Came here for lunch today and was surprised that the large salad bar from years ago still existed. It's was really nice with 3 types of salad lettuce and all toppings and everything was fresh. This is our favorite place to get pizza. Well...it was. The staff were very nice. The pizza not so good. Ordered a medium, thin crust, onion, bell pepper pizza. We ate 1/2 and left the other half there. I've never in my life left pizza at the restaurant. It was barely warm and very little cheese and tasteless. I love this Round Table Location. My wife and I come here often. We always order our usual small pizza, garlic twist and sometimes wings. The price is reasonable for all the food and for how dang good it is! It's absolutely delicious. It's always clean and the staff is so friendly. They even bring our food to us and check in throughout our meal to make sure we are enjoying our meal! We will continue to come here when we're craving some quality pizza! read more

The service was great, they came and cleared plates and brought to go boxes without having to ask. The facility was clean, once the A/C kicked in, it was nice to relax and eat. It was muggy and warm when we first arrived. The salad bar was good. It was full and well kept. The pizza was ok, but on the dry side but really came to have a salad. The bread sticks were good as well. They have a party area that can be reserved, with sliding doors that open up directly to the gaming center. Second time I've come in and they screwed up my order. The first time they didn't even put it in my order for wings. I waited for 45 minutes then finally asked if they were going to give me my wings. No apologies. Waited another 15 minutes, finally received them. This time we came in and ordered the same thing. The guy read it back to me and I corrected him and he re-read it back to me again correctly. 25 minutes later after our salad, we got the incorrect order. Unbelievable! I was so excited to eat here because I heard about the salad bar. Let's be honest, there's a certain really good element about a buffet salad that you don't buy for yourself for home salads. Well, with all that excitement I tucked into the car for a 40 minute drive. I orderedy 11 dollar all you can eat salad and was ready to tuck in. The salad bar was literally just that. No pizza,wings, breadstick, nothing. Just salad and fixings..no worries. I'm still good. So I go up to the salad bar and all of the lettuce has a pink hue which we all know is old, dying lettuce. I dig deep. All pink. All dying. Even the romaine heart pin. The spinach leaf holder is all big leaf and looked fine. That wasn't my end game so I carefully plucked out lettuce and a few spinach. I moved into other toppings. The peas looked like my ancestors flicked themy way. Yellow, mushy, sad. Tomato? Mushy. Sad. Cucumber, half frozen. Mush. Oh look eggs! Yay. Oh wait.. no. It's frozen. Crunchy eggs? No. It was just a series of just ugh after that. For 11 dollars, I could have bought everything that was edible at that salad bar and had 5 salads or more at least. I was so excited to visit, but in the end, with the freshness and cleanliness of the salad bar, I won't return. About a month ago, we ordered two large Double Play Pepperoni specials which included 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and 2 - 2 liter bottles of Pepsi. My husband picked up the order but they didn't give him the 2 bottles of Pepsi, and it wasn't worth a return trip to the store, as we're 15 mins. away. The pizza was really good, however. This time, 8/12/2025, we ordered the 2 specials of the Double Play Pepperoni pizzas only, which were $10 off each one. We always order the Original Crust, however the crust was very thin this time, the pizza was dry, and not only did they forget to add black olives to one of the pizzas, which was the only add-on, but they barely put much of the 4 ingredient add-ons we ordered on the other pizza. Further, they didn't put the normal amounts of pepperoni on either of the pizzas either. I guess they give you a discount on both price and amounts, which I wish they would make that known when ordering, however they didn't do that on our first order. Needless to say, this second order I would rate 1 star because it was nothing like the normal pizzas we've ordered in the past. I may give Round Table one more chance, but if it's like this time, then it will be our last. I said in a review from a year ago that I would never come here again. Today I caved in and came back. There is something seriously wrong with this place and these employees. They are not friendly and act like you're disturbing them. They barely speak a word to you. I ordered the salad bar and had rewards for a personal pizza. Once again the salad bar is DISGUSTING!! I took pictures this time. I informed the man behind the counter that the salad bar was dirty and the food is moldy. He sent Chelsea over to "fix it." I remember her from the last time. She's snotty and wanted me to be quiet. Kept saying "okay, okay." Like I was bothering her. The tomatoes were moldy. The cucumbers too. The mushrooms were dark brown. She picked the tomatoes out with her hand. Smh. She then changed some of the containers to add new stuff while removing the old moldy food. I told her they're going to get someone sick. They said nothing and had no reaction. I'll def never eat here again! They also got rid of the lunch buffet. One can only wonder why that is... Chelsea did tell me to have a nice day when I left. As a long time user of Round Table pizza, I am recommending it for best pizza in Gig Harbor. They offer eat in as well as takeout and delivery. Their pizza is brimming with toppings and they offer good quality. I am partial to their Vegetable Pizza with grilled chicken and order it often for delivery; they do have other great options too. The delivery people are on time or often early and are courteous as well as remembering me as a customer. Please give it a try. read more

