I chose this location to celebrate my 3 year old's birthday with our family, and I could not be happier! The location is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The manager on duty was more than helpful. They offered us a semi-private room, which we used, but honestly would have been fine on the main dining room, as they have plenty of space to host us along with regular customers. Mountain Mike's offers a party package (I'm not sure if this is at every location), but it was perfect for our party of 15. The room has a TV, so we were able to watch WNBA, and the package had enough food that we didn't need to order any extra. This was so worth the money of not having to worry about the hassle of clean up, or an over-stimulating environment. I'll definitely be recommending to friends. read more

I ended up returning to this location recently because it was late, there weren't many places still open, and I figured enough time had passed to give them one last chance. They are open until midnight, which was convenient. This visit was much better. I was helped by the young lady who has assisted me several times in the past. She has always provided great customer service and has never made an issue out of something as small as a ranch. I told her about my previous experience when she wasn't there, and she immediately apologized. She explained that the extra charge for sauce had become a point of emphasis from one of the managers and told me not to worry about it. What remains disappointing is that after my original review, someone from the business responded publicly asking me to reach out. I did follow up as requested, but I never received a response back. If a business asks a customer to contact them to address a concern, there should be some effort to continue that conversation. While I appreciate the better experience during my recent visit and the professionalism of the employee who helped me, I still feel the lack of follow-through regarding my original complaint is worth mentioning. read more

Seeing we were unarmed. they turn back to there plates, Just the way I like it. The shop is clean and quiet. No unwanted music. No unruly offspring present. The TV just a smidgen above mute. The FOH employee takes a lot of time cleaning and recleaning surfaces between serving mostly to-go food to guests. The two of us split a small pizza. Just the way I like it. The pizza is served piping hot. It is smartly cut into half half sized slices, making it more fun to keep grabbin another and another. Its a tasty pie. Cheese dripping. Toppings racing to slide off your slice as it reaches your lips. Crust that makes you feel good and want more. Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. We polished it off and bid farewell. I tried this place so you didn't have to... overpriced and underwhelming and just the pizza... the wings... we won't mention the wings... they were that bad... I only ate one and passed on the rest. For what they charged I would have thought the pizza would be good but it wasn't. I was very surprised. To be clear this review does not reflect the food, I enjoy this pizza and this location. My review has to do with the service provided. My pizza was delivered and after signing the receipt for the pizza I asked for my receipt. The delivery person then started digging through my plants because he crumpled up the receipt and threw it in the plants prior to me asking for it. He then started looking through the plants since I requested the receipt and that's about the sum of it. I called mountain mikes to tell them that I didn't appreciate the interaction at all and wasn't very happy about the situation. I told the person at mountain mikes who apologized profusely that I didn't need her apology and hoped that this would be a learning moment for that driver. Me being a patient individual saw no need to escalate the act that I was witnessed to, however I told her someone else not of my calm demeanor could take action to such an offense. I have ordered from this Mountain Mike's for a few years now and their service and pizzas are often a hit or miss. I like them for their gluten free pizzas the most- one of the better crusts I've had anywhere. I always order through their website because it is usually most accurate and faster (I would say average 45 minutes from ordering to delivery) compared to when ordering via phone or doordash. I also hardly have any issues like when I ordered gluten free and they delivered regular or when I requested no red sauce (my kid used to hate tomato sauce) and they delivered a pizza with red sauce. As far as delivery speed goes there has only been one time on a regular Sunday night where it took over an hour and thirty minutes to be delivered. I ordered a pizza online at 5:30pm. When it had not arrived at 6:45pm I called to find out what was delaying it. The man I spoke to on the phone said it should be arriving "in a couple of minutes". When it didnt arrive ten minutes later I called again. The woman on the phone then said "it just went out for delivery". The most recent experience could possibly be the deal breaker, though. I'm not sure when they started adding the "safety sticker" but I actually really appreciate it nowadays because with the pandemic going on, of course there is concern about what the pizza is being exposed to, especially if the box is even a little open while in transit due to our household being part of the immunocompromised group. It was unlike the other deliveries - the car was parked out of view of my front door (normally they stop right in front) and it was like a drop and run kind of delivery. So that when I noticed the red seal I couldn't say anything about it. Something about Mountain Mikes just hits different! I love their dough and how crispy it is. I always order the half snowy alps and half pineapple chicken luau. They're not stingy on the toppings as you can tell. So loaded! The large came out to be $29 if I remember correctly. So worth! I doubt I will be back here ever again. I just want to say I'm so utterly disappointed with the quality of the food they are serving as " mountain mikes " now. Undercooked over sauced and cheese isn't even melted ! Had to go downstairs cook my pizza to be able to take a bite !! Maybe because of the fact that there was $7 I had left in change and he wanted every last cent he could get ( when I'm already trying to give $5 in just a tip for you taking 2 minutes LITERALLY to get here and give me my pizza ) . So I went back upstairs got MY change and gave less of a tip $3 instead of $5 like I was going to for that very greedy interaction. To make things better the one answering the phone was just like a robot & very snappy. Both times I've tried to eat the pizza non heated and heated both made me spit it up. NOT COOKED WHATSOEVER ! When I arrived there wasn't anyone at the counter. A minute or so passed then a lady came out. I told her that I ordered online and was wondering if my order was ready. I turned my phone to her so she could see my screen... she took my phone with out asking. She handed my phone back to me and said 5 more minutes.
