The wait on less than a couple of minutes. Sy took me in and ran me through a few eye test and explained everything all along the way. They use all the latest equipment and guess what? No eye dilation was needed. What a great deal that I did not need a ride home. Dr Bui greeted me after the initial tested was done and did one final test. She explained everything perfectly to me in a way that anyone who has not been to years of optical school could understand. The whole experience was the best I could have ever hoped it would be. If like me, you had been a patient at a regular clinic. You will be shocked and I should've been told so. I had to leave and reschedule with my eyes dilated , I had other things to do. I schedule my appointment hoping that I gave myself 3 hours and apparently that wasn't enough. I think it's terrible that they don't think that their patient's time is valuable. And the billing department I don't know how many times I've given them my insurance last year and they still haven't billed it right and it's very frustrating. I don't think somebody in the scheduling area or whatever's going on, values the patient's time. So if you have four and a half 5 hours with nothing else to do with your life for a day and you want to sit in the doctor's office and just wait. To get an injection in your eye or anything. Then fine. I rescheduled hoping that if I'm earlier there then maybe it won't take so long. Also it was around 11:30 noonish when I noticed that the waiting room was almost completely empty except a couple people waiting to see doctors it was around lunch time was something going on with that? Were we waiting for people to finish lunch? I don't know just a feeling. But when you're out of options of the doctors that you can see are they taking advantage of that?

I had been looking for a Black optometrist in the Round Rock/Austin area but with no luck I had given up. Advanced Eye Care was listed as an in-network provider with my insurance company. I went to their website to read about them. Much to my surprise and delight, there was a black female optometrist practicing in that office! Dr. Bridget Fuller, O.D. is amazing! We talked and laughed as if we had already known each. She took the time to answer all of my questions and even listened to part of my life story. I did not feel rushed. I appreciate her professionalism and sweet demeanor. I was looking for Black optometrist. I recommend Dr. Fuller for anyone of any ethnicity. She is the best! Upon walking into the building, I immediately felt welcomed by the front desk personnel. I was given a notepad to complete my new patient paperwork. A few minutes later, I was called back for initial examinations. I wish I could remember the exam tech's name. She was awesome! Even the check-out process was quick and easy with Danelle. An hour later after talking to the doctor 5 minutes I left with no check up or meds. But they tried to schedule me a second appointment so I could get what I came to them the first time for. Called cheating insurance companies and double charging. Now I have to find a real doctor and take another half day and spend my fuel and time to get a decent soctor. I plan on filing a complaint with the state board of health.
