We had no choice but to take it and the driver said to talk to the owner after the wedding. The A/C on the bus was not working. It was 90 degrees outside on that day and inside the bus felt like it was 110 degrees. 2 members of the wedding party fainted. I asked for a partial refund and he did not honor it. He was rude and lacked courtesy, understanding and professionalism. They did the classic bait and switch and got away with it. Go with a different company. *Note that the company immediately responded to this Yelp review in a rude, aggressive and characteristically unprofessional way and when I called them out on it, they went back and changed the review to sound better but they still didn't do a very good job just like their limo service. To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.
