I called at least five times to get it resolved and they kept lying to me and telling me that my order was five minutes away. They also said they would call DoorDash to get a refund. We came here for an early dinner after playing games next door at Nickel Nickel. Our family loves Round Table and our location close to home is the one in Lakewood. So my hubby is vegan and does not eat cheese so his go to is the salad bar...this one did not look good at all, he took one look at it and said nope. If I had the option to give a negative 5 star I would. Whoever responded from this branch is very rude and has no knowledge of customer service. This guy has the worst attitude and I hope the HQ educates this guy. I never in my life had someone hang up on me, especially from a Round Table employee. I asked to send me a refund invoice to my email because the pizza that I ordered online was supposed to be delivered by 5:30 PM. At 5:30, I called this branch and said they'd arrive in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called them for an ETA and their new ETA changes to 30 more min for being "busy". That's when I told them that I'd like to cancel and get refund. Whoever was on the phone apologized and stated a refund will be processed. 15 minutes later I get a call from the delivery man saying that he's "almost" here. This tells me that they did not communicate to each other and the refund was not processed. I called back this branch and asked for a refund. Only heard excuses that they are too busy and no apologies. In the midst of asking for a refund the guy hangs up on me. While I would give the food four stars, I would give the service I experienced tonight -5 stars hence the 1 star. Placed an order with an expected delivery time of 7:49. I called at 7:59 just to check on the status of it, figuring it would be an easy, "Let me call the driver and call you right back." Spoke to a lady who very short and abruptly told me it would be there in 10-15 minutes. Okay? I call back in 15 minutes admittedly ready to simply cancel the order at this point and spoke to one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to in the service industry. He refused to let me cancel my order at first, then proceeded to say "yeah, yeah, yeah" when I asked to speak to anyone but him. He then asked me to please hold to which he put me on hold for a minute or two and then hung up. When I called back, I spoke to the first employee I had spoken with and while she was apologetic for the employee I just spoke to, she asked me to wait another 10-15 minutes before canceling the order. I stated I would not and to please cancel my order. The order showed up roughly a minute or two after that, far from piping hot and one size larger than I had ordered. I suspect they simply forgot or something happened to my order the first time I called and they attempted to remake it, all of which would've been fine if they simply called to explain the delay. Needless to say, I will not be going back there again as I would rather drive a couple miles further for customer service that doesn't patronize and hang up on its customers. read more

Had four guys working there and none of them once made any attempt to clean up the four tables that were a complete mess. The place got really busy after we showed up and ordered our food but still not one of the employees went out to the dining area and cleaned up these messes. Extremely poor management. My family and I had the unfortunate experience of eating here. As we arrived they have a huge sign with advertised specials (see picture) however when ordering we were informed that the cost of $49.99 was not accurate and the actual cost was closer to $59.99. What a joke, they have a sign next to the register but the price is not correct!! The salad bar was more brown than green lettuce. The restaurant was filled with more workers taking a break than with actual paying customers which was awkward to see a bunch of random people just sitting down watching TV.
