I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! Last weekend me and my fiancé threw a birthday party for our 1 year old son; we wanted an environment of family, friends, laughs, cheers and in general a great time for the celebration of our 1 year old boy. However with the service, owner, staff and "A.C policy" we got the complete opposite. We got there 30 minutes early to pre-order food would be ready and to get drinks. Our guest arrived as soon as our son's event started but our pizzas did not arrive until an hour and a half later even though they were pre-ordered and promised to be on our tables 15 minutes after his party began. Within minutes our party room was full of guest with no food nor service. Trying to entertain our guest until it arrived everyone in the room noticed the A.C was not on and was trying to make the best of it while burning up. Me and several guest requested the A.C to be turned on multiple times and an excuse from the staff was responded to us every time. Every employee there was extremely rude and seemed not too concerned about their job or duty. I return to the room and see my guest are disappointed from waiting so long on food and drinks that they were receiving text messages about Cancelled Orders. The service was absolutely horrible! I saw a total of 2 staff in and out of our party room. The owner was too cheap to use his A.C and on top of that he gave my fiancé nothing in return except his anger and attitude. I grew impatient and had enough. I tried talking to him about a refund but it only ended in our party getting kicked out of the restaurant. It was a complete waste of time and a disappointment especially to my sons 1st birthday party! I've been here numerous times just for a beer to drink and a game to watch and still my service has been horrible every time, my beer always comes out warm and it's a huge difficult mess to get the channels you want on their TVs. i like the UltiMeat pizza here but it's not the pizza that prompts this review. it's the "personable" service i received. after i ordered my pizza i was given a number to place on my table so the "pizza person" (or whatever they're called) would know to whom to take it when it was ready. i had been waiting for a fair amount of time when the thought occurred that i did not take my number to my table. the possibility existed that the server would not know who ordered it. i went to the counter the woman who took my order was not there. i explained to another person who was named Sasha, that i had been remiss in not taking the number placard and apologized for any kennfusion this might have caused. Sasha said she would check this out and would personally take the pizza to me. within less than five minutes i was joined at the table with my pizza. Sasha brought it, along with shakers of red pepper flakes and parmesan. i was impressed that Sasha remembered from a prior time i was there that i like these with my pizza. i appreciate Sasha's excellent service, which was accompanied by a cheerful smile and an "it's-no-problem" type of attitude. read more

In December 2021 I went in to the Roundtable pizza on Gosford and booked a party room for August 27,2022. I spoke with the manager at the time and was told that the room was free to use as long as a minimum of $200 or it might of been $250 of food was ordered. There was a $75 deposit required but it would be deducted from the total food order as long as the minimum amount was ordered. I was also told that a 15% discount would be deducted from the total. The day before the party my daughter and I went in and ordered the food and left the tab open so we could add more food/drinks the day of the party. At the time of the reservation i was told I could have the party from 5pm till 9pm. The total bill was over $500 and it wasn't until the next day that I realized they had not deducted my $75 deposit. I called the manager, Connie, and explained the problem. She explained that the manager who I booked with is no longer there and their new policy is no refund for party room deposits. And after all, we did stay longer than than the 2 hours for a party. I would think a company would honor previous agreements or at least let me know of a policy change in advance. Now all they want to do is give me 3 large pizzas. I just bought over $500 of pizza. That's the last thing I want. Give me my money!!! I have contacted the corporate office. read more

Got the lunch buffet and was really disappointed. The ranch did not taste like ranch. You have to pay extra if you want wedges and fried chicken with the salad bar and pizza which is fine, however, the pans for the wedges and chicken were empty most of the time. When there was chicken it was either a wing or a thigh cut in half. So dont waste your money paying extra for that. Pizza was on point hot and fresh with 4 or 5 varities to choose from. read more

Was I surprised when I recently went there. Corporate has taken back the store from the previous owner and restored the quality of the restaurant. The management is always making sure things come out on time and stay keeping up with the good service. The food arrived an hour and a half after scheduled delivery time. The food was cold and missing 3/4 the toppings listed on the specialty pizza list. I didn't realize Round Table was now take n bake. Their website states, "Garlic Parmesan Twists are rolled fresh daily and baked to perfection with fresh garlic and parmesan cheese". I guess the key term "baked to perfection" no longer applies. Our twists were undercooked and floppy. I needed to "bake them to perfection" in my own oven in order for them to become edible. When we ordered over the phone the gentleman asked for our address for delivery, we gave it and said we would like to pay with credit card. My husband then proceeded to ask the employee if we were able to provide the credit card over the phone, the employee insisted that the delivery driver would have the capabilities of processing the payment at the time of delivery. My husband then called back again to give a coupon, we spoke to another woman who applied the coupon to our order. My husband again asked if he could pay over the phone, the woman said, no the driver will collect payment at the time of delivery. Upon arrival the delivery driver said that our address was just too far for them to deliver. I said ok, then why didn't the representative from your company who took my new address over the phone not tell me that it was too far. He gave me a blank stare. He then said our total, I handed him my credit card. Once again, a blank stare. I told him I was told over the phone by not just one, but two employees that payment would be processed at delivery. His response, no I can only take cash. Just not sure if this incompetence is common practice for this establishment or if this is something new. , We have never had such a pour experience at Round Table until we moved to Bakersfield. We love the lunch buffet for less than $20 me and the old ball and chain can sit and watch the tv screens, catch up on our latest sports stats, and eat excellent food. The pizza is always delicious....I am your regular crust, standard combo, sans bell peppers kind of girl. The chilled bottles of ranch, buffalo sauce, and ketchup are a nice touch. The salad bar has great choices and has always been fresh and clean when we visit. Customer service is good, sometimes a lil' slow but not so much that I mind. The only reason for the 4-stars and not the 5....is that I am not the biggest fan of pizza, but when the craving hits I know this is a great place to grab lunch. read more