Worst customer service ever. They sell a lunch buffet but unless you have 2 hours to eat lunch it's not a buffet. When you ask if they are gonna make any pizza for the buffet you are told. I can't say enough good things about this location. The place is always clean and the pizza is consistently delicious. (My favorite is the Maui Zaui). What really stands out is the staff. So incredibly friendly and helpful every time we come in. We used the party room last night and it was perfect. We brought some of our own media that I couldn't get working and one of the employees (manager ?) spent an incredible amount of time helping us get it to work when it was our problem not Roundtables. Please do not give this place your business. We called and ordered a pizza at 6:23 to eat in because we were looking forward to sitting down and eating a hot pizza. We were told it would be 20 minutes. While waiting we watched the "delivery driver" clean tables without gloves, our seat was still dirty and we cleaned it ourself. Then he walked to the counter and pulled his mask completely down, did not wash his hands and touched the pizzas, condiments, coughed in his hand, dis not wash hands and then served 2 beers to customers No Mask or Hand Washing. Not one of the employees washed their hands between customers and handling food. And I could see all the way into the back. One nice young man working who at least apologized when he brought out out breadsticks 30 minutes later. He never came back with our condiments, which we paid for. We sat for awhile and watched others order and pick up their pizzas, and still nothing. Finally at 7:18 I asked for a refund and explained just what I am writing. I said we would pay for the breadsticks that we couldn't eat because no dipping sauce and a drink I took a sip of. The young manager charged us and just refunded the pizza. I mean seriously. I will call Round Table corporate with my concerns. I work the frontlines and treat patients all day and cannot except this type of service. My gosh you just were able to open back up and should act grateful. It was not that busy, 3 dine in families total and quite honestly I believe they gave someone else our pizza and knew their mistake. Again, this in not acceptable or professionally responsible. Ordered delivery at 7:30. Delivery was estimated at 8:30ish. Received a call just before 9 (when they close) to let me know they didn't have a delivery driver and we are outside of their area. Round table was doing so well for awhile and now there must be a new owner again or something. Got salad bar a few days ago and was informed that they no longer offer the traditional breadsticks with the salad bar after I had already paid. What!? They've had breadsticks since they originally opened!! One of the big things people look forward to when getting the salad bar. The ranch dressing was extremely runny and they no longer have peaches or cottage cheese either. Will just have to go elsewhere if I'm going to pay for an overpriced salad bar. I also waited over 20 minutes for my pizza when there was only one other person in the restaurant. You're slippin, round table and its really sad to see. I hope you correct these mistakes and up your game. UPDATE Was contacted and informed that due to the pandemic, there are a few salad bar items that are harder to get ahold of. I was also told that the bread sticks are not being offered because there is no sneeze guard over them. I was offered an order of free breadsticks to compensate for their absence. I grew up going to this place. Way back in the day it was the place to be. Then after Gig Harbor grew up they lost their touch. Eventually they must have gotten a new owner and it started to pick up again. Salad bar was good, free breadsticks came back, pizza was fresh and tasty. And they even added a lunch buffet which was a great addition! Today I went there with the intentions of eating the buffet, nope... gone. They must have gotten new owners again... and I don't think I will be going back this time around. I shared a small pizza with my son and it was awful. It was definitely not the same crust as usual and not cooked well at all. Very disappointed. And it's a bummer because I have enjoyed this place since I was younger. read more

I haven't been in to the brick and mortar building in some time. They always have had a great salad bar and I really do like their pizza. My problem is consistency. I have ordered delivery from them many times. Yesterday will be my last. Flavor is great though. What bothers me is that my pizza is ALWAYS undercooked!!! And Luke warm when it gets to me. I have to put it back in the oven to cook it the rest of the way. I thought maybe the first time it was an accident but the third and fourth... it's time to move on. Late review but we came here on a school take over night by accident and the staff did a great job of keeping up with the crowd. We were starving so we stayed and ordered knowing it would probably be a while but our pizza was served fairly quickly for the amount of people they had to serve. Usually teenage kids working at other restaurants have 0 customer service but these kids were polite an attentive. We went on a weekday around dinner time and were pleased to find we didn't have to wait long for our pizza to be prepared . This place has good pizza. However, things have not been as good as they used to be. Their breadsticks got smaller, and the old ones had a better taste. The breadsticks now have too much seasoning on them now so you get thirsty more! It also takes almost a half hour for breadsticks to come out, and the pizza usually doesn't follow too far behind. Pizza is good, but service is terrible. Went there to pick up a scheduled carry out order. Was using a coupon for a free medium pizza (which they gave us the first time we came here because they got our order wrong the first time) and they couldn't figure out how to apply the free coupon. I waited 25 minutes for them to find someone who knew how to apply the coupon. They also forgot to make a part of my order. All the while my food was ready, while I waited just to pay. The pizza overall was a little greasy for my liking though and for my wife. Overall I have had really good experiences here. Their pizza is really good but expensive, and they have big meeting rooms where you can watch football. Tonight we had a bad experience. Waited 45mins for our pizza before going up and asking about it. They forgot our waters for our kids. And then when we finally got our pizza, it wasn't the pan crust we had ordered. Everyone makes mistakes and all the young people working here seemed nice, but no one even owned up to their mistakes. Not even an apology or an admission that they forgot our order.
