Rude customer service , my pizza was ready and they still didn't give it to me they kept talking was not even busy

Saturday night 8:30pm and we are ready for some pizza. Yelped to find the closest pizza spot and there were a few but we decided on Round Table since we haven't eaten a RT table pizza in years. Glad we did! Our order was taken right away and the prices are very reasonable: Medium pepperoni for $13.99. Lots of cheese and lots of sauce and brought to our table nice and hot. Plates and napkins also brought to our table along with containers of cheese and pepper flakes. Drinks are self-serve, Pepsi products, so no Diet Coke for me. Before we sat down we asked for our table to be wiped clean. No problem. The young girl that came to do it was pleasant and friendly. 4/5 stars because the table next to us was a mess! Plates and trash all over the table and floor surrounding the table. There were 5 people behind the counter so we thought maybe one of them could have cleaned the dining room. read more

We came during a powerlifting meet for a quick lunch. The place had plenty of seating and many options when it came to pizza. We got the veggie (my fav) and the supreme one. There's a little arcade for kids, which the kiddos did enjoy. The service was fast and friendly and they offered anything we need. Overall it's a pretty good restaurant and has a nice family feel to it. read more

I ordered a personal pizza and 3 piece twists through Uber Eats. About an hour later my order arrived and I only got the twists (two orders actually) and no pizza. Uber did refund the pizza but when I called the store, the person who ordered just said, ya I see the order here. Thanks. I'll let Uber know also. Mistakes happen but definitely not the right order and the response just seemed pretty lacking. read more

Excited there was a Roundtable near us! We are from San Jose, CA and we have these pizza joints everywhere thankfully I did a search on Yelp and sure enough they have 2 in Vegas and this was the closest to us. We ordered the King Arthur Supreme and the All Meat. I ordered it online and picked it up. Pretty simple process. Also close to the same quality and taste from what I remember. Toppings and crust were satisfying. Yes a little more expensive but well worth it. Will definitely be back! read more

I purchase the entire order online and went to pick it up when it was ready. When I entered the restaurant, I was welcomed by nice employees and a very unappealing odor that was smelled throughout the establishment. Which was a definite turn off, but at this point, the food was already prepared and paid for. The pizza was actually decent. The two orders of cinnamon rolls that we ordered were very nasty and very very doughy. So no one wound up eating them and I had to throw them all the way. My family and I ordered about five large specialty pizza's from here and I wanna say it wasn't the greatest pizza. We ordered the Maui Zaui's, pepperoni's ,and a King Arthur 's Supreme. The portion seemed like a regular pizza and the toppings were great! I found it a little odd with how inconsistent the slices were. However, all of our pizza's lacked the red sauces/ Polynesian sauce. Each bite were just dry bites. We could only taste the crust and toppings. read more

Order here and they always seem to mess up with our pizza. Almost every time and I'm finally fed up. Last time they drowned our bbq pizza with bbq sauce when we asked for extra. Literally had to wipe layer of bbq sauce off it with a few paper towels and ended up not eating it so they gave us a free pizza for next time. Now this time we ask for extra bbq sauce but not to drown it because of last time please. My fiance picked up the pizza and checked it before he left to make sure and they put NO BBQ SAUCE ON IT. And they also forgot to add the green onions.. It also is slightly undercooked. (Which has also happened before) So he had to ask them to add it. Which they barely added any. Spent over 60 dollars here almost every time so you would think they would make the pizza good every time. Unfortunately won't be coming back because this has happened a lot. Ordered breadsticks only online for pickup, walked into the store at the time it said my order would be ready girl tell me 5 minutes. Stood there for over 10 went to the counter to see what was going on, girl hands me my food. 30 minutes for 6 breadsticks?!? Really! And it was not busy when I walked in, seems like no one was paying attention to online orders. Additionally no one wearing glove and a cook with a beard not wearing a net over it. read more

