This is absolutely the best Round Table in town. We arrived 20 minutes before the lunch buffet was over, and there's plenty of pizzas to choose from. I love the salad bar the best, and they're always so nice. My granddaughter's buffet was only $9.99 which is great because she only had two slices of pizza after her salad. I took advantage of the senior rate ($11.24), of which I forgot to ask for, but I guess it's obvious. Our server, Mikayla, who i believe is also the manager is the best. Ordered delivery of the Father's Day Special tonight for my son and grandkids. I noticed the delivery said it was being done through doordash which was unusual for the 10+ years I've been ordering from here. Anyways, when the food was over 20 minutes late, I opened the door to see if they were out front and our pizza was sitting on my doorstep COLD!!!! They have consistently and reliably always provided good service and good pies. Never underdone, or burnt like I have gotten from other locations. Came to Round Table Pizza with a large group (about 25 of us) after a volunteer event and opted for the buffet. It was a great spot for a group gathering. I usually love the salad bar, but this time the lettuce didn't seem very fresh maybe it had been sitting in the bag a bit too long. The pizza, on the other hand, was really good, and they did a great job keeping plenty available for everyone in our group. We order from here often but today I came in to pick up. The line was to the door and curved into the seating area. There were at least 6 people working in the kitchen and only one person at the counter. The manager was in and out but never once opened a second register to help out. I understand that the internet was out and things were a mess but once the internet was fixed he could have come out to help those of us who were there to pick up. However this place definitely supports evil as the ones at the cash register are either told to be rude to certain people or they hire these people intentionally. Props to the cook and the homie trying to stand up for the justice of the community of which he represents. All pizza places use coupons as a means of advertising. It is a common thing. That being said... some cashier hating on you or someone messing up your food for using a coupon is suspicious. Weird but true. To be fair, the X-Large specialty ten bucks off or ten bucks off 30 bucks spent was amazingly good. Gets you in the door to try out their food though right? Advertisement working as intended? Fast forward multiple trips later and hit and miss service with no real service at the register if I recall correctly from any visit here. Which is ok since they seemed to come from the back and were annoyed they had to stop what they were doing to do register. Except when the person sweeping or is specifically made to do register as if trusted to not do anything else is helping you... you kinda expect more. To further clarify, I had asked why one of their popular coupons would not work as a ten buck off for 50 dollars online order. Not too bad since the 7 dollar discount worked. I got curious and asked as I got to the register, as the text shows as an option to show coupons or any other pizza places uses and readily accepts as a verification for coupon. Except when I did this I got the extra I did not need. Like being called a cheap customer when he thought I couldn't hear him. Also Laying blame with a false narrative. The dude pissed off at the register, was trying to accuse me of staking coupons. If the person listened to me correctly, he would have heard that the coupon didn't it work and I was not trying to stack. Which I intentionally said to prevent him from saying this. Bro wouldn't give up and kept at it like I was trying to cheat and went side ways when I was trying to explain the coupon didn't work for me. The dude did not bother in any way to explain or try to make the coupon work or explain other than I was cheap and or cheating the system? Wow dude. I get annoyed and I ask if someone else can help me and apologized to him, saying that it may be a misunderstanding between me and him to start over. The dude did it so much I start with the new person the same way, not trying to stack but just wanted an explanation of why the coupon dint work. The lady laughed as she was trying to save face of the previous employee, but failed and answered me correctly. Which was sometimes the places don't take the online coupons, however she did it back down from taking coupons from phone or acknowledge the messaging or word from the text message to show the employee the coupon. This could have ended there but the dude was trying to hard to get the busy people in the back try spit or put something fowl in my food. Only to be overheard by some guy yell at him and put him in his place and told him to stop walking back and forth like he was going to do something, acting like he was the owner, stop complaining if it was a coupon he would use, and not to go outside the kitchen and star a problem. This bad behavior has happened so long over the years and it's noticeable that certain people don't get hired. Evil? Maybe. I hope that guy in the back gets promoted or a raise for standing up to evil and leading by example. Note. This is not the first time I experienced this as a lady and person in the back definitely called me a racial slur while smiling like I did not hear them say it. I noticed the manager notice these specific occasions and unmentioned ones. If you do not decide to fire or lead by example that this is not ok. You are also part of the problem and evil itself. I ordered pizzas from pizza hut for my stundents' end of the year party and when they arrived, it was awful, slices were so small and cut wonky...it was genuinely the worst pizza I've ever seen in my life. If you're a pizza connoisseur as I think I am, then this is one of a very few chains who's pizzas will actually meet the expectations of your tastebuds! There are a variety of pies to choose from, with Smokehouse being my absolute favorite throughout the years of eating at various Round Tables. This location is perfectly situated right in the middle of a residential neighborhood and just adjacent to Starbucks. The place looks like it's well kept and clean, and has televisions like most other Round Table Pizza joints. I like it here in the corner of the strip mall as this entire area is pretty quiet most of the time. I'm sure that during the school year, this place probably gets pretty packed, especially right after school. They offer a lunch buffet, as do most all the rest of their chain locations. It's a pretty good deal for all you can eat! The wait isn't long relative to their other locations either. The customer service here is good to go. Parking is plentiful.
