I think it's terrible that they don't think that their patient's time is valuable. And the billing department I don't know how many times I've given them my insurance last year and they still haven't billed it right and it's very frustrating. I don't think somebody in the scheduling area or whatever's going on, values the patient's time. So if you have four and a half 5 hours with nothing else to do with your life for a day and you want to sit in the doctor's office and just wait. To get an injection in your eye or anything. Upon walking into the building, I immediately felt welcomed by the front desk personnel. I was given a notepad to complete my new patient paperwork.
