I decided to review my purchase from yesterday because, well, I don't feel like I got my moneys worth this time. I requested the veggie pizza (Gwens Garden Delight) but the guy apparently rang up the more expensive Gourmet version. It was good, but I was expecting red sauce with my fave veggie mix and instead got a white garlic sauce. I also ordered pepperoni on my pie and received a light sprinkling of pep slices. RT, if you're charging the customer extra for add ons, give the customer what they're paying for. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant. I placed my order, waited far longer than the estimated delivery time, and the food never arrived. There was little to no communication or effort to keep me updated, leaving me wondering what had happened to my order. It's unacceptable to charge customers and fail to deliver the food they paid for. Reliable service is just as important as good food, and this restaurant failed on the most basic level. We had our dojo Holiday Party in their private party room. I reserved the room a month prior. I suggest doing this because they get booked up pretty quick especially during the holidays. Everything was ready when we arrived. I also received reminder emails the day prior. The pizzas were ready within thirty minutes. The price is great for big groups. The pizzas were delicious. I hadn't heard of a Round Table Pizza Clubhouse before until my friend and I were looking into a potential place for our board game gathering, and somebody suggested this place. The Round Table Pizza Clubhouse in Concord offered multiple banquet rooms, but we just stayed in the general area where they provided lots of large tables, so this place was really perfect for meetings with friends to play board games. On a Sunday the place wasn't too overly busy too, but there seemed to be a pretty good and steady stream of incoming guests. The restaurant was clean, it looked nice and tidy, and if you got a soda drink you could refill your cup over and over again (perfect for while you're playing your board game). But, let's now get to the food review: Montague's All Meat Marvel -- it's Round Table's version of all-meat pizza, with Italian sausage, pepperoni, salami, linguica on zesty red sauce. I got the personal size, and it was perfect for one person. And the pizza was cooked to order, so my pizza came super fresh and hot. It was delicious, and each of my bite came with a perfect long cheese pull. I would get this again next time. Price was $12.99 as of September 2024. Staff was super nice and friendly. I'm so disappointed and done with this Round Table, they charge an arm and a leg for their pizza, plus a delivery fee and then we have to tip on top of it, but they're never on time!! Every-time I order It's always 30-60 mins after there promise time and will show up cold and I only live about 10 mins from them. I understand on a Fri or Sat, but it's Wed night and it's currently 40 mins past delivery time and I still have no pizza. Called the restaurant and was told it just left and they have multiple delivers so who knows how much longer it will be. Needless to say if you're hungry don't order delivery from this Round Table. I don't blame it on the staff completely, but it's common courtesy to let their customers know that they cannot meet the delivered promise time so that we can make other arrangements. We had my son's 18th Birthday party here on a Sunday, it's was the best. We rented out the entire restaurant for 70 people and did not have any issue. Ali and his staff were very professional and helpful. It was an all you can eat buffet spread and the food was ready on time and just kept coming out u til every one was full. Whelp, here's the update. I placed an order at 9:31pm, was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes, and according to my receipt I picked it up at 9:55, just 24 minutes later. Unfortunately, my pizza was warm, but it was not hot as it should have been since I drove in to pick it up. Actually made me wonder if they'd made it fresh or gave me a pizza someone did not pick up, since I ordered the standard special. Then when I arrived home, it was barely warm. When I called to speak with management I spoke to both Ali and Daniel. I was told by Daniel that my complaint wasn't valid because they serve over 200 pizzas a day and I always have a complaint. After explaining I'd rather not make a phone call on a Saturday to complain and that I can afford to buy many pizzas the issue was, pizza not cooked properly. Yup, we are probably going to have this location replace us going to the one near our house. Once you go to the Clubhouse, there's no turning back! The service is excellent and attentive. Environment is always so clean, organized and as of late, quiet. Every single piece of food is made with care and quality, not like a normal run of the mill Round Table. One of my favorite things in the world is the Garlic Parmesean twists from Round Table, and this location has given me a new appreciation for them! They were so fluffy, soft and absolutely filled with flavor. They do cost $1 more here, but after experiencing this, it's worth it in a heart beat. The pizza was also made to perfection. If you just want to scarf down some pizza, go to Round Table. So far, it's the same as any RT. But wait - there's more! This Clubhouse has a yuge common area. Two separate party rooms. Easy access to the beer taps. The girl saw these elevated tables with black countertops and wanted to sit there, mainly because of the flames coming up from the middle (see pic), nice touch! Round Tables are usually good for groups, but this Clubhouse takes "fitting for groups" to a far higher level, and in this review's case, one additional star. I confess: I'm a Round Table pizza girl for LIIIFE! Round Table 'til the day I die!!! Out of all the big pizza chains, Round Table is the only one that I truly enjoy. In my opinion, they've always remained consistent. They consistently make the most deliciously cheesy pizza and they consistently provide excellent customer service. And, this location in particular is no exception to the rule. I absolutely adore the new additions that they've made since last year! This location is now a Round Table Clubhouse. It's one of the only locations to have a self service beer and wine station that charges by the ounce. They'll hold your credit card to charge the full amount at the counter when you leave (or you can pay cash at the end), and they give you a magnetic bracelet that will activate the beer and wine. It's a great way to sample tons of beers without having to wait for a beertender to assist you. They have over 20 different rotating beer taps as well! Pretty nice for a Round Table Pizza. In addition to the beer and wine station, they also have a kid's game room, two rooms that you can reserve for private parties, and a beautiful indoor fire pit! There are lots of TV's scattered throughout the building, so there's no fear of not being able to see your favorite game. What I also love about this Round Table is that they serve way more than just your average pizza, salad, breadsticks, and wings. They now also offer burgers, sandwiches, pasta, and desserts too! Lovin' those extra options! I've also partaken in their Monday happy hour specials which include half of beer and wine specials! Yipee! I've read about some of the bad customer service experiences that some people have had in the past, but luckily I haven't experience this at all. The staff members have always been more than friendly here during almost every encounter that I've had. That's one of the main reasons that I prefer this location over the two other locations that are located about the same distance away from me. I'm a rewards member with Round Table, so they always send me great deals and discounts on a weekly basis. And of course, who can ever deny their incredible PIZZA??? It's so flippin' scrumptious!
