I do like round table. I always order at this location. Most of the time the pizza arrives in the estimated time frame. The pizza is usually hot and done well. However this is the second time I have forked out 40 bucks for a Luke warm and raw on top pizza. I do order the King Arthur supreme with 2 extra toppings so I understand it makes it a bit harder to cook on top. However there should be some sort of way to combat that maybe cooking it a tad longer...I always get the extra toppings and most times it's great. One thing I can not stand is inconsistency it will cause me to begin ordering elsewhere in fear of raw pizza. I was starving and decided to toss it in the oven longer rather than wait an hour for another pizza. I do understand stuff happens so I'm just here to at least say be more mindful. You lose one star for each raw pizza. Other than that the flavor is great. read more

Okay for one I have never had a problem with this round table a single time expect for this particular time. For one the server Joslin was extremely rude she rushed me through my order after I had told her multiple times that I needed to be sure because of my allergies and for some reason she had a lot of attitude towards me and was handing me things very rudely after this I will never be coming back. Joslin needs to be fired she was extremely unprofessional and rude and this is not how customers should be treated especially after having to pay the ridiculously high prices of round table. Customers should be treated with respect and kindness and should not be treated harshly especially when it involves having such a serious allergy!! I waited almost an hour for just breadsticks before I even got my pizza and they were hard and felt like they had been sitting for awhile. I'm truly disappointed round table. Do better! read more

Chuck E. Cheese with beer! If you like small kids running around, bumping into your chairs and table as they sprint by, screaming as they go, then this place is for you! Trying to market this place as a "pub" is misleading. You can put all the wood finishes on it you want to, dim the lighting and try to make it look like a place for grown ups to hang out, but it's still a giant playground for kids (and their oblivious parents). Pizza was the same quality, salad bar was pretty much the same as before (except for the hair that we found in the lettuce this time--yum!) If you have small kids and want to go somewhere where you can drink and let your kids go hog wild, then by all means, check it out. We'll go to one of the other locations from now on. read more

This place checks all the boxes. Great pizza. A pretty good beer selection. Excellent boneless wings. And probably most important, an easy to occupy the kids for about $20 in tokens an hour. My only suggestion would be to get rid of some of the older games (maybe to a museum or something), and get something more up to date. As we all know that round table is a chain. This one is a bit different, with it's lay out and it still has arcade games! The food was extremely hot, right out of the oven. Salad bar was nice and stocked. We were in and out within 30 minutes, which I like. The staff is super nice and the food was very fresh.... we will be coming back here. Went to Round table PIZZA for lunch buffet. Walked in the door and turned around to go back out and look for a sign. If I wanted a waiter and a $50 pizza I would not have gone to this place. Never again. and the buffet was constantly empty during lunch and the place was not even crowded. I cant believe it. What a waste of money. and the food didnt taste as good as it used to. This is not your average pizza place. They have your typical round table pizza menu but they also have great burgers and a full bar. In fact it is a pretty good sports bar. I love the newly remodeled look of the place, but the salad bar kind of grossed me out. Lot of the salad toppings were frozen in their buckets. The cucumbers were translucent from having frozen, the lettuce was also wilted from being frozen and it was creepy. The sliced hard boiled eggs were frozen solid in there too. Gross. Hadn't been in since the remodel. Very nice. We came during lunch and noticed they had a buffet set up. We didn't do that (wished we would have) as we had a coupon for a large pizza. Your greeted right away when you walk in by the employees at the hostess station. So, it is a "server" assisted type restaurant: unless you order your pizza "to go". Our server directed us to a booth they offered us when we had approached the hostess station. When we were being seated she told us about the new menu which includes burgers now?! This places update look- really reminds me of an Applebee's - the way it's set up, the bar, the booths and the "sports bar" approach to the menu which also has appetizers such as wings! Our meal consisted of / 1 Large- 1 topping pizza ( 12 slices) , two fountain drinks and 1 trip to the salad bar (that we all 3 shared). Even with our $2 off coupon it was still $31 bucks! Very expensive for 3 diners at lunch! We did figured out after the fact-it would have been just a little cheaper at $8.95 to do the buffet ; BUT that price DOESN'T include a drink! Service was average & so was the pizza. Salad bar was fresh and appealing & for $5 for a "1 trip" price, that wasn't a bad deal! Don't think we will be back as there are other pizza places in town that are offering better prices on pizza! read more

