Ordered a large pan pizza from here at around 5:20p and got my delivery around 6:30p only to find out my pizza is raw!! I waited an hour only to receive dough with toppings. When I called back they suggested that they come get the pizza and cook it more or make another which would take 30 additional minutes, no refund or discount on my next order, just more time to wait. Ridiculous. Super annoyed by this. An hour to serve dough, what the fuzz?! Update: After frustratingly trying to cook the pizza more, I just decided to call back and ask for a refund which the manager did agree to. As a Hercules resident for over 3 years now I have enjoyed eating at this local round table several times. Usually, the pizza is good though the service has always been so-so. Unfortunately, I'll never eat here again after finding a gross hair baked into my pizza. My husband called to complain and the manager was less than apologetic, offering a measly discount and never apologizing for the disgusting error. I went to have Dinner with my wife yesterday 10/27/2018 and when my wife and I arrived there, an employee name Kimberly just took forever to help us when she wasn't even busy. She basically just ignored us. That is a horrible customer service to receive. Not sure why these reviews are so low. I always pick up since it's so close to me! So I can't speak for deliveries. However, I ordered online for the first time and Pizza was ready within 25 min, which was the exact time it said it would be ready by. I was quite impressed, it took my $5 off coupon and the cashiers were all very nice. It's Round Table guys! Round Table is always consistent and delicious. I called, was placed on hold without being told I was being placed on hold and then forgotten about by staff and sat on hold for 20 minutes (no joke, my phone shows the call length). I finally gave up and tried calling back, 3 times more but not a single answer, rang for 2 minutes then hung up each time. I walked in and they said they were busy with customers so they stopped answering the phone. I told them they forgot about the person they put on hold for twenty minutes. Hello?! TOTAL IDIOTS! Always ordered from this location. I live in Pinole but just across the street. About a half mile by reckoning. So I make another Internet order as usual. I get a call from them saying they are canceling my order! Seems I now have to order from the Pinole store which is 3.5 miles away from me as the crow flies. So I must not get the freshest pizza with the longer drive, the driver must spend more time on my delivery and make less money, more gas is consumed (oil companies love that), and now my pizza can get cold. I told the young gentleman enforcing this rule (so he has less work to complete and has more time to play the Poke-A-Man -and make him angry- game on his dumb phone) that if not them then I will order from one of the other much closer pizza stores (mountain mikes or X-treme Pizza) and he says that's the rules, order from those other stores then as round table apparently does not need my business. Homes in Hercules are selling on average for 1/2 a million dollars, and its round table, so you know you'll drop at least $40 here... and you have to go to the restroom in what reminds me of a truck stop gas station bathroom on I-5??? Gross, not maintained well at all, it's nasty, management needs to drop the cash to renovate and then pay someone to keep it up well.