Having lived next to Roundtable, I can confidently say that I have had my fair share of dining experiences here. I will admit - In my love life, I enjoy a little bit of pain every once in awhile. For some reason, I do in my dining profile as well. For whatever reason, I kept going back to Roundtable, no matter how bad the diarrhea was. First: The pizza is terrible. However - spending so much money on my gambling addiction and cheap women basically forced me to eat the offerings from Roundtable. Let me be clear: I highly doubt any of the noble knights of King Arthurs Roundtable would eat the Montagues All Meat Marvel. However, this broke version of the Joan of Arc has about $12 to spend on food a week, so Roundtable it is. I would describe the crust as something worse than the peasants of Yorkshire were forced to make. It tastes like porrage slop with the consistency of something close to the village bums in Northamptonshire had to endure. The toppings are average. I will say this: The GUINEVERE'S GARDEN DELIGHT is like heaven to a Repunzel like myself. Most other pizzas that Roundtable offers, I would rather hang myself with my own hair rather than eat it, but this pizza IS THE BOMB!!!! Next - The salad bar. I consider myself to be healthy. Healthy enough to eat at Roundtable 4x a week. Anyone who visits the salad bar at a Roundtable pizza should either be over 70 years old, or a fan of Liberace. I dont eat salad , I am north of 380lbs, and I come to stuff my face with trash crust and copious amounts of soggy mushrooms and meat. The Staff - The manager Cameo runs a tight ship. She was on ground zero everyday helping the staff keep the place stocked up, clean, and running smoothly. Yes, there are tons of children collecting candy by hook or by crook, screaming at the top of their lungs, wiping snot all over the claw machine, and basically cruizing the Roundtable like a complete berzerker, but Cameo and the staff somehow kept the place extremely clean. I have used restaurant bathrooms that are worse than the PortaPotties in Tijuana, and the restrooms at Roundtable were better than that of a king's lair. One employee, I believe his name was Leonardo, was always so attentive and made buffet pizzas custom to anything I wanted. I once ordered an ALL PINEAPLLE pizza and he didnt blink. Came out in 10 minutes. Once I ordered an Anchovie and grape pizza when I got high on meth and he ACTUALLY MADE IT!! I did end up overdosing later that day, but the pizza was made great and I really think it helped with the meth (it was laced with harder meth). I cant say enough about the staff friendliness: They made this jester feel like a real queen!! Overall, the food at Roundtable isnt the best, but then again it isnt as bad as CC's. The staff are like the real Knights of the Roundtable, on a quest to make pizza as good as the Holy Grail, except the pizza is something worse than swine dung in the stables of the Tintagel Castle. They do round up the heathen children, battling each other like the mighty jousters at Cornwall. I sure do hope that employee Leonardo went on to do great things like King Henry the 8th. The corn and cheeto pizza he makes is better than the haggus the serfs were forced to eat in the times of King Arthur. Overall, I would recommend Roundtable. For the price, it beats hot dogs. read more

How do people that work in an industry where think that customers feel when talked to like children and then proceed to talk about them(while they are still around) like they are the jerks. I traveled to LV from Utah for the sole purpose of going to round table pizza for my birthday. Based on the reviews I was worried, but boy they didn't disappoint. The food and service was just like I remembered. Order was made to perfection - piping hot pepperoni and a Hawaiian, extra sauce, and absolutely perfect. My husband and I stopped in for dinner. We don't have Round Table Pizza in Phoenix where we are relocating from; I grew up in Reno and I miss their pizza. The customer service is excellent. They have friendly employees who are hardworking and keep the restaurant clean. The pizza we ordered is Italian Garlic King Arthur's Supreme. We ordered a small on original crust. The pizza was brought out to our table piping hot with a lot of yummy cheese and loaded with fresh toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, sausage and green onions. It is simply the best pizza! We ate it until we were full. I had one piece left over for lunch the next day. We will return to indulge when we have another craving for their delicious pizza. I miss the days when this was one of my favorite pizza franchises. It is super nostalgic to get pizza here and I am almost always disappointed by the service and overall quality of the food. Our most recent experience was during this crazy pandemic and we ordered pickup. My go-to has always been the King Arthur Supreme with a 3-piece order of garlic twists. I called ahead to place the order and had my boyfriend go down and pick it up after we got our 20-25 minute quote for it to be ready. My boyfriend left almost immediately after the order was placed to get the pizza right when it was ready out of the oven, and make the trip back home (12-14 minutes). When he picked up the pizza and twist order, the employee, Cal, was not very friendly. I could hear him over the phone being kind of rude to my boyfriend when he was asking where the ranch was with the order since he charged us double for 1. To not complicate Cal's mistake, my boyfriend said the overcharge was fine as long as we get an extra ranch since it is paid for now (on receipt). The pizza was not hot when he got it and the twists were stale by the time he got home. My boyfriend asked the cashier why the pizza and twists were not that hot, and he got no concerned response in return. Cal said, "I don't know man." So, my boyfriend just brought the food home and we heated up the slices in our oven. It was honestly the last daunting experience I will have here because they have definitely lost our business. This is the fourth terrible consecutive visit (given multiple tries through the years). I guess the real blame is on us since we gave this so many tries because of my recollection of experience in California when my parents used to take me and my little brother to this franchise. Welp, I hope things change for them for future customers because the staff here definitely does not seem to care about quality of food or service. read more

Hmm i thought i posted a review here 2 years ago same location. My girlfriend and I are from cali and it has always been our favorite carry out. I told her today that i wanted to give them another try despite my last experience with this location. Well i ordered a large pizza today and some cinnamon twists and the pizza was just horrible. I couldn't even like it not even a little bit. The cheese tasted so nasty. As i was eating the pizza the entire toppings just slid right off the darn pizza and it just made me so sad because it's nothing like California. All i suggest is they really teach these people at this location to make pizzas better because this is the second time it was absolutely terrible. Like i coulda been happier with a 7 eleven pizza. I'm just very DISAPPOINTED!!! I honestly want to try the other location just to make sure I'm not crazy and my taste buds aren't changing because this location will never get another penny out of me. It's ridiculous. Please please please teach these people how to make pizza!!! I feel like they should change their name because this is nothing close to a round table and I've been eating round table my entire life!!