Very happy. We had a table reserved for 11 people and they immediately got us sat down and at the correct time. Jenna was a rockstar the whole 2 hours we were there and made sure we got our drinks out right away and was great with the refills all while she other tables. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, especially to the AWESOME manager, Jarrod and the bartender Ryan. They were having a busy night as it was their 60 year anniversary and they went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were more taken care of. Even as busy as it was, the staff was calm, cool and collected and you could tell all the employees love being there! If I could give zero stars I would. Went for a quick bite with my daughter today and first of all, they ran out of straws for any drinks (how in the world) , next I wanted to order a salad that was on the menu, and the waiter told me they no longer make any salads except a wedge salad, it's all just the salad bar now. So that was frustrating, but either way salad bar is usually just as good. So I got my salad and waited for my daughter's burger (which came out pretty quickly) but then I went and gave her a little ketchup for her fries, and the ketchup had grown mold inside the bottle and was completely rancid. I tried a fry with ketchup and my mouth went numb. Absolutely unacceptable. They did comp the meal, and give us coupons for next time we go in, but we won't be coming back unless some real changes are made. Delivery wrong 90% of the time. Over it, never again. This time it was not giving me the receipt until I went to his car to get it, finding they didn't apply the coupon, and not making it right on the spot. It's literally SOMETHING nearly EVERY time. We decided to order pizza tonight and we put an order in online. I put the order in around 3:00pm and had a delivery time set for 5:30pm. We ordered a large pan crust and a large regular crust pizza and 5:30 comes and the delivery guys shows up, but he only has the large pan crust pizza that we ordered and not the regular crust pizza. He was really nice and apologized about the screw up and said he would go right back and get it for us. We go ahead and start to eat the pan crust, but we can't because it was so doughy and not fully cooked. We had to cook it longer in our own oven and it still wasn't cooked all the way, but it was better than is was when we got it. Anyway, the delivery guy showed back up with our second pizza in a good amount of time and I told him about the pan pizza being doughy and not cooked fully, he apologized and was nice about it and said that he would let them now. I didn't have any of the regular crust pizza, but my wife said the that crust on that pizza was a little doughy too. My wife and I were a little surprised that the delivery guy didn't come back with a gift card for a free pizza, wings, breadsticks or something for the screwup of only having one of our pizzas at the time of delivery. It's just frustrating to spend $60 on pizza, only have half the order show up when it was suppose to and then have to cook it longer after receiving it!! read more

Good food, good service. Remodeled store is what all the other stores should look like. Center bar is nice. Cisco's....... Pleeeeeszzzzz help your other stores. So frustrating! I went into the restaurant tonight to order some food to go. I ordered a pizza which was fine, expensive but fine, some breadstick twists with ranch, and a wedge salad with ranch dressing. The kid that took my order was new, not complaining about that cause he has to learn sometime. He asked me what dipping sauce I wanted for the bread sticks and I said ranch dressing. I also specified that I wanted ranch dressing on my wedge salad and not blue cheese dressing. The kid read my order back to me and everything was correct. So I get my food home and there is no ranch dressing for the breadsticks and my wedge salad is swimming in blue cheese dressing. So frustrating that I get all the way home and my salad is ruined. I guess next time I will need to check my order and taste my food before I leave. read more

I will never order from this round table again. I ordered online at 3pm and the earliest delivery time was 4pm. Ok fine. I can deal with that. But 4pm came and went.. no pizza.. 4:15 came and went.. no pizza. Called at 4:15 and was told it would be 5 more minutes. Ok fine. 4:20.. no pizza.. 4:30.. still no pizza.. starting to get really mad and hungry. So I called back and talked to the manager. Apparently "the driver doesn't start til 4" her response when I asked why 4 is offered as a delivery time if there's no driver til 4," I don't have an answer for that but he should be there any minute." So I asked if there was an deal they could give me since it was now over 30 minutes LATE.. "I can add a coupon for $5 off" that's it?? I ordered an hour and a half ago and that's it? Terrible Terrible! This is a step down since the remodel. It is now a Chuck-E-Cheese without the mouse. The service is SLOW, wait staff horrible, atmosphere is loud and chaotic. You've got screaming kids on one end and screaming drunks on the other. Being seated and ordering from a waiter is ridiculous and slows the process. We had to inform our waiter we had to leave as it took nearly an hour to get one flatbread! We used to love this location and now will only go to the Mangrove one. After a long wait, pizza was still great, but the service was HORRIBLE. 3x our "Server" failed to bring us basic items like Plates, cups and our "CHECK". WAY OVER PRICED! We ordered two XL speciality pizzas with no additional toppings and two 2 liter bottles of soda. That's all and our total was $99.00 and change. Not including the tip I gave. We used to go to this Round Table a few times a week. We haven't been back in about 6 months however. Why you ask? Because they got rid of $5 pitchers of Sierra Nevada. I know it's probably not their fault, it's a big chain and they just do what The Man tells them. I'm protesting though damn it. And it's not like all we would go there for was the beer. Well, we kind of did. It was always our plan anyway. But after the first pitcher... we'd decide we were hungry, and order a bunch of food along with the second pitcher. Now, anytime we think of going to round table, instead I call and ask if the $5 Pitchers are back. When they say no, I politely tell them I'll be back when the $5 pitchers are back.
