It had been years since I have eaten here. My husband and I didn't feel like our usual pizza spots, so we stopped here for dinner last night. We called ahead for dine in. Upon arrival, was a new owners sign. We met the new owner and he told us if we go online we can find deals for next time. My husband and I had an extra large pizza with ham, olives, and red onion. We ordered extra sauce and extra cook time. It was delicious with plenty for lunch the next day. The staff was friendly and the food was fantastic. I really love the sauce. It has a nice little kick to it. It was quiet when we ate, but this is a huge pizza parlor with lots of tables and games for kids. We topped our meal off with a half carafe of white zin for me, and a huckleberry seltzer on draft for my husband. We will definitely be back. read more

I stopped here with a friend for a hour just to play the claw machines. The beer pitchers are about $22 and you can pick your own beer! We opted for Pacifico and it was great! The claw games are fun, but they are $2 per play and you must have cash! Also, beware of the small claw machine. That one powered off and completely reset while we were playing... Note; Under new ownership. They blacked out all prices the restaurant menu, and will not accept any specials advertised online, with no explanation. Lady at the front counter was not very customer service oriented. I ended up cancelling my order of 1 lg pizza and 6 wings when I was told it was $54! I had just ordered, getting ready to pay when I saw the amount. I asked her why were the prices in store so high compared to the online prices; she responded that they do not accept any online pricing in store and will not accept any online orders using the specials. If you are in the mood for overpriced pizza, this is your place to go! Food: 3/5 We ordered a Montague's all meat marvel small. The pizza itself was not too bad. The crust was crispy and the cheese and meats had a nice balance of flavor. Price: 2/5 We ordered a small pizza and it came out to $26.75. We felt it was super expensive for the amount of pizza we got. Like for that price we could have ordered two large pizzas. See the photo for size comparison. I had probably the most bewildering, frustrating experience ever at this Round Table. The front cashier person who interacts with everyone was HIGH, slurring words, and just overall not making sense (full story below). My mom ordered online and I went to pick it up, and when I walked in I said the name of the order and confirmed everything was correct. I then sat down to wait and that is when everything went downhill. I walked in at 5:30, and the pizzas were meant to be done at 5:20. I was waiting for about 5 minutes when a different girl than who was at the front walked out of the kitchen and asked me what topping was on my pizza. Our order had 3 pizzas and when I said that, I got a surprised look and that was the first red flag. The girl who was at the front cashier went to the bathroom for about 10 minutes, which is fine (but I now realize she was likely becoming intoxicated in there) but when she came back out, everything was different. While I was waiting and the front cashier girl was in the bathroom, a separate woman walked in to pick up her pizza. When the girl came out of the restroom, she seemed off and kept asking this woman to repeat the name of the order and the order number. This customer repeated herself at least 5 times and when she went to look in the kitchen for anyone else to help, the cashier girl started to get defensive and almost pressed her. Eventually I went to ask about my order, and the girl could barely keep her eyes open and kept slurring or repeating the same questions. Luckily I had the invoice of the order and kept repeating and showing what the order was, but it was just a baffling experience. When I asked for a refund she told me it would "take 2-3 days to go through" and then I asked "can I get a refund now?". She replied, "yeah it will be about 15-20 minutes." I then asked "can we start the refund now?". Her response with eyes barely open, "yeah but it will take 3 to 2 days before you can put food in your mouth." WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?! Overall, an awful experience. I did get my food eventually as one of the cooks in the kitchen helped me and told me my order was ready (it was likely ready the whole time). Round Table needs to have better service for the prices they charge. Just a ridiculous experience. read more

