One positive: Guillermo and Jose were responsive and fully guaranteed their work. They made sure I was satisfied with the end product before ending the project.

We were referred to CWF by A#1 Air. Project Manager Oscar showed up to assess the damage later that same day (Wednesday, Jan 17th)and walked us through the process. During his time here, we contacted our insurance company to file a claim which was initiated within 20 minutes with a representative over the phone. Since Oscar was present, it facilitated communication. Oscar gave us a two-hour window between 8am and 10am and said that we should expect to receive a call from dispatch informing us that they are on their way. He also took a series of pictures before he left so that he could inform the crew of the events that transpired. On Saturday, January 20th, the mitigation crew removed a portion of the engineered flooring that was affected and promptly placed industrial fans on and around it. They informed us that they would be back to pick up the equipment (in 4 days) after the area has completely dried and answered any questions we had. Kris, Sheldon, Gabriel, and Oscar were professional and knowledgeable - explaining everything about the process and I appreciate the time and patience they took on a Saturday morning to help us. We are going to go with CWF for restoration as well.

I had manually measured close to 1,700 square feet, but Wil and Spencer utilized a mobile tech scanning tool to map both the floors and walls (for a future paint project) in a matter of minutes. It immediately validated my manual measurements and gave us complete confidence in the project's scope. We chose to vacate the house during the heavy demo and installation. Scheduling-wise, Wreedone was exceptionally punctual, hitting every milestone exactly when they said they would. They carefully moved and secured our heavy furniture, treated our property with immense respect, and ensured everything was locked up tight at the end of each workday. I had the chance to meet the tile installer, Daniel, and his crew. Daniel is a true craftsman--he noticed minor pattern differences in the tiles and expertly blended them so the installation looks perfectly seamless throughout the house. A true professional! Spencer also brought some great problem-solving to the baseboards. Because the new floors sat a bit lower, reusing the old baseboards would have left a noticeable paint gap along the walls. Factoring in the labor to patch and paint that gap, it was actually more cost-effective to install brand-new baseboards, which ended up looking even better than the originals. Given the massive amount of demolition dust, the top-to-bottom post-construction cleaning was incredible. Walls, floors, countertops, ceiling fan blades--everything was spotless! I am also incredibly grateful to Justin and Chase for the daily updates and progress photos, as well as their care in quickly moving the large furniture back into place post-cleanup. TL;DR - Not impressed by being lied to multiple times and now I am sitting on a time bomb…read more I had a breaker replaced in my house in 2024 that was upgraded to a 30A non-GFCI breaker from a 15A GFCI breaker. This change in amperage obviously concerned me and my initial ask was to get a quote to run a new circuit for the high-draw equipment I was looking to install. The contractor they sent out took a look at the breaker box and assured me that all I would need to do is replace the breaker with a higher rated breaker. I asked the contractor multiple times if the cables on that circuit could handle the much higher load and I got the same assurance each time. Imagine my surprise when I had an electrician from another company come out for a separate issue, take one look at the breaker box, and tell me that the circuit is only rated for 20A. No need to imagine, because that is exactly happened. Now I am sitting on a potential time bomb with the only good solution being to disconnect and relocate my high-draw equipment and have a new costly circuit installed while not having access to my equipment. If you still want to have this company work on your house, be sure to snap a picture of their license so you can show the insurance company who to go after when your under-rated cables melt and catch fire.

My husband explains again that the irrigation people were out the day before and it is NOT the sprinklers. Plumber says okay. We wait, and wait... and at 11a- I call the company again. Same receptionist as Saturdays call- "oh he said he can't do it" But no one called to tell us he wasn't coming?! She tells us it is our responsibility to have called them to find out why he no showed... but she'll book us another plumber to come out between 3-5p on Sunday. Fine, ok. Just need to get this done. As we are leaving our house (11:45a) to run errands - phone rings the 3pm plumber wants to come right now. Told him no, appointment is at 3pm. Plumber shows up at 3pm in an unmarked van, not in uniform.. is outside our house for 20 minutes - comes to tell me he can't find the leak, he isn't a leak detector and cannot do anything but it will be $125 for him coming out. He also has no way to process a CC and starts writing down my CC number - which I immediately stopped and shredded the paper. Eventually someone calls me from company number and I pay my bill (begrudgingly) for literally no service rendered. He tells me to call the company tomorrow and have a leak detection person come out and he can come back out to fix it - and my $125 will go towards that bill. My husband calls today and service is refused. And he was hung up on multiple times. This company is being reported to BBB for being complete frauds. Why actually help customers when you can charge $125 for a fifteen minute "consolation" and never have to fix anything.

I recently received a water bill that was 4x the prior month, with not add'l water usage. I called CPS and the very next day they sent Luke and Jared out to test for leaks. The guys could have jumped straight into a more expense test with the main box, but instead they were methodically, went water device by water device (ie, sinks, faucets, washing machine, each toilet to see if any of those were leaking - also finding the fittings to my toilets were original to the 1983 house (which I had them replace - for a reasonable price). The last test proved (we hope - haven't' received a bill yet) was a leaky toilet. Yet they went ahead and then tested the main controller, first the house then the irrigation system. Fortunately, no pressure change - so all was good (whew!). Best of all Luke explained all the way through what he was doing and spoke in a way I could understand what he was doing.
