have also dined in and ordered take out. On Friday, 12/5/2025, my wife and I stopped for our second lunch in a year. Last year we enjoyed the food and the service, and this year was just as good. We ordered the Rossoni Supreme pizza, and it was an outstanding thin-crust pizza, as good as any and better than most we've had anywhere. The warm bread and oil were an excellent starter as we waited for our pizza. I complimented the chef on the way out. I can't understand how anyone could give this place a less-than-stellar review. read more

Rossini's of Concord was a favorite place of ours for Halloween night dinner (after trick or treating at Weston's part of Boston Post Road, Halloween decor sadly diminished there recently). The tradition was severed when the food quality went downhill, and for over a decade we've stayed away. This year, we went back for lunch to see if it changed. Ambiance is as homey as it was before, helped by the location - 9 Acre Corner - being a neat mix of farm, forest, and local businesses. Service is fine. The food, unfortunately, is where it still fails. The fries and mozzarella were nothing to write home about, but the pizza and steak and cheeses were terrible. The sandwiches' meat was doused in salt and grease. The pizza was like a grilled cheese sandwich minus a bread slice. Your opinion of Rossini's of Concord may vary, but for us it's jack o' lantern lights out for it. read more

Best veal parm I ever had! Crazy story how I found this spot...had to pull over quick and take a work related call. I was absolutely not prepared. No pen or paper, I walk into the establishment in a panic and asked for those materials, they promptly provided me with them. I realized I had to order something, so I shouted veal Parm and Diet Coke. The client then emails me to cancel the meeting. I asked my waitress to make the order to go. When I've been in, it looks like they do a decent job on stuff that isn't pizza. But I just get the pizza. Got the pizza. I think I'm done. Average pizza, the cheese is sort of towards the middle, so you get a more cheese-less crust than normal, it's not really golden-toasty with bubbles, but more like bread. We've gotten food here 5-6 times, and it's never great, but serviceable... We had a pretty bad experience for our kid's birthday. We spoke the day before, confirmed a 12-noon delivery. Noon being not when they make it, not when the car leaves, but delivery. They showed up 12:45, and the bottom was half-raw. I still ordered from them recently for pick-up. Gorgonzola pizza doesn't really taste like gorgonzola. If they're on your way home, great. It's a pizza. But you can do so much better with New London, Sorrento's, etc. read more

The food is pretty good here, but their service is less than to be desired. Don't get me wrong. The people are nice but their attention to detail is not great. I would say they make a mistake on just about every other order. Mistakes aren't the end of the world because the food is still good but it's annoying. Moreover, since they charge a premium for their food, it's kind of ridiculous. The last straw for me was I accidentally ordered a delivery meal through Yelp, which is fulfilled by GrubHub. I intended to order online and pick it up at the restaurant. So I arrived at the restaurant before the food left the restaurant and told them that I wanted to pick up my food. One nice person listened to me but she either wasn't empowered or chose not to do anything. Another lady acted helpless. They chatted with each other but the only suggestion was for me to call Grubhub. So I did and Grubhub said they couldn't do anything. I asked to speak with a supervisor who said she would call the restaurant. In sum, I made a mistake and arrived there earlier to correct it. The restaurant's best solution was to allow me to stand there for 30 minutes while the food went out the door to some random location and came back cold. Eventually, GrubHub said they called the restaurant and told me the restaurant agreed to not charge me the tip and delivery fee. The worst part is there was a manager there but he chose to hide in the back. The nice woman who at least tried to help me said he wouldn't come out to see me. I teach Customer Service as part of a business career training curriculum and these folks completely failed: my food was cold, I left frustrated and I'll never go back. So what? you ask... Well, it doesn't seem this restaurant understands the lifetime value of a customer. My parents live around the corner and the lifetime value of my family to this restaurant is probably in the thousands of dollars. I've also gone there for over 40 years because I grew up in the area. We used Rossini's to cater our daughter's graduation party this past weekend. We had never eaten there before, so it was a bit of a gamble, but the prices were reasonable and I liked the variety of offerings. We ordered the steak Gorgonzola, chicken parm, ravioli and chicken/ broccoli Alfredo. There was some confusion when I called to confirm the reservation the day before (I had booked it on line through a third party site), as it took some searching to find the order. The man I spoke with (the owner, I think) was so nice and extremely apologetic. He gave us a big box of bread knots and extra chicken parm to make up for it. The food arrived nice and hot (much appreciated on a cold, rainy day), there was plenty of it, and it was excellent. Definitely recommend- you have a new customer in us! read more

Are you kidding me??? Tried to go to a restaurant that was closed and saw this place. I can honestly say that God was watching out for us! We were greeted like we were at home. Linda made us feel like family. They brought out the most delicious garlic knots! Outstanding. We order a pepperoni pizza, a chicken parmigiana dinner and the chicken and prosciutto marsala. The C/P was outstanding. Great taste and portion. The Chicken Parm was good, nothing spectacular. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The pizza is OUTSTANDING! The sauce was not overpowering, the cheese was flavorful and the pepperoni was awesome. If you are hungry and are near this place, do yourself a favor and stop by! You won't regret it! read more

