Saw that Mountain Mike's had a deal on their pizzas so decided to give them a try! I honestly don't remember if I ever tried Mountain Mike's before. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a few vegetarian options on their menu! We ended up ordering a large Mt. Veggiemore since it sounded like a classic veggie pizza. We placed our order online and picked up in store. The pizza was still hot when we arrived home. Ingredients tasted fresh and pizza was perfectly baked placed with a generous amount of toppings. We really enjoyed their crust but felt that the pizza lacked flavor. It could use some more salt or seasoning. Overall, it was good. I ordered online and they messed up my order the first time, they redeliver it again incorrectly, i called to ask them why they dont have the ingredients on the pizza and they insisted i need to add them that, thats not how the pizza is made. I didnt know what else to do, i just suggested they update their menus. Completely unprofessional way that they argued with me about the toppings. Eh... I hate to give a low rating when I usually get amazing service and my orders with no issues, but tonight was not good. I did a mobile order, as always, and ordered a medium BBQ at the Ranch and added mushrooms. Since I've literally never had issues with my order, I did not check my pizza until I got home. It ended up being a "What I ordered vs what I got" situation (photos attached). The first obvious missing topping is the green onion... and then there was no BBQ or ranch drizzle! I've never had issues with my orders at this location when the women are working. Tonight there was a man, whom I've never seen there before. Hoping there has not been a change in employees. 3stars since this was my first bad experience... but tonight was really a 0-1 star experience. read more

It was a Saturday, around 2pm when my son and I popped in for a late lunch. If you're an introvert, this is the time/place to go, cause the place was absolutely empty. We were the only ones there and it was soooo quiet. No music, no tv volume, just silence. I played some music on my phone to break the silence. But if you prefer a quiet place, hey, go enjoy it. The pizza is a little pricey, but worth it! We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it came out perfect. The crust is nice and crispy, the pepperonis are plentiful and crisp around the edges, and the pizza had a perfect amount of sauce and cheese. The staff was friendly and a delivery driver even held the door for us on the way out. I am hosting a group of folks at an out of town hotel in Elk Grove, Ca. Take out pizza is our food de jour the first night. That way folks can hang out, socialize and stay at the gaming table (we are a bunch of wargamers). Came up early Friday to scout out local pizza restaraunts to sample thier fare and inquire about delivery times. I didn't have to go no further than the Mountain Man Mikes on Bruceville Road. The small pepperoni and mushroom pizza was hot, fresh and tasted great. Delivery time would be 45 minutes after I placed my order. The next day (Sat) everything went as expected from placing the order to delivery. The group thoroughly enjoyed the pizza (2x lg Everest (combo), 1x lg. Mt. Veggiemore, 1x lg pepperoni & mushroom). If I order from a pizza chain my go to Mountain Mike's Pizza because their pizzas are loaded with toppings and the crust isn't too crunchy but with a chewy goodness! I placed an order online for small pizzas - upon reading the description it said 10 slices. With this said I ordered 2 smalls for a family party. When I went in to pick them up these were the smallest smalls I have ever seen!!! They were more "personal" sized pizzas with small thin slices, made more for one person sized pizzas not pizzas that can be shared. Apparently the worker said that they were running a special where large pizzas were 20% off, welllllll I wish I would have known that when I was placing my order online. No where Online was that noted! The nice thing was that the worker was willing to make new pizzas but I was already late for my family party. At the end of the day, do not use the online ordering system because you might miss out on a huge promotion like 20% large pizzas. The pizza served here is still delicious but it's expensive. Out the door 2 small "personal" sized pizzas cost $30+ ...pricey! read more

The lady that work there she says it only apply for 1 topping pizza . No where on that coupon says Apply on 1 topping pizza .
