By my second appointment, I felt 100% better. I was not thinking about my pain indicating my pain level was at a 0 or 1. Let's be real - you need to put in the work at home. The solution is not showing up to your appointment and going through the exercises at your appointment only. You need to take the learned exercises and continue the program DAILY at home. On a DAILY basis, I run through my program after I wake up in the early morning. The BENEFIT - where there was early morning wake up pain has diminished to no pain to mild stiffness. This program EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I will continue to run through the program daily at home before my remote work day begins. Your benefit will reveal with your hard work and self motivation. I chose this place out of convenience to the Weapons Station. Jesse was my therapist and she was fantastic! I had about 10 appointments in total before we hit the road again. She was easy to talk with and helped to explain things in simple terms. Her aids, Ryan, Jules, Emma, & Sophie were all great. They each had a good sense of humor and really paid attention to me while I was completing my exercises! Even more, I felt better upon each visit. They all made the difference! There were a few other places close by that I could have chosen. I'm glad I went with this facility as they were all wonderful, they were on time with starting my appointments, carried on professionally and were always welcoming!

IMMEDIATELY felt she locked directly into the issue and was able to create a program that targeted the root cause of my problem areas. Insane skill that can't be replicated anywhere else. The assistants/ aides available through the appointment are all knowledgeable, personable and attentive - primarily working with Aalia and Noah - under the supervision of Dr. P and Christina the whole time. On some appointments my program has been adjusted on the spot - again - mind-blowing skill. Always accurately targeted. I walk away sweating after every appointment and already see improvement. I was waiting to write this review but my recent experience over the phone just pushed it over the edge. The front desk staff makes me feel like I am bothering them. Even checking in- come on it's part of your job!! Looking at previous reviews it seems like it has been an ongoing issue. I was overcharged on my first 2 appointments and ended up with a large credit. I was notified the therapist I was working with was leaving and the only other therapist that has experience with my issue does not have availability for a few weeks. So I wanted my credit back as a check- it showed on my insurance application that the claim was processed so I called in. I spoke to Jaden and she said that it was not sent back to them yet so they would call me back when it did. I confirmed with them that they would call me back and she said she wouldn't just leave me hanging.. Then I said thank you, bye and she proceeded to just hang up without any bye or anything. I don't know why every front desk employee seems like they are miserable working there- not sure if it is management or just all of their bad attitudes every time. Won't be returning. Please retrain the front desk!! Makes me feel uncomfortable interacting with them.

Each time I walk in for my appointment, I am greeted by JV or the person at the desk, inquiring how I am doing, before I go into the therapy space. I am very pleased with my therapist Claire, an experienced therapist who used her impressive expertise to diagnose and analyze the origins of my pain, and then proceeded to apply the proper exercises to lessen and eventually heal that pain. I am midway in my 6 week program and it is working! My pain has lessened significantly, and Claire continues to challenge and inspire me to work hard at varying tasks to achieve our goals. Ella and Johanna are always there to assist with a smile and comforting support if I need help with any additional exercises. My session ends with some time with an ice pack, which to me just epitomizes the extra effort that is employed by Movement Works to express their care about the well being of the patient throughout the healing process. After just a few weeks, the surgery site on my knee was in danger of infection. She recognized the symptoms; sent me back to the surgeon to correct the situation; and saved me untold grief. In addition, she has an unbelievable skill of keeping track of multiple patients at a time; correcting positions; and personalities. She'll be walking by and say, "your position would be better if your healthy knee was a little higher." Very impressive. The staff of "support technicians" (I don't know what else to call them) was always available, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and kept each of my sessions on-track. Always. When I showed up for my first appointment, which took me 3 weeks to get, they couldn't even find me in the system. They said I would have to reschedule. Fortunately one of the PTs overheard it and took me in. Today I showed up for my confirmed appointment only to find out it was cancelled at 6am this morning. The office staff said I would have to reschedule ALL of my future appointments. That will leave a huge gap in my therapy. When I went to the virtual appointment person, they couldn't get the system to work and said I would have to call back. I'm done with this place.
