We usually celebrate our birthdays at stratons but our cousin wanted to go here. They had the room reserved already but we said ok we will go in and reserve and take up the chairs outside the room. We get there and we start ordering and the guy in the kitchen (who's the manager) his name is Devin started saying "why didn't we call in for all these people" and that "he might not have enough dough" ummmm aren't you a pizza place isn't that all you sale ? Why would you run out. His expressions did not stop there nor did his comments He kept shaking his head like he was upset I also heard him say "I've never seen his many people in my life) As well as "next time I'm going to put a sign of how many people can be in here" he can try but if he's going to refuse service because he can not handle a rush or a big party then sir you should not be managing. As a former manager myself you should be able to work well under pressure in a rush and be a team leader and direct your team to success for a great outcome.You were not that and the way he spoke to the 2 girls was just sad to watch. WORST DECISION EVER. I could've gotten a better meal microwaving frozen entrees. I ordered pizza, wings, breadsticks and pasta each one got saltier and saltier. A few bites into each and I'm already down 3 drinks trying to wash it all out! They weren't even busy dude! All the workers hung around the "kitchen" while a few sat with they're friends. If you want to wait for over an hour for a pizza, sit in a dirty restaurant, while employees use foul language audible to anyone at the counter than this is the place for you!
