Always have a positive experience with Jean, Nadia, and the rest of the staff even if it is a little bit busier. Every time I have stopped by the service is quick and everyone is extremely friendly. The pizza is always great, but my favorite is the Roasted Veggie & Mozzarella Flatbread. There are multiple televisions in every direction that let you enjoy the game from wherever you are sitting. The only reason I would come here it's because of the gentleman that works in the mornings. Always walked on him cleaning, greeted me, and because he always had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Made the mistake of going here one evening when there was a female, asked for that sandwich and she starts saying that they don't serve it and that they never have served it. Mention it to her that I had it the day before in the morning. She come back by saying "it's been gone for months and that I must be confusing locations"..... sadly I don't have the time to go in the mornings anymore so sadly they'll never get my business again. They're always super personable on the phone and in person. The food is always ready when they say it is. Today I just got an extra large pepperoni pizza and it was FRIGGIN DELISH! Cooked to perfection. Crispy crust, the pepperoni nice and crispy around the edge the little pools of heart attack flavor in each little slice of heaven (meat). After a quick search I came up on their coupon through some local website. I let the person on the phone know I had a coupon and he told me just to bring it in, no need to put it in the order right now. When I gave them the coupon I printed out all went smoothly and I got FIVE BUCKS off! FIVE BUCKS! That's a pretty decent coupon right there. My only (temporary) complaint would be the fact that they ran out of Garlic Twists! But hey, it's to be expected from time to time. First of all, I regret my choice for lunch this day. Hungry, haven't eaten in about 3 hours, and saw Round Table. The last time I've eaten at a Round Table was probably when I was 10 years old. I can't speak for the food, because I came here for one reason only: pinball. So why five stars? They currently have (as of 2/8/12) a Fish Tales pinball machine in good working condition. And it only costs a quarter per play! The machine is in a small arcade with some other shooting and racing games. The replay was set at 90,000,000, which was reasonable. Wanted pizza so called Roundtable instead of Angelo and Vincis. What a mistake. Ordered a medium "skinny" crust because that's a thin crust for about 23.00. Got there and the box seemed really small got home and opened it to find what anywhere else would be a small but apparently at Roundtable is a medium pizza. Measured it and only 12 inches across meaning a small. Considering they totally ripped me off with a small pizza at almost 23.00 it'll be fucking cold day in hell before I go there again and I'll be sure to tell everybody I know and don't know exactly how I got ripped off and warn them to never go there. read more

Over the weekend I visited Round Table pizza. Growing up Round Table pizza used to be the standard for good pizza, sadly that is no longer the case. Round Table pizza has filed for bankruptcy and it shows. This place looks like its crying for Gordon Ramsey to come in and do a makeover. The décor is so out of date, it needs a facelift badly. It's like a ghetto shakeys. Children running around everywhere, since the selection of games is poor, they have very little else to do. As for service, they aren't winning any points there either, I was told 20 min for my order to be ready and it took 40, we ordered onions on the entire pizza and jalapenos on half. They are stingy with their toppings, we received jalapenos on and not 1/2 as requested and the onions were probably on 3/4s of the pizza despite asking for them to be on the entire pizza. Also, it was extremely greasy, that may be one of the good things, I like a greasy pizza. I will give them two stars only because despite the screw up on the pizza, it's still a good one, Oh my how the mighty have fallen, the chances of be going here again are slim to none....more than likely I will do a deliver or to go order. read more

