We go here for my kids dental appointments. The place is clean and has a cute little waiting room with a game console for kids. The back area has a lots of stations for patients. The workers here are always pleasant. Wait time could be improved. Arrived a bit early for my appointment and waited 15 mins to be seen. They have TVs on the ceilings for kids to watch something. I haven't (yet) felt pressured into getting any unnecessary dental procedures for my kids. read more

Update: I had completely forgotten to come back and update. Everything was sorted out by the manager of the office, she was absolutely fantastic. So the key is to stick to speaking to the staff, not whoever their calls get transferred to. Tip: when their call center answers the phone, ask them to transfer you directly to the staff in Tracy. I don't waste my time speaking to anyone that picks up from their call center. Don't let them try to talk you out of it, keep requesting to get transferred. read more

I would rate this clinic 5 stars if they actually started at actual appointment start times. I've been taking my kids here for 5 years and every time, we would wait 20-30 minutes to finally get called in. And half of the time, we're waiting another 15-30 minutes for the dentist to see the patient. If only the clinic would be better at scheduling staffing especially when we have to take the kids out of school. It's so frustrating and disappointing to expect we're going to be waiting a while again whenever we come. Be very careful about selecting this office/company to send your children to for Orthodontics. The office has inconsistent scheduling practices that make attending appointments difficult. On more than one occasion, they switched there orthodontics days resulting in complete upheaval and causing more than a month delay in the Ortho process. That is a huge deal since your contract is limited to a certain period of time-- and you can be charged if you go over the timeframe. Due to the limited amount of availability of their Orthodontist, it is very difficult to schedule late afternoon (after school) appointments for kids, too. The technicians that actually monitor and manage the orthodontist procedures are all very knowledgeable and professional. They are all very dedicated to helping their patients. Also, we are more than 2 years post treatment at this office and they are still billing our insurance for past due service. They are unwilling to resolve issues timely-- and unable to at the local office, you get sent to a call center where you speak to a variety of resources. It's truly been the most regrettable experience. read more

Love this place! It was our first time here today and I can't be more happier with our visit. The facility was very clean and they have a little game room area while you wait. My son loved that! He was playing super Mario bros and I think that helped calmed his nerves. Monique was very welcoming when we first entered the building. She was very nice and made us feel comfortable. She knew our concerns and the need to get treatment for my son and she mentioned that they actually had an opening the same day so we were very lucky to have been treated the same day. Dr. Declet and Eunice did the treatment for my son and I was very pleased! They were very professional and made my son felt at ease, so much that he did not have to use laughing gas! I don't usually write reviews like this, but what I witnessed near this dental office has haunted me since. I had just picked up some ice cream when I saw a young woman walking slowly toward the side of a nearby building. She wasn't near the office. It felt intentional, like she was trying not to be seen. She wore black scrubs and held a tiny teddy bear pressed to her chest. She was beautiful, striking really, with long dark hair, but her face was completely drained of color. She looked like she might faint. She wasn't crying loudly, but you could see she was on the edge. Her hands trembled as she clutched her phone, and she kept her head low, like even holding eye contact would break her. She was breathing in shallow, uneven gasps, clearly trying to calm herself down but losing the battle. It was one of the saddest things I've ever seen. The way she held that tiny teddy bear to her chest like it was the only safe thing in the world instantly reminded me of my 14-year-old daughter, who has autism. When my daughter is overwhelmed or scared, she'll hold onto something soft and familiar the same way. Quietly, protectively, like it's the only anchor she has. Seeing that young woman do the same broke something in me. She looked like she was just trying to survive whatever had just happened, and she was doing it all alone. I was recommended to take my daughter here, but seeing how they treated this poor girl gives me the worst impression. She had clearly just come from the office, yet no one followed her. No one checked if she was okay. She was in visible distress and completely on her own. What did they do to her? This young woman was clearly in distress. She wasn't disruptive. She wasn't even asking for help. But someone should have offered it. The silence from that office was loud. I stayed nearby because I couldn't bear to walk away. Eventually someone, I assume her father, came to pick her up. She was still pale, still trembling, still holding that little bear like it was all she had. To the young woman I saw that day: you didn't deserve to be left like that. You reminded me so much of my daughter. You were trying your hardest to hold it together and I hope you know someone saw you and cared. I hope you're somewhere safe, being treated with the kindness and care you should've received that day. My daughter has been coming here for about 2/3 years and we haven't had any major issues other than the pain of scheduling an appointment. Todays encounter was enough for me to never return. My daughter had appointment and I called to reschedule as she was sick. She attended the appointment- the billing department definitely billed my insurance and now months later I'm getting text messages saying we owe $50.00. I called two weeks ago to explain and the billing department said they would escalate the issue to a supervisor. I get another text message today saying we owe $50.00. I called the billing department and spoke with Niel who stated they were still waiting for a response. I asked to speak with a supervisor because I don't have time to keep callling and being placed on hold and repeating myself as if I don't work! Niels response was that there was no supervisor available- how is that possible? So if you have a question / concern there is no one? I'm outraged at the lack of response and fraud happening. Please save your frustration and do not come here. They try to hide all the bad reviews with encouraging people to do a yelp review for a raffle. My children have come to the ortho and dental side for over two years. Both sides are completely terrible. The billing department has no clue what they are doing. The ortho doctor changes every three months. The on floor management does not care about quality. They cancelled my daughter's appointment without notice for "unpaid balance" I spoke to billing and they admit they billed the wrong insurance. They do it every year. Lastly, the manager will not answer my phone calls to get my daughter seen. The on call staff will not give you the Tracy office phone number. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! Terrible customer service and terrible work. The last ortho doctor over extended my daughter's teeth and she now has the roots coming out of her gums! It is terrible. read more