We have long defaulted to pizza from Rossini's because it's close, and because they are just fine, but honestly I feel like I have to wrestle with the place to get my food as I ordered it. They only half listen I think to what you ask. In spite of strenuous requests for the Eggplant Parm dinner without pasta, we are sent the eggplant Parm sub 4 times out of 5. I'm giving up out of frustration, and also because I never see anyone working there wear a mask and I want to feel confident about my food's preparation. Been coming here for a few years since my friend introduced it to me, usually on special occasions. It's one of the few restaurants that serves my all-time favorite dessert, the Bombe. Their pasta primavera is excellent too, and my go-to dish (They also have great complimentary bread). They always have friendly staff as well. The worst ever owner. The waitress was wonderful. Placed our orders and they came with fries but my mother asked if she could have a side of onion rings instead of fries. Told that was fine. The bill comes and there is one order with side of fries and one order with side of onion rings AND a charge for onion rings $7. I asked why and the owner said there was no option to change from the fries. I said why wasn't I told. No reason and he refused to make the change. Refused to even come up and talk with us. So I said well then, where are the fries that come with that order of side onion rings? I made them make the fries and then threw them in the trash right there for everyone to see. My family is in the restaurant business and believe me this would never have happened. The most arrogant,disrespectful,poor excuse of an owner should learn that a happy customer brings in business. I never take the time to post reviews, but this one was a must. Two pizzas delivered on time (I will give them credit for that), but they were BONE DRY and too tough to eat. I had to make other food for my guests. When I called to get refunded the cost of the pizzas, the manager (Joe- would not give me his last name) was rude multiple times and would not refund me. He offered me a store credit. . . For a place I will never eat at again. . . How useful. Then, I asked to speak with the owner (Gilbert-- Joe wouldn't give me his last name either, ha!) who is on vacation for a few weeks. I will be calling back in a few weeks. My meal was alright. It was good, but maybe I've been spoiled with other pasta places. I probably would have given the restaurant 4 stars, because the dessert I ordered was phenomenal! Sadly, they didn't provide me or offer me a plastic fork or spork or anything for my pasta dish, so I had to eat it with flimsy coffee stirrers from my hotel lobby, which was... awkward. No idea what was going on with the calzone. I ordered a calzone from here because I was in the area. First off - no idea why some places don't cut their calzones. Why not? For one, it makes it a lot easier to eat. Secondly, when cut, it helps dissapate the heat in the calzone after cooking. It was basically a glorified Hot Pocket - exterior, slightly warm - interior, molten lava. Ripped in half to try and eat it easier and the sauce was and structure resulted in it being a goopy mess. If it was sliced into 4 pieces shortly after cooking I guarantee that this would be a 4 star review. Apparently "how can I help you" (which is what you'd expect to hear) isn't part of the lingo here. It was undercooked, wasn't what I ordered (they forgot the sauce) and there was a *gasp* HAIR in it. When I called to complain they told me if I brought it to them I could have store credit. I used to come to Rossini's every blue moon with a group of old friends in the mid '00's, because they lived near by in a part of Concord that's kind of separated from the rest of the town (9 Acre Corner). I don't recall a bad experience from those days, but nothing too extraordinary either. Since Papa Gino's in Concord is long-gone, Sorrentos and New London don't deliver, and Domino's...is just disgusting...this is the only pizza place that will deliver to my home. I've noticed that the sauce is the biggest problem. It tastes like the cold marinara served in Lunchable's: Make your own pizza. A.K.A. it tasted old, moldy, poor seasoning choices, and just flat out undesirable. I know that some people enjoy pizza with no sauce, but that is really the secret to a good pizza in my opinion. When it comes to dining there...I like the location, and perhaps I am nostalgic to the old days, but when I've gone there recently, it's been a disappointment. The service I can't really complain about, but because of the restaurant is set up you feel separated from catching the eye of a waiter. I get it, they had to work with the amount of space they could get in the building. The fries are obviously frozen and extra crispy (not a fan) and taste so processed that I wouldn't bother getting them again. In the past, the pizza was okay (I liked pizza with caramelized onions) but still the sauce wasn't that good. They have potential to improve, but I feel like Rossini's just doesn't cut it now a days. It might help to not serve baked pizza crust while you're waiting for pizza. read more

I know I live in NY (home of the slice) but every time I come home, it's inevitable we'll get a pie from Rossini's. In the summer, we cruise on over in my Mom's convertible where an argument will always ensue in the parking lot about whether or not to leave the top down (my Mom thinks a "hooligan" is going to come by and dump a soda in the car. My Dad does not.) The place itself ain't anything to write home about: it has about 6 booths and wood paneling but always has at least one family of locals chowing down and I like how they bring a pizza stand to the table so you don't have to rearrange dishes and what-not. In the winter, we get take out, because let's be honest, it's cold as balls over here! For 3-4, I'd recommend a large pie - the Rossini Special if you like anchovies - and definitely the Greek Salad to even things out. And for a grand total of $28 (I nearly fainted when my Mom said how much it was), you definitely can't go wrong! read more
