So this place stays open til 11 pm on friday nights...me and my girlfriend go into the roundtable at 945....salad bar is NO where to be found....I asked the ladie where is the salad bar and she say we close the salad bar 40 min before we close....so I stated that there is an hour and 15 min before closing time and she looks at me like I'm an idiot....so to the manager of this not very un popular place.....monitor your lazy employees. ...I wanted a damn salad and shld have been able to get one. If your open til 11pm I shld be able to eat everthing the menu offers....I will be calling monday morning and chewing the ass of the manager. If you like Round Table Pizza you'll love this place. Yes, it's pricey but in my opinion totally worth it. Staff are generally friendly, service is pretty quick and I've never had an issue with my order not being ready on time. read more

If you want to wait over 50 minutes for a pizza when the cashier told you 20.. come here. After 35 minutes had gone by I asked the girl(Kristin or Katrina not sure) how much longer and she replied "Im not back there making the pizzas am I?'. They need to hire more people because one person up front was not enough which probably explains her snobby attitude. The managers here didn't help either and its clearly obvious everyone hates their jobs. So today I went into Round Table for the buffet and it was very busy due to the high schools getting out early, but the employees still managed to maintain an amazing salad bar! They also made sure to always have pizza for the buffet; I'm lactose intolerant and when I eat dairy products well you can imagine what happens but Round Table pizza is so worth it! The customer service by the way was so amazing and refreshing!! They were all smiles which I loved!! Stopped in for some pizza last week. It was super busy but the service was still great! The hubbie mostly enjoyed the large beer selection.

Last night ordered the following. Large pizza/24 breadsticks/6 cinnamon twist Recvd....large pizza/12 breadstick/6 cinnamon Ordered at 7pm recvd at 7:45 called back spoke with Jessica, std mgr and she apologized and std will send out 18 breadsticks should have them in 20 minutes... Called back at 8:40 no breadsticks was told by the girl who answered the phone it's on the way and the phone was hung up. I called back at 9 pm and the same rude girl answered the phone and I was told they are on the way. I asked her want my name or address? She said ok and then she said they are on the way. I called back at 9:30 and std they have not arrived and the same rude girl std the following. We have a paying customer that is getting 15 pizzas delivered and the driver will bring to you . I mentioned to her that at 7 pm I was a paying customer that paid in full and my order was messed up, also std that Jessica verified with me that the order went out wrong. I asked for the girls names she std Im not going to give it to you as I don't want to get in trouble and the call was hung up. I called this on 6-28-15 at 9:30 and the phone was answered by Jessica . I asked for the manager and she std he is not in and then Jessica std we went to your home last night at 10 and u did not answer the door. I std that is not true as I have security cameras for my home and no one showed up.. I advised her the cameras are part of my alarm system and I was told to call back after 3:30 to speak with a manager.. Jessica hung up the phone ... Bottom line line charged 60.00+ for food I did not get and the employees LIE and are committing FRAUD as I paid for goods and services and did not get everything I paid for....... If I could would rate 1/4 star as this round table pizza sucks and I will never order anything from them again!!!! Hopefully the mgr will contact me somehow I doubt it as the employees he hires are useless and lie to customers, and have no issue with charging my credit card for food I did not receive !!!!!!!!! read more

This must be the worst pizza place I have ever been to! On multiple occasions they have forgot part of the order on delivery and when I called and asked for my money back they would not give it to me?? I even spoke to the store manager Rosa who said they can not give me it back because it's against store policy, but that she would send me a coupon for a free item. Of course both times I never received my coupon. Last time I ordered from them the pizza was missing its key ingredients that it showed on the commercial and adds!! Ok, we have dinner at our place on short notice and decide on RTP. We are new to Galt and our Lodi RTP was excellent. Well Galt RTP sucks! Our Pizzas two large on combination the other a mix of two types. First the combination, one third of the pizza was missing toppings just plan crust. The other pizza was ok but not much sauce. So my wife called and complained about combination and the girl says she will give us a free pizza. A week goes by and my grand daughter has a game so we get home late with the kids so the wife calls and orders the free pizza. That was the worst pizza RTP has ever made. So as a new homeowner and living in Galt we will never again order from ROUND TABLE PIZZA! read more

My delivery experience was terrible. The pizza sucked, the delivery was late and the price was OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention how when I called to complain, how the lady was not helpful at all. This place seems much improved!! Pizza was great & the service was wonderful. I have not been in this store in almost a year due to previous issues but decided to give it another shot & we are glad we did :) They were very busy so took a little longer to get my order but thats understandable & it wasnt by much so not docking any points. So I've been a long time customer ... Tonight soooooo disappointed.. Called my order in at 6:15 .. Was gonna be a busy night delivery was 1 1/2-2 hours out so I say we will pick it up and they tell me ok it will be 30 to 45 min for pick up ... At 7 we go to pick it up we get there and are told it's gonna be about 10 min ... So as we wait a line starts forming and people with numbers after ours are being given their orders... We get in line to ask where our order is because at this point the 10" min have passed plus an additional 10 ... So as we get to the counter the employee turns to ask where our order is and another employee from the back says oh I'm just now making that ... So mind you it's been an hour now since my original call to place our pick up order ... As things get heated at the counter employees are standing there mimicking my husband because now we are upset ... The manager comes to talk to us and tells us that online orders come first ... I can't believe that after my husband started telling other customers as they were coming in about the service ... They had our order ready in 10 min ... No discount no apologies....