Her tone should be different when working with anxious children. They should hire more patient and understanding staff. Orthodontist seemed annoyed by my crying child. My daughter has an intense fear and even getting her to go into the office is a big stress for her. She was hospitalized at a young age, and has been hurt at a previous dentist's office. So doctor's office, dentist's office, any medical setting she's afraid of. She was crying as she was getting her expander in. The Orthodontist seemed annoyed throughout the few minutes she was working on my daughter as she was crying. She told my daughter was going to scare the others kids. After gluing it in she said "ok I'm just going to go over here now " and left before she could answer any of our questions or concerns. Very unwelcoming. All because my daughter was crying, which kids tend to do when they are scared. Seeing as this office is for children I would have expected the Orthodontist to have been more patient and comforting, not acting like my daughter was doing something wrong. It felt like she was intentionally avoiding us from that point on. Dental assistant was great and much more pleasant and didn't seem phased by the crying at all. Dental assistant seemed to be annoyed. No small talk nothing. Did x rays without asking. Did a cleaning with a dental floss pick. Who does a cleaning with a dental floss pick? And if you use a pick clean it in between. Meanwhile the dental assistant next to us working with another patient is talking to him asking him what flavor polish he wants, etc. Our assistant didn't ask anything. Just choose mint on her own. Brought my 2 year old for his 2nd visit today.. 5 stars from start to finish! A week before the appointment they texted and were able to see us on a Wednesday instead of a Thursday. Very easy to communicate with them. Upon arriving, we were 15 minutes late which is beyond their 10 minute grace period. They were very understanding and still polite. They also went out of their way to see if we could still be accommodated despite it being a shortcoming on our end and we were seen with just a little bit of a wait. The staff here is well trained and really caters well to children. The hygienist explained things and let my son get acquainted with the tools for his exam and cleaning. The dentist inspected and cleaned my son's teeth efficiently. My son left happy with a new tooth brush and orange rubber frog which kept him occupied the whole ride home. read more

Been going for 2/3 years always a 10-60 minute wait time. I saw dentist Rebecca Tyson. My child needed 2 fillings the doctor was resistant to book for the procedure because she said my son had to many questions during his cleaning. I didn't want the temporary fix as it contains mercury. So I scheduled for the 2 fillings. I called day before to ask about the procedure & billings . Day of appointment the dentist (Rebecca Tyson ) told me she changed her mind she's only doing one filling and no numbing. I told her I rather get both of them done and him not to feel any pain to use numbing . She explained his cavity was small he wouldn't feel anything. 15 minutes in my child felt some discomfort and cried she gave him a break. She asked is it pain or discomfort ... I then asked her would he be filling pain where your drilling ? She now changed to he may . I told her if that was the case then we should have numbed him in the beginning. my child was using laughing gas . It was hard to understand with the crying. After calming down she began to drill and he started crying and she continued to drill and his hand shot up so fast I told her to stop . I knew that she had drilled in or to close to the nerve and knew she should have just numbed him. She has no patience for kids or doing difficult procedures on them . She then told me I don't have to worry about his cheek and mouth being numb . That was the least of my worries. The dental assistant was amazing she was extremely patient, caring and professional the dentist was the complete opposite. I have waited three months and have yet to receive my deposit but they were quick to take it out of my account. I've called multiple times and can't get through to anyone. It has been a frustrating experience and not getting my money back was just the icing on the cake for this facility. This is one of the worst dental care i would newer recommend anyone here. If you can avoid better to avoid. If there was a zero or negative review i would have added. This is for last 4 visits i have seen. Before we leave Doctor and front desk mentions one and for the next appointment when we visit they specify appointment was scheduled for just examination and not for the care which we had asked. They just want to charge and get all the money which the insurance is providing and your out of money as well. Better you avoid if you can. Glad I chose this location to be my children new dental! I walked in & I noticed a cute New Member sign they had with my daughters name! Made her feel special.