I started to give this a 3*, but then the lady running the place was really sweet when I picked up my order. She went thru everything and wanted to make sure I had all the napkins, plates, chili flakes, and ranch that I wanted. She also wanted to point out that everything was hot and fresh, which it was! What really put me of was the smell of urine/toilets when I entered; it was overwhelming! They had the doors open, and I am assuming that this was a one-time thing. But I feel sorry for anyone eating there. The tables were clean, even though I had a to-go order and had a wait couple of minutes. Much longer, and I may have gotten an ice cold one from the taps they have. There are a couple of arcade games, but face it... we go to Round Table for the pizza. I had a meat lovers and a hawaiian (love or hate pineapple on a pizza - we love it) and tried a mixed order of habanero & buffalo wings. My wife, who is not a take-out wings lover, actually liked these and ate more than her share. Their wings def beat out Domino's delivery wings, which are really skin/fatty. I had been to this restaurant three times for the same pizza, KING ARTHUR'S SUPREME, which is one of the best-tasting pizzas in town. The staff were always friendly when picking up my order. Round table pizza is always good and this place is consistent in terms of the food, however they can't seem to get their orders right EVER! We have learned that when ordering on the Round Table app that whatever time it says is completely wrong. We usually order on the app (so we can use our points) and then have to call in just to see when the food will actually be ready. Even then, the pizza is never ready when they say. On a good visit we wait 15 minutes, other times I've waited up to an hour. The manager (maybe she's the owner) is always nice and apologetic when this happens but it's just old at this point. How hard can it be to get this down? I would go to another Round Table if there was one closer but there isn't so we often go to other places just because we don't wanna deal with the hassle. I can't tell you how many times my kids have been melting down in the car because they were hungry and the pizza wasn't ready when they said it would be. At this point we might just stop coming here. The food is delicious. If you haven't tried round table you need to because they use quality ingredients and make their own dough and sauce daily, which is why it's more expensive than other pizza names. Nadia took my order and she was very kind and hospitable. My favs are the King Arthur, Italian Garlic Supreme and Chicken Garlic gourmet. Been back twice for lunch since I've been temporarily working in Fullerton. I've worked at Pizza Hut, Dominoes and Round Table when I was in high school, so I know some of internal differences between these businesses. Pizza Hut and Dominoes both have frozen dough that's shipped in and not made on-site. Round table makes the dough fresh and red pizza sauce fresh. There's a big difference in the quality of toppings as well. Round Table is more expensive than Pizza Hut and Dominoes but it's in a different league when it comes to quality and taste. read more

The service is so but so slow. They give priority to pick up orders and even for them it's so slow. For sit down order you will way hours until all other orders after you that are for grubhub get done. The pizza not that great either, they do not well done cook the crust so it is too soft and hard to hold for pick up with one hand and eat. They seem to rush the cooking of the crust. I ordered the pizza thru instacart and they use Uber eats. Well when the pizza arrived it was slightly cold but the worst part was they forgot the sausage on the pizza. So my sausage and pepperoni only had pepperoni. I called instacart that has the option to call the delivery people and mentioned my problem. They emailed back and said nothing could be done. We had a football gathering in which our team called before hand. We had several kids and parents show up. We all ordered and almost no one received their order after an hour. The person in charge showed no remorse for the long wait. This is completely unacceptable and for this reason I will never be going back to this location. This in not a restaurant to get a low quality pizza. They put out a great quality pizza and I've enjoyed going here for years.. Its has TV's and a few games for the kids. The restaurant has 3 areas with lots of seating. The pepperoni is one of my favorites. This pizza restaurant has it all. You can hang out with friends and family and enjoy a beer of order ahead and take a pizza home with you. They offer delivery too. This location is where I hung out from 1997-2012. So sad to see where stands. The interior has not changed one bit since I started coming here. Took my kids soccer team to this location 14 kids 3 adults. Spent $180 in pizza then they charge $5 a soda, no pitchers. So it was $85 just for sodas. Plus $1 per ranch on top of that. No discount. The location in cypress and chino are way better priced. The unfortunate thing I had my second team I coached right after the first party. Will not come back. The item that cost the least to supply soda is almost as half of the pizza. So sad. Even tonight 1 personal pizza $15. Fountain Soda still $5. OK I do not like leaving negative reviews but it seems that's what I want people to be aware of where they are eating. If you want to rob a bank before you go to eat here it might help. We ordered a medium pizza which in most places would be a small and it was $29 The pizza was overcooked and very little flavor. We were the only two people in the whole restaurant and it's 12 o'clock so it's lunchtime. Granted it's Easter Sunday. There were two servers in the whole establishment and they barely acknowledged us. After eating, we tried to use the bathroom when was filthy, dirty, and the other was closed. If there was an ability to give a negative star I would. I had originally stopped to use the ATM @cthe BofA a couple businesses down from Round Table. I first went into Subway to use their restroom, as I am a substitute teacher & left work early as I wasn't feeling well. Subway's restroom was closed down (plumbing issues). Understandable. So I went into Round Table. As I am looking for a restroom, the schmuck server behind the counter immediately talks to me like I am some street junky, "Restroom is for paying customers only." I explain my predicament, that I just need to relieve myself. He argues with without any empathy. Then the cat lady of a manager stands in front of what looks like what could be the restroom. Even if it wasn't, she starts to get in my face when I mention it is against the law (I begin to point out the hot water a Starbucks was in a few years ago when a gentleman was denied restroom use). I say to her I could call the police because of failure to let me use the restroom. I wasn't a junkie, homeless, or looking to cause any kind of trouble. But she began to yell "I will call the cops if you don't leave now!" In a country with hundreds of sports bars, pizza joints, dive bars, there are better choices than this trash heap. I've seen better customer service in a sinking ocean liner, at the Manson Ranch, at Waco, TX (at least the Hawaiian punch was served with a smile). read more
