I recently tried the new Parmesan Stuffed Crust Pizza from Domino's with pepperoni and Italian sausage. The stuffed crust was definitely the highlight--it had a flavor that reminded me of cheesy garlic bread, but with a delicious twist: it was filled with stretchy mozzarella cheese. For the first time, I actually enjoyed the crust more than the rest of the pizza, which is usually the opposite for me. Overall, it was yummy. That said, the price--around $30 for a medium--was a bit more than I'd normally spend on a pizza that size. But, with a 50% off deal, the price seemed more reasonable. read more

Super disappointed with my order today, I am usually very pleased with the food but not today. I ordered at about 4:25pm 4 pizza's, a 16 piece knots and a brownie to be delivered over an hour later the food was delivered, according to the tracker it took 30+ minutes to get to the house. Although the food felt hot because of the warmer bag it was actually cold and not great tasting. Nothing on the app worked to report an issue and of course the app has no number to call the store. So if you were hoping to receive a pizza that has any resemblance to the product that they advertise on TV then you will be richly disappointed....Sure, you have only moderate quality expectations, and are only expecting an adequate pizza, given Dominoe's low prices, but what you will encounter are the following: the lowest grade of flavorless and minimally applied ingredients including paper-thin pepperoni, specks of "Italian sausage" (at least That is what They call it), tiny mushroom crumbles, the lowest amount of some sad-tasting tomatoey sauce stuff, and a smattering of low grade cheese, all applied (Ebenezer Scrooge-style) to a grim and sorry crust that most-closely approximates a warm piece of cardboard....No sir...I don't like it...it's a poor value at Any price. read more

I ordered a pizza and cinnamon dessert thru my doordash app, abd not sure why, but dominos driver took the delivery to I dont know whom, but someone in my neighborhood just got free food. Doirdash says u have to contact domino's, I do, they tell me I have to go directly thru doordash. Lively, now dor dash says ok, we will send a credit back to the card charged, it will take 3 to 10 business days. Amazing charging my card only takes like 2 nano seconds, but crediting back takes 3 to 10 days, business days, which means no weekends. Guess lesson learned. read more

I've ordered from this location a handful of times and overall, I think it is okay. I have to admit though with each visit, I get slightly more disappointed with the food. I usually like to get my pizza from Costco, but I recently found a Domino's gift card and decided to put it to good use. I ordered their Honolulu Hawaiian (sliced ham, smoked bacon, pineapple, roasted red peppers, provolone & cheese) and Deluxe (pepperoni, Italian sausage, fresh green peppers, fresh mushrooms, fresh onions & cheese). The pizzas looked appetizing upon delivery, but taste wise was okay. It just seemed like the quality wasn't there; sauces and toppings lacked in quantity, it wasn't cut properly, and some parts were overcooked. Overall, not the best pizza I've had. Unfortunately, I most likely won't be returning, just a bigger fan of Costco pizza. read more

