I had the beans soup which was delicious, my fiancé ordered the wedding soup, but I guess it was too vegetarian for a carnivore like him, so he changed his order to beans as well. We shared an order of garlic rolls as an appetizer. For the main course I had chicken franchese with cappers over angel's hair spaghetti. It was delicious, prepared exactly as I ordered. Came here for dinner with a big group. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The garlic bread was so fresh and warm and delicious. I ordered the penne Alfredo with chicken. Tried this spot on a whim the other day, and we were very impressed with their pizza! We got the Greek salad, buffalo wings and a Milano pizza. The salad was fantastic, comes in a very cool medium thickness, bread bowl of sorts. The dressing was perfect. The wings were for my husband and he said they were pretty good. The pizza though was really really good. Perfect amount of toppings to sauce and cheese ratio. The ricotta really made it perfect. Fresh, hot, and just what you want for a pizza. Every style of pizza we've ordered was for delivery and has been amazing each time (arugula & prosciutto, meat lovers, white pizza... dying to try the Bianca). And this is all DELIVERY folks! Their goat cheese salad is my hand down favorite, would eat it every day if I could. AND their meatballs and chicken parm and penne a la vodka are amazing. Have yet to find better locally! If I were just rating this place based on the food itself, I would love it 5 stars. I have to say it's very good. My girlfriend is 100% Italian and she is very picky about Italian food having grown up with homemade everything! She loved the food here. The problem was the management's attitude and treatment of us as less than valued customers. I had ordered 2 takeout dinners on a Monday and later discovered that Rotelli's had a $5 off the purchase of 2 entrees on Mondays, per their website. They did not take any money off my bill. When I went back to take out an order 2 days later, I showed them my receipt and the information on the website. An employee told me next time he would honor the $5 off, which I thought was a stall tactic and poor customer service, but I let it go and said ok. The next week I ordered 2 more takeout dinners. I told the employee about the $5 off I was promised, and he said he knew nothing about it, but to show me everything when I came in to pick up the food. I showed that same employee my recent receipt and the Rotelli website showing the offered $5 discount. He went to get who I guess was the boss or manager. The boss had a sour attitude and was surly and indignant. I told him I wasn't trying to give him a herd time, to which he flippantly responded, "Well, you are." This being in front of other customers as well. I was shocked, embarrassed, humiliated, and pissed off, to say the least. He then said, "So what do you want me to do, take the $5 off?" I sarcastically said, "Yes, that would be nice." The there employee told the boss that the discount was in fact posted on the website. The boss said, "Well, I'm going to call them (the webmaster) up and fire them." I don't care how good your food is. You DON"T treat a customer that way. Especially since I called them back once and told them how much we loved their food. It's a shame that management represents their business in this light and belittle their customers all in the interested of a few dollars. Boca Raton has a lot of other good Italian restaurants. Rotelli will no longer be one of them on my list. But for the good food, I would have only rated it 1 star because of their lousy attitude. read more

I was a regular customer of this restaurant and have been extremely disappointed when I ordered for delivery twice now, and first time they got my order wrong missing item on my Gorgonzola salad bread bowl, and this time I ordered Goat cheese salad in bread bowl and it was delivered without the goat cheese, to make things worse, the so called manager "Cris Curtington" was totally rude and called me a lier and hung up on me when I asked for corporate number to complain. I called in for a mushroom/onion large pizza and a steak sub. Not the friendliest group of people but what they did takes the cake. We were charged $8.00 extra for a half mushroom half onion pizza --- half the cost of the pizza. Unbelievable. Ordered tonight for the first time easily to order and fast delivery. My kids loved pizza but I made the mistake of ordering the shrimp scampi. The shrimp was horrible looks and taste like publix pre-cooked shrimp. I couldn't even just eat the pasta, absolutely no garlic and sauce was runny. I have been going to this restaurant for 5 years. so I consider myself aware of their menu. This last visit, as always, I ordered a vegetable in place of pasta for dietary reason. When my bill came the server added an additional charge that was never added before. When I questioned the charge the server brought over the menu and couldn't find anything written on the menu stating there is a charge and proceeded to tell me I've always been charged for a vegetable. We ordered pizza for a classroom end of the year party, set pick up for 10:45 am the next morning. I googled directions and noticed they didn't open until 11am. I was a little nervous because I didn't want to face 20 hungry 1st graders with out their pizza... I showed up at 10:40, the place was open and they said they would have my pizza done in 5 minutes. The people working were extremely nice, offered me coffee while I waited for them to finish up. It was done at exactly 10:45am. All the kids and parents loved the pizza. Glad we went with Rotelli, I saw several people in the schools front office having issues with their pizzas more being delivered/ready on time.
