This was my first time here and it was very wonderful I got a nice relaxing pedicure and fill I will definitely be coming back!! :)

I decided to come here last Sunday after reading some good reviews. I was excited because I don't get my nails done often and really wanted a gel mani. Well the service was great, I was greeted nicely and was sat with David I walked out content but then later that day I noticed that my nails had a lot of air bubbles and on some of my nails there were bumps from the gel. Maybe he put too much gel. Anyway, I should've checked them closely before I left the salon but I'm not the type of person to complain when I get a job done bad. I just don't go there anymore. Today is Saturday nearly a week of having them done and the gel is already peeling. The last time I had a gel mani it lasted about a month. But I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Something told me not to come here but it was close and I was In a rush. First off they are over priced, secondly I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails, the lady at the front desk says "you want them like that... they are so narrow" and the entire time I was getting my nails done she kept coming over looking at my nails saying "you want them that narrow, why?" Now the nail technician who was doing my nails was sweet but did not know what she was doing. Her ratio of liquid to powder was off my nails were soft for a long time before they cured and within 3 days the were lifting oh and they looked nothing like the picture I showed them....... Staff is always super friendly! Ivan did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. He is super detail oriented. Will be going to him and nobody else from now on !only complaint I have is that some of their nail Polishes are a bit old or there is barely anything left in the bottle and they simply just put acetone in it in order to keep using it instead of just taking it off the shelf and restocking. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They have roaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I was getting a pedicure here there was a dead roach on the side of the chair! I got a full set and the nails were falling off like paper and breaking like glass. When I came back I threatened to the report them to the better business bureau if they do not fix my nails because they absolutely refused to give me back my money. They fixed the broken nails, the others were breaking!!! I gave up and will never go to this raggedy, busted, roach infested, dirty place again!On top of that, my grandma came here for a fill and they cut her while rushing the job and she is a diabetic!!!!! This is a great establishment the owner Julie I's absolutely amazing she is very kind and the staff makes you feel welcomed they go over and beyond for their customers and the quality of the nails are great I would definitely suggest stopping by here to get a mani pedi .!! read more

I wish I could give this place no stars at all. The lady that did my eyebrows literally did not know what she was doing. She took half of my eyebrow off and now I have to pencil them in. I really suggest you don't get waxing done here the lady that did mine obviously did not know what she was doing and was not experienced in this area. read more

Love the level of importance of customer service Julie(owner) shows through her business. I usually hate going to nail shops because they're usually rude and rush you while trying to get most of your money. The First time I tried Rosys was because my cousin recommended it. So from the first time I was totally impressed especially being in a nail Shop in san Bernardino. I was happy with the service and atmosphere of the shop. The way Julie conducted herself as well as The nail technicians. They took their time on my pedicure and asked if i was ok during the process. I love all the original techs (David, Mr Lee, Ivan, & Tina esp!) The Cons to be truthfully honest is the newer nail techs. They makes it feel like the other shops by their energy with the front desk ppl, rude facial expressions, & roughness. I believe they are the only damper on this great business Julie owns. The ladies that work here are very nice and attentive as for their work well the lady that did my toes she cut my nails too short and when she put the gel on it fell off within days and the guy that did my hands he did an okay job but after a couple of days the gel turned yellow and parts of it chipped off read more

When i went to rosy nails i got a gel mani and pedi...the staff was curtious and caring not like other places where they usually ignore the customers....i loved my experience and will definately be going back...the prices are alot better as well and they have the biggest selection of gel colors I've seen so far. read more

I wish i could give these people ZERO mf stars! ! I paid $28 for my acrylic nails to come out like straight trash. The older "gentleman" (quotations because he was far from gentle) did my nails and i was highly disappointed. When he used the power tool he kept going over my skin which was painful and when i told him, he was like " no no I'm not " but HE DID. On the 2nd coat of him painting my nails i looked at them and the sides of my nail had absolutely no paint and when i brought it to his attention, he went over it again and still missed spots. I've been here four times and only once was it a good experience twice I went to get my nails done and they all came off THE NEXT DAY. The third time I thought I would give them another chance,so I got my eyebrows done an older lady did them and they came out nice,so yesterday I went back and the young lady at the front desk did my eyebrows and it was the worst experience ever ! My eye brows are literally all scabbed up from them bleeding and she made them one too thin because she didn't want to wipe off the wax. Never coming here again read more

came here at first and was impressed got may nails done along with my cousin and sister in law and paid quite a bit. they were friendly and all but my nails did not last at all. i called to see if i can get my nails done again and they said they were closing soon. i was pretty pist. i had gotten they done a little less then a week ago and they were lifting and breaking off. (my acrylics). these are really the cheapest nails i have ever gotten. when calling the girl asked me, "do you work with chemicals" i stated NO! and she had the nerve to ask me if i was sure. This is thee worst service I have ever encountered, I'm 27yrs old, and it's been 10yrs since I have been getting my nails done all California. I currently bought a house in San Bernardino and wanted to try a new place, the pedicure gel, manicure gel was the worse polishing ever!!! The only nice thing about this salon was Ana who is the receptionist and walked around greeting people....I promise you I never write reviews, but it's horrible work at Rosy Nails. Also the owner threatened to call the cops because I refused to pay full price, he wasn't even there when I was being assisted by his employees, but as soon as the receptionist called him into the salon because I was unhappy with my nails he walked in and started at me and automatically,"we don't give discounts," he assumed I was attempting to get over, but as an owner, he didn't even bother to ask to see my nails. I have never been soo upset due to my nails, this shop should be closed...I am working on something against this shop....Please find another nail shop, P.S. the owners are lying regarding the post of me calling for $300, I work for a Bank and going to school for Law, therefore I don't need to bribe anyone, this post is 100% accurate....If I had access of closing this shop down, I would...I spent $45 on gel that was already peeling off in literally one day, and the polish was bumpy and not even, it looked as if a 8yr painted them. read more
