During my most recent visit, however, I had an interaction with an employee named Griffin that was unacceptable. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we approached the counter. It genuinely felt as though we were inconveniencing him by simply being there. This wasn't a "bad day" situation -- it was a clear lack of basic customer service skills and professionalism. Sammy's has always set a high standard, and this experience fell far below it. I strongly recommend that Griffin receive immediate customer service training, because his behavior does not reflect the reputation Sammy's has built over the years.
