When they came out to prepare the install, I shared my dissatisfaction with another septic installer's plan approved by the county (I didn't know any better). Eric the owner suggested a different approach, which completely met my request and got everything approved, installed and cleared up in short order - I was thrilled. The storms came in July and trees dropped everywhere, power was out. Our Electric Company came out to restore power and restring power lines where trees took them out. You would think they would see the Universal Septic sign I put right over the tank and field but they didn't, they drove right over the tank. I called Eric for help, he came out and saw the tank was crushed. He gave me a replacement estimate really fast, after all the communication was completed, he installed the new tank in just a few days. You can't ask for better communication, service and responsiveness. I had contacted 4 different installers and got a lot of delay, lack of return phone calls and over-pricing. I highly recommend Universal to everyone.

They were able to get someone out in less than a week --- and at a lower price than the first provider. The showed up when they promised and their representatives on site were equally as nice and professional. My mom was so pleased she is going to tell all the neighbors about Universal. They were prompt and worked quickly to get the job done. The owner was concerned that the filter in the second tank might be clogged up and suggested my husband dig the second tank and look at the filter. It was so full we couldn't get to the filter so we called back and he fit us in to his busy schedule to suck out the tank. Luckily it was only plugged and started to drain at once. Better then having a new field installed. They have always done right with us.

We called every Fri for 3 more weeks to get a status on a start date. The lady in the office was ok the first few times until my husband said, "Every time I call you, you tell me the exact same thing (you will talk to Brent on Monday and get back to me) and then you NEVER get back to me" She became very rude and nasty after that!!! We were told the crew would work Fri and Sat and be done. That was FALSE! They never showed up Sat as expected. When we called Brent, we were told that we needed an inspection which was scheduled for Monday then the crew would finish. Monday morning the crew came and took all the equipment and left. Stating that the inspectors were back logged and he didn't know when the inspector would get here, even though Brent had told us it would be Monday? The inspector showed up 20 mins after the crew had left with all the equipment. We called Brent and he said, "I will send the crew right back to finish" That NEVER happened!!! And they didn't show up the next day either! Don't BS us or tell us what you think we want to hear! We want the TRUTH and correct timelines! Rescheduled second appointment between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM it was 1:00 PM they never showed up. We called several times they said he is on his way. Then we called after 12:00 PM we got a voice mail. we left a massage told them not to show up anymore. The wife took a day off and stayed home twice for their service which did not show up.
