Always liked this location. Been coming here since I was a child. Over the years, many changes have been implemented at this location. This has led to a better, customer-friendly restaurant. The restaurant is nice and large. And it gets very busy in the evenings. Especially on nights leading up to the weekend. Salad bar at any Round Table is a sight to see; they have endless offerings for you to create an appetizing salad. This location is no exception. Pizza is always hot and fresh out of the oven when I order it. I love just a regular pepperoni pizza. And I also love their twists. I could eat 20 of them. Customer service is alright most of the time. Occasionally they mess up on orders and you have to wait a little longer, but I haven't experienced enough of those instances for me to knock a bunch of stars off my review. read more

The chicken and ham sandwiches barely had any meat in them (less than 3oz) and very dry. This RT has gone downhill and to pay $25 for a personal pizza and one time salad outside of the lunchtime hour (after 4) is ridiculous so we got the dry sandwiches instead for around $10+. A friend whom is a regular diner asked us to meet up here. Really nice inside for a Round Table. We ordered....#1 a pitcher of Beer accompanied by 2 glasses one of which was DIRTY! I asked for a clean one and CHELSEA the server was a snubby nosed about it, #2 she brought over 2 plates for salad and one plate had a hair stuck to it and you could see the hair folic stuck to it!!! CHELSEA again was not very nice about it!! Wowwwa! So now the bill comes. Our friend goes to pay his bill and they automatically attached the tip w/o stating it. I've been a RTP customer for 40 years. The pizza has fallen off a cliff and so has their service. Dough is not as good as frozen pizza. Service sucks! We frequent this Round Table since it is close to our house, it is open later than other places on Sundays, and has a PRIME salad bar. The pizza is always delicious, fresh, and made just as we ordered with no goofs. We love that their salad bar is always stocked with all the goodies and they don't look like they've been sitting there for too long. The service is always friendly and helpful and they are doing a good job at wearing masks/using cleanly practices right now with all of the COVID precautions which is comforting. read more

Plain cheese pizza was delivered last night. Burnt, no sauce, no cheese. I guess it all burned away I didn't notice until this morning since I was in bed early with the flu. My kids didn't wake me up to complain so they shared a few bread sticks for dinner. I returned it today. I just opened the box and said I'd like a new pizza. Manager asked what was wrong with it ! I didn't whine at all even though I'm out there with the flu. She offered no apology or even just a "Sorry for the Inconvenience". Customer service is nonexistent at this store. Walk in wait almost 5 minutes. Employees look at me don't acknowledge me. They Don't come up asking if I have a pick up when I'm at the counter. Guy walks over from kitchen does something at register doesn't even makes no eye contact doesn't say anything continues walking back to the kitchen. I left. The restaurant wasn't busy six people total inside you think round table provide better customer service since their pizza prices have gotten it's not justified for the quality and quantity plus add crappy customer service you're not getting the round table I grew up with. it's been over four years since I've eaten at roundtable, poor customer, service, price, gouging, and skiing pizzas with toppings. The pizza is always great but what's not great is being told that it will all be delivered in one and a half hours MAX and then waiting over two and a half hours for it to show up. This is especially problematic when you have friends over and young children who are hungry and waiting. When I was asking when the food would arrive, the manager didn't even offer to do anything to make it right and instead just blamed the other employee for giving out the wrong time estimates. Just be honest with your estimated delivery times and I would have gotten food from somewhere else. Now I'm never ordering delivery from Round Table ever again! Oh..and the last time we ordered from this location, they forgot our 12 garlic twists and it was more than half an hour past their promised delivery time. You can't use this program as a light switch meaning (you're willing to participate at your own discretion) you forget the customer is always right. When people call it in and you ask for their phone number it means hello your adding in there rewards as well to look up customer information you mother freaking idiots. I am so sorry but I am just done with this location. My last 6 orders from here have all been incorrect except 1. I was so excited to have them get that one order right I called the manager and thanked (super nice guy!) him. He sent me a free pizza coupon which I collected on tonight. A large pizza, extra sauce, half veggie half combo, no olives. I called at 5:08 and was told 30 minutes. I showed up at 5:40 and was told it was in the oven, just 4-5 more minutes. Finally at 6 I went up to the counter and was like "I want to like you guys but there is just always some problem." The kid ran back rustled around and found my pizza. I checked to make sure it didn't have olives, it didn't and I did a little victory dance and left with my pizza. As soon as I got home and bit into I realized it didn't have extra sauce... it barely had any! I'm just so disappointed. Every other location can get a pizza right, give you an accurate estimate of when to pick it up, etc. if any other locations are reading this... start delivering out of your area for a small extra charge, you'll get the business. I ordered the new lemon specialty pizza and it was amazingly good. I used the app for takeout and the pizza was ready and hot exactly when it was supposed to be ready. The app told me to pick it up at 7:27 PM. I arrived right on time and everything was excellent. The person that helped me pointed out how expensive their beers are during the week. Why oh why did I order again? One more time with diarrhea. 2 small slices affected me seriously, my girlfriend had 1 slice and was seriously affected and our 4 year old had a really small slice and was moderately affected. It was the only meal of the day all 3 of us shared. This is the 4th time with diarrhea from this Round Table. We ate at the Mangrove location and didn't have any problems even when eating the leftovers. I wonder if it has anything to do with cooking burgers and pizza in the same equipment? Used to love round table. This particular store has lost me as a customer, and I've given them a few chances. First up, absurdly overpriced. Their "large" is comparable to a medium everywhere else - but they charge you as if it were the other places large size. This is probably just how all round tables are, so nothing personal to this store. They skimp on pretty much everything: Tonight our pizza had almost no sauce and the cheese was well away from the edge. Good if you like sauceless crust I guess (my dog was happy). Wife got a wedge salad - toppings in their little cups were less than half full. She was able to eat maybe 1/4 of the salad with reasonable toppings. Garlic twists were somewhat dried out with minimal garlic spread on them. Everything was barely warm. All this is similar issues to last time. They substituted a soda with caffeine for one we ordered that had no caffeine (for my kid. They aren't allowed soda often so this was a bummer for them. I let them have some regardless. Later they were bouncing off the walls fired up on caffeine lol) The driver was polite though so kudos to him and willingness to come out into the smoky night. Which might explain the skimping, maybe they were running out of stuff due to being busy? If so some sort of explanation or discount would have been sensible. Regardless, sad face.
