OK I do not like leaving negative reviews but it seems that's what I want people to be aware of where they are eating. If you want to rob a bank before you go to eat here it might help. We ordered a medium pizza which in most places would be a small and it was $29 The pizza was overcooked and very little flavor. We were the only two people in the whole restaurant and it's 12 o'clock so it's lunchtime. Granted it's Easter Sunday. There were two servers in the whole establishment and they barely acknowledged us. After eating, we tried to use the bathroom when was filthy, dirty, and the other was closed. I think I'd try another local pizza place before I try this place again just a heads up! read more

My God how do you mess up pizza? No one else was here and we got a large with a pitcher of beer for $50.... the pizza... you couldn't even pick it up, no flavor and it was falling apart. If there was an ability to give a negative star I would. I had originally stopped to use the ATM @cthe BofA a couple businesses down from Round Table. I first went into Subway to use their restroom, as I am a substitute teacher & left work early as I wasn't feeling well. Subway's restroom was closed down (plumbing issues). Understandable. So I went into Round Table. As I am looking for a restroom, the schmuck server behind the counter immediately talks to me like I am some street junky, "Restroom is for paying customers only." I explain my predicament, that I just need to relieve myself. He argues with without any empathy. Then the cat lady of a manager stands in front of what looks like what could be the restroom. Even if it wasn't, she starts to get in my face when I mention it is against the law (I begin to point out the hot water a Starbucks was in a few years ago when a gentleman was denied restroom use). I say to her I could call the police because of failure to let me use the restroom. I wasn't a junkie, homeless, or looking to cause any kind of trouble. But she began to yell "I will call the cops if you don't leave now!" In a country with hundreds of sports bars, pizza joints, dive bars, there are better choices than this trash heap. I've seen better customer service in a sinking ocean liner, at the Manson Ranch, at Waco, TX (at least the Hawaiian punch was served with a smile). read more

This Round Table is absolutely the worst of them all. The manager is incredibly rude and has no care for his customers. When picking up the food, there is no one there, and you're waiting for HIM to show up and assist. This takes 10-15 minutes every time. They overcharge for the XL large which is basically a large cut into more slices for mediocre pizza and garlic bread. This location is an absolute joke. I will never return here, even after showing my loyalty. Clearly this location needs a revamp and quick. Surprised it's still open. read more

I received a RUDE call from the manager saying if Im not there by 9pm I can't get my pizza & hung up. I called back to let him know I would be there at 905 & he continued to hang up on me every single time I called back. He would answer and say "This is Round Table, We close at 9" and before I can tell him I am coming down Chapman please wait he would hang up. I have been to this establishment several times and never have been treated so horrible. My husband was extremely upset when I came back home with no pizza and told him what happened. Callled in a 4 item order, the phone was answered promptly and politely. Went down to to pick it up and it was ready in about 5 minutes. The woman that answered the phone was also taking the counter order and making the the food. In the 5 minutes I was their she served two parties and packed a to go box for another. I am Italian, and would rather grind off my ears with a cheese grater than eat fattening pseudo-Italian food. Never will I eat pepperoni, but the thin crust, black olive, spinach, mushroom was good. -1 for cheating me on the spinach. I think we saw 1 or 3 leaves. Some cooks (non-chef) don't know what to do with spinach--it gets wet, and they can't fry it, thus exhausting their culinary skills. Round Table and Nadia are AMAZING!! My son and I go in to watch anything NBA and they are always super accommodating by hooking us up with a great table and putting on the event that we request. The pizza is always delicious and it's a nice, comfortable atmosphere to watch games and converse! Walked in and my daughter immediately had to use the restroom. Both restrooms were being cleaned so she had to go to Subway. I should have left then and got a foot long. Finding someone for salad dressing, plates, etc was like playing where's Waldo because no one was behind the front counter. They started vacuuming while we ate with the dust and noise not really enhancing the dining experience. A fire alarm was being installed and was accidentally dropped and thankfully didn't land on my daughter or anyone else. Maybe a more clearly defined work area and bringing customers their drinks instead having them use the soda fountain under the construction work would be safer. And we are particular to our Round Table pizza. So when I came here a couple weeks back for a lunch special. I was already salivating. I will admit. I had saw the pic of the buffet. And thought. How convenient. But when I got here. I was told that was an old picture. The manager Nadia told me instead , what the specials are. And one that I liked best. Is the #5 lunch special. You can get it any way of their specialties. I went with the Montague. Yes all meat. Because I'm a guy. And well that's what guys do. When left alone. And like every time. It was perfect. Cooked just right. Meat tasted fresh and great. And just for $10. And change. A 10" pizza. I want to tell you that I took a piece or two home with me. But the pizza lost the battle. All gone. This place has it all. Great pizza all the time. The people that work here enjoy their job. I was told when people comment on how great their pizza taste. They look at each other and say I made that pizza. Or those Garlic twist. Or whatever it was. And to quote a friend of mine. "You can never go wrong with pizza" when you are at Round Table. So to let everyone know. That during their lunch time. Which last until 3pm. The place is pretty empty. So secret is out. Also you can call in your order. Their lunch special is for eat in or take out. And if you ever have a problem ask for Nadia. One last thing. This pizza is not your run of the mill bargain pizza. You get flavor in every bite here. Italian Garlic Supreme is the best. Fast and friendly service for all the years I've come here. I live on the other side of town and am too far for delivery so I don't enjoy it as often as I'd like but it is kind of expensive so there's that savings I guess. I placed an online order recently but got no confirmation and when I popped into the restaurant there was no pizza for me. But they fixed that problem and gave me a discount, yay! Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but it's REALLY spacious inside. Came here because we were grieving over Kobe & Gigi and saw an ad for their new stuffed crust pizza. We ate our feelings and between two people we split a large pizza. It seemed like it would be more than enough but it was actually just under the enough amount. The slices here are narrow and the stuffed crust pizza is kind of thin so it wasn't as filling but it tasted delicious! The day we went (02/24) it wasn't packed at all and when we were leaving it started getting a little crowd but not where near full. There's good reason why this pizza joint is empty on a Saturday afternoon. The pizza may taste better than most, but the service is below average. I brought in a coupon from Restaurant.com that "does not expire" yet I was told that they stopped accepting these coupons. Reluctantly, I said "ok, fine. do you have any coupons I could use?" They said no, but I could go on the website and download them. Perfect! Except that the website wouldn't work...on my phone, my wife's phone, and even the worker's phone. So much for that. I found a 15% off code at another site, but was told that code was only good for online orders. Come on man, help me out here!!! Finally, the worker went back and asked the manager (after much pleading and exasperation on my part) if he could do something for us. He came back with 10% off...but only off the pizza, not the beer. -- sigh -- At that point, I gave in. The worker had done everything he could to salvage the transaction and tried his hardest to offer good service. SO RUDE!! my husband accidentally called this location instead of the one in Yorba Linda, which we prefer because they have a first responders discount, and this Fullerton location does not. They called to say our order has been ready for a while. I responded by letting the lady know that we had received our order. She became upset and told me that my husband has done this before then go picks up at a different location and that it's quite a large order for them to be making as a mistake. It was one large pepperoni pizza and wings. Not a large order. I apologized for my husband. She continued to tell me how he's done this before.
