First visit to this Italian restaurant in the Village Plaza. My type of cheese pizza slice with a well done undercarriage, crispy crust and zesty sauce and heavy garlic kick. Traditional shellacked cherry wood tables with a few large Italian wall art pieces. Per my request, the pizza maker kept my slice in the oven for an extra few minutes to enhance the char crust taste. They offer a daily special of two slices and a soda for $8.00 or a single slice of cheese pizza for $3.00. The gender assigned bathroom was clean with a gold colored mirror frame and a freshly mopped red tile floor. Upon leaving, they offer a digital kiosk requesting customer feedback which I happily provided. I go to rotelli on a regular basis because it's close to work and they have lunch specials. The service is heat or Miss sometimes it's great sometimes it's mediocre. It's not my favorite pizza place, but it does the job.. My two go special is the salad a slice of pizza and a soda. The price is great. read more

My whole family got sick from eating from here. This was the second time, I thought to give them a second chance. I loved their Bella Rotelli with chicken and their eggplant parmigiana. It was slow, and our server barely talked to us, but after paying the server and cook started talking badly about my boyfriend and talking about my body in Portuguese. Always quick service! The people here are SUPER nice! They always ask if they can help bring the food to my car for me which is super sweet. Their salads are delicious, along with their garlic knots and pizza. We just used them for my son's birthday party and the pizza was a huge hit! Visitors Beware! Don't expect to be seating in the restaurant if you come here at 830pm when they close at 9pm. Even if you are trying to just have a pizza and a couple of drinks. The food was always good and never had any issues. I've always enjoyed this place. Not sure if the place is under new management regarding their hours. If the sign says open til 9pm...restaurant business 101 says you should allow customers to come in up until 9pm. I wont be back and you lost a loyal customer. read more

I was traveling out to Boca Raton for business. One night in December 2022, we were all missing home, so we decided to look up a dinner spot with friends. This was closed by. Since then, every 2 months we are out here in Boca Raton, we stop here. However, the quality of the food has changed. 1 - Waitresses. I wished I could remember there names, but I can't. However they were all super nice each times we've been here. 2 - I love pasta. So of course, I settle for shrimp scampi each time. In December 2022, the shrimp scampi was ahhh-mazing! the sauce was on point. Fast forward to March 2023 and so forth (I've here three times since December 2022) and the food quality has gone down. Again, I order the same shrimp scampi all the time. Starting in March 2023, I've noticed that the sauce for the shrimp scampi was more oily, bland, and thin. Almost as if I was eating a bowl of soup with little broth left in the bowel. Prior to this, back in December 2022, the sauce was perfect and was not a thin consistency. 3 - Garlic bread. Not the best. It was basically bread with butter and garlic throw on stop. Couldn't even taste the garlic, but got a lot of oil from the butter or greasy. Not appealing. This is probably my last trip out here to Boca Raton (beautiful city), but I haven't eaten here since July 2023. read more

Went here for lunch. Ordered a slice and a Greek salad and gave the waitress very details instructions to give me half of the Greek salad and pick the other half up with an order of Ziti to take away. She brought the salad to the table -- it was the biggest Greek salad I'd ever seen. Good enough for a family of four and I was the only diner. Waitress didn't think to suggest ordering something more appropriate for one person. When I asked that half be packed up with the Ziti she said she'd bro g me a box. I replayed do it in the kitchen and she said "we don't do that". WTF....I got up and walked out because her answer was so stupid it wasn't worth my time an effort to show how stupid she was....or how dumb restraint management is. We had Rotelli's "World Famous" lunch, consisting of a slice of cheese pizza, 1/2 sandwich, and soup or salad. Not sure if it's truly world famous, but it sure is a great deal. Just $9 for all that food! The house salad was a pleasant mix of lettuce, onion, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and more with a nice balsamic vinaigrette dressing. We were happy to see the wide range of ingredients in the side salad. The Italian wedding soup was fair but not great. The little meatballs had an odd taste and even a bit of an aftertaste. The pizza was good, with a thin crust but not too crispy (thank you, Rotelli's, for not offering "cardboard" crust) The chicken parm sandwich was delicious although the bread overwhelmed the chicken. It was flavorful though. The server was nice, but a bit forgetful. She forgot to bring one of our drinks and she forgot to bring the side of marinara sauce that we had requested. Rotelli's is basically Italian comfort food.... decent quality and taste but not high-end in either taste or price. A good value, especially for lunch. read more

I ordered a lunch special for delivery to my hotel as I had lots of work to do. First the estimated delivery time was 45 minutes but it was only half that. I ordered the Bella Rotelli which came with soup or salad and garlic rolls. I opted for the pasta fagioli. Let main course was a huge portion, more than enough for 3 meals, and very delicious! The soup was hot and flavorful and I received 4 garlic rolls. The price for everything was $21 which incuded $1.99 delivery charge, tax and 20% tip. Very reasonable prices for Boca! Couldn't be rushing us to turn over a table, as we were the only 2 people in the place, besides an elderly man who came in 30 mins after us! Food was lacking pizzazz.