The server who finally stopped to answer our question, told us we had to dig out our receipt before he would get the salad. All the tables had an advertisement piece that had an add about blue moon beer being 13.99 . The guy charged me 14.99 I told him about the add in all the tables and his response was that they were old advertisements. I visited this location for lunch and order Pizza, Salad and drink comb, when I got the salad I asked for the source of the Romaine lettuce - the female manager (who avoided providing her name) - gave me a long explanation of how it works in Franchise business and never answered the question .... she then proceeded to provide me with their suppliers name and number when I asked for their Corporate number. I then contacted the corporate office to request an answer to my original quesrion and when asked about my experience I informed them what had happened. I then receive a call about 2 hour later from the restaurant, from the lady who was at the store, instead of offering an apology, she starts by accusing me of being a liar and then proceeded to scold me as if I am her child .... at this point I ended the conversation. We then were informed they do not sell pictures of soft drinks in the evening and will have to order individual drinks for our 9 kids. A small kid asked for a small glass of water and was told they do not give a glass of water and would have to purchase water. We waited over 45 minutes for the pizzas to be brought to our table only to discover the vegan pizza has non vegan toppings and had to be replaced. On GROUPON I was able to purchase a $30 meal for $15. We ordered the Wabo Cabo pizza, which has green onions, onions, mushrooms, artichoke, sausage, bacon, and pepperoni. All the ingredients tasted very fresh, and the pizza was cooked perfectly. The only problems we encountered was the lack of air conditioning, and the problems we had trying to use the coupon. Went here for lunch today. The food was good (would probably give that 4 stars) but the manager was rude and unprofessional. I called the place and told them that I was calling for a dine in order and right off the bat, the person who answered the phone was rude, asking me to stop talking as he needs to write everything down...um ok, you can ask politely... Anyhow, then I ask him for the BBQ chicken without the chicken as I'm vegetarian and then I proceed to ask if there are any other meats on the pizza and he says "Yeah, bacon" with a rude connotation as if I'm suppose to know every topping on their pizza. Once we got to the location we quickly realized that the manager was the one who answered the phone because he was also rude in person. We had a groupon and he gave us attitude about using it. So that manager would get a 1 star from me. Other than him, the customer service was also deserving of 4 stars, the person who brought us our food was very nice and others seems to be polite and professional as well. However, the manager really ruined our experiences and we will never return to this establishment, groupon or no groupon...other round tables are fantastic and offer great service. read more

Placed an order on 12/14/19. We ordered an Extra Large skinny with pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeños. Sadly the pizza wasn't as great as I remembered my first time a few years back at this location. We paid $42.97 and had to throw it in the air fryer to make it less soggy and more appealing. The delivery time was fast so I was very pleased with that. But sadly we won't be back after this. Since zero stars is not an option here it goes. The manager and or owner has no spine and cannot tell customers that they do NOT have any drivers and or tell people up front when ordering that they only have pick up option right now. After placing our order and being told that our three pizzas would be delivered in 35-45 mins which did not happen called to check status of the order. It took almost 10 mins to answer the phone and then she started to say that she did not know where the order was and she was going to find it and call back in 10 mins. When my wife called back after 5 mins there was no update and she got frustrated and placed the phone on the counter and walked away for 5 mins to come back to the phone to explain there was no drivers and then hung up the phone on my wife. When I called back the same female answered the phone to then pass the phone to the guy who is making the pizzas cause he will be at better customer service option than her. He sounded stoned out of his mind and said that the three pizzas were there and if we wanted to pick them up we could if we like. So worries about taking in orders and running credit cards instead of doing the right thing and passing on business they could not handle. I've been a regular for a few years now and USUALLY, the customer service is pretty good, however, tonight I decided that I will NEVER return again. The short, blondish woman with a thick accent was unbelievably rude. I called and placed my regular order, which when I give my phone number, they sometimes ask if I want to repeat my last order. It's always the same order. When I arrived to pay for my pizza, she asked for my phone number and then said, "Pepperoni and (I couldn't understand exactly what else she said, but what I assumed was) light sauce?" Yes, I said. She immediately printed a credit card receipt for me to sign, but since they charge an extra dollar for credit, I always pay cash. When I told her I was paying cash, she started getting mad and talking about sausage. She yelled at me saying "YOU SAID YES!", among other things which I could not understand due to her heightened anger and thick accent. She also told me that I ordered sausage when I called it in. (I did not). I was very courteous and respectful to her, but she ignored me and turned her back when I nicely asked if the pizza needed to be remade. After asking repeatedly, she finally turned back around and said "YES!" very rudely. I then told her to cancel my order and I walked out, NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN!! My review is in regards to the customer service at this location. I realize I probably called at a busy time, so I was expecting a hold time. However, there is nothing more annoying then when you call a business and they ask "can you please hold?" and proceed to place you on hold without waiting for a reply to what was phrased as a question. Then after being on hold, being completely rushed through your order. I had barely made a partial order and was asked, "cash or credit?"...seriously, I wasn't even done ordering. I love Roundtable pizza, it's one of my faves.