Dominos pizza has gotten much better over the years. They still have a few coupons/ deals that make ordering here lighter on the wallet than most of the other pizza spots around. Use the app. They have a points/rewards system that will net you a free medium 2 topping pizza every 60 points: I walked out with my first free pizza and a free smile just last night. Today I have a medium Cheese pizza. Half of the pizza does it have cheese. I ordered Pasta Primavera Bread Bowl. It had barely any Alfredo sauce. It was dry noodles and bread. I tried to order online last night but the website said this location doesn't deliver to my apartment complex, which was weird because I have seen multiple Domino's delivery drivers in my complex. So I called the store, the employee picked up on the third ring, and asked him if my address was in their delivery area. I was told that my address was indeed in their delivery area, so I placed my order over the phone. (2) Medium Hand-tossed, extra sauce, pineapple and ham pizzas (1) Chocolate Lava Cakes (1) 2 Liter Sprite The employee who took my order was very polite and took my order in a timely manner. I asked for the 2 Medium 2 Topping Pizzas for $5.99 each deal and he told me that was only an online deal and it would be $6.99 over the phone. So since their online system was being wonky and not recognizing my address in their delivery area, I had to pay a little more. So that was a tad annoying. The guy who took my order said my order would be delivered in 40 minutes. 35 minutes later my pizzas were delivered. The driver asked to see the credit card I used and had me sign the receipt. I tipped him (always tip your delivery drivers people!!) and he wished me a goodnight and left. My order was perfect, nothing forgotten, no mistakes. The pizzas looked great and were still so hot that I had to blow on it before taking a bite. Always a good choice for some late night food for the friends and I. They seriously upgraded their dough since a few years ago, and they added a lot of new coupons. There is almost always a coupon for 2 items at 7.99 or 5.99. They also have a lot of new dessert options which make me happy. Besides the cheap prices and new items to order, the app is super helpful for placing an order and getting points towards your next pizza. The only downside to getting a free pizza from them is it's still not 100% free, even if you decide to go down and pick it up. You still have to pay the tax on it, but it's only like two bucks for a two topping medium pizza. Aside from that, the points you get seem to be 10 no matter how much you place an order for which feels like more of an incentive to just make separate orders over a longer period of time. But I digress. This particular location is very speedy on delivery as well as cooking your items and their drivers have always been super nice and friendly. THE BAD EMPLOYEES MAKE DOMINOS OVERRATED! The delivery drivers are incompetent and the employees don't know how to handle or defuse situations. Poor customer service for me to be paying 40 bucks for 1 pizza. I admit I was frustrated on the phone but Rachel wasn't being helpful. She was very defensive and didn't try to understand where I was coming from. She also lied and told me the driver had waited outside and tried to call. That was false because I have no calls or messages in my logs. I had asked to have my order remade and was met with attitude. I asked them to at least show some urgency seeing as they messed up my delivery but she persisted to tell me my food is gonna take an hour over and over in an irritated tone. Despite the bad reviews and experience I can say I always had a good one at Dominos. Every time I called to place an order or even order online I never had a problem! My pizza is always delivered at the time they tell me or it even arrives a little early. Sometimes I do carryout and I never had to wait! Even ordering online is so easy and it allows you to track your pizza from step by step. I love the Honolulu Hawaiian Pizza which is sliced ham, bacon, pineapple and roasted red peppers with provolone cheese on a parmesan asiago crust. SUPER DELICIOUS! The pizza arrived cold with the box smashed in and with pizza stuck to the top and bottom of the box --I will post a photo to go along with the review. I called the following day to speak to a manager about the incident. I was put in touch with an assistant manager who was unable to help. They had someone call back later that day. The management apologized for the misfortune and comped a pizza for my next order. A week later, I ordered another pizza using my comp. Everything seemed to go wrong yet again. The driver forgot my drink and the order had not been comped as promised. The driver requested I call the manager, so I did. The manager I spoke with was rude and unapologetic. However the pizza itself is the most salty, garlicky, and disgusting pizza I have ever tasted. I did not order garlic or the bucket of salt that they threw on it. I have had their 3 topping pick up special, a 14 inch brooklyn style with extra sauce, double pepperoni and sausage for $7.99. Everytime it has been cooked perfectly. They cut it into 6 slices. Background: My father is 70 years old, this is during COVID-19 shelter in place. 05/31/2020 At 6:45pm we used the online app to order a Large personalized pizza. Order went through, pizza was paid for, eady. I showed my parents the Domino's Tracker (because I thought it was cool). As my dad was watching the tracker he asks me, "Is it normal for your order to sit on the "Double Checking Order" phase for 30 minutes?" I said, "No". So we called at 7:30pm. The employee who answered the phone proceeds to tell me, they were closing up for the night (at 7:45pm) because they had no delivery drivers. Our pizza was supposed to be delivered no later than 7:30pm. The employee continues to explain, a fellow employee should have called us to provide the option to pick up our pizza or cancel the order. Now, mind you, we have been waiting for this pizza to for 45 minutes, no one ever called us, and we had to call them to find out WTH was going on. What if they closed, we didn't pick it up, and no one called us. We would still be waiting for our freaking pizza, lol. Needless to say we went an picked up the pizza, they refunded the deliver fee, and upon request the tip we paid for the delivery. We got home with our mildly warm pizza, open the box an realize they forgot the Italian Sausage on our pizza!!!! That 30 minute double check worked real well (heavy sarcasm)! Lol Now I would have said all of this to Domino's in a customer survey, but when we tried to give them a bad review, the system would not allow it an then it crashed. Honestly, I order a lot of late night pizzas and I feel that is the true test of a good pizza shop. This place technically wasn't in my range per their corporate website, but since there isn't one closer they were able to override that. I can order a pizza at 12:45am, and if they close at 1am, they will still answer the phone and deliver my pizza with no qualms. Also I have two kids so when I ask them to call instead of knock, they oblige. I have ordered from Papa John's on Clayton and they will deliver my pizza the next day or just cancel my order.
